Gave me an ETA and they were 1/2 as long as originally expected. Very prompt, professional and respectful. Went above and beyond for me at the truck stop as well. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future when in their area.
Engine went in my car and I called them for a tow. Guy was super nice and understanding on the phone. I asked how long till a truck could get to me. He said maybe an hour. I let him know I was stuck in the middle of the road as I had no engine. Truck showed up not 5 minutes later and the driver was just insanely nice!

I drove my car over a curb/edge of a parking lot and it was very stuck. After I called AAA, Nate was there in less than 15 minutes. I was so overwhelmed and I calmed down as soon as he arrived. This is the only towing company that answered the phone. He arrived quickly and even looked under the hood. I didn’t catch my guy’s name but he was super friendly and personable! Very knowledgeable and kindhearted. It was a pleasure having him tow my car. $95 flat fee in town no matter how short/ long the distance. Definitely will call if ever needed again!
I was heading back to MI and broke down right outside of Anderson at 3 a.m. I called Northwest and they had a truck there within 15-20 minutes. Buck was very friendly and professional. He got my truck loaded up and got me to a hotel very quickly. Exceptional service. Highly recommend.
What a great company. I called AAA and that takes a while but once it was in the system our helper was here in about 15 minutes, on the other side of the city. Tire change and we were on our way.
Someone with the city didn't lock down the lid to a meter in the center of the street. It came loose when I drove over it and flattened a tire in seconds.
Scott and the dispatcher were both very kind! The response time was amazing. Scott made sure he moved my car in a way not to cause any more damage. You could tell he actually cared and wasn't just in a hurry. Even if it was a call 15 mins before he was supposed to get off work. I can't thank him enough!!
