Dropped my deposit off at opening. Said they would have my part in a couple hours. Went back at 3pm didn't even start. Gentlemen behind the desk was very rude. Will not return or recommend.
Guys lazy.Took 4 days to find & remove part. Then the Parts were broken & unusable. This business will be out of business soon. If this is how they treat customers. Went to pierce auto in Ohio. Parts were perfect called and picked up In one day. Will never use this place again.
This place is a joke. They are grimey crooks that know they are the only junkyard around and they capitalize on it. They give the worst prices for junk vehicles, ask the highest prices for parts and they are rude about it. They will never get business from myself or anyone else I know period.
It is so good that this place has remained a service to the community and not falling to big business practices. You can still tell the front desk what you need and they let you go back and see if you can find what you want. Thus keeping prices reasonable. They didn't have what I needed this time but last time I cleaned house. I always try them first.
Wants to choose from they know where he keeps vehicle is it appears so yeah if you can't find what you need there I'm sure that they'll be able to describe some place to eat you'll be able to go to get the pieces out of the parts you need
Terrible service. Would rather not sell any parts than go to verify they have the correct model/ parts you need. "Come out and look" they say. That doesn't sell auto parts. Your yard is not large, I used to live by it. You're just LAZY. -Someone who now lives 40 minutes from the scrap yard.

I went there today to get used parts for my vehicle.I did not find what I was looking for,but did buy a used gas cap from them for $5.00 only to find out the same one is $4.95 brand new at AutoZone.Then got stopped by a employee as I was leaving accusing me of taking parts off vehicles and not paying for them which was not true.Don't come here unless you want trouble brought on you for no reason.
Staff is very rude, nothing but trouble makers and addicts who falsly accuse customer's of theft work there,they over price customers & are very disrespectful.If I wanted to I could file a lawsuit!
Told the guy what I was looking for and he said I needed help to get it off and he tells me he don't know what I'm looking for....like completely wasn't helpful and very rude I hope he don't treat all his paying customers like that!
I called about a part for my vehicle and the price they quoted me was the same price autozone charged for a new one with a warranty. I asked if he could give me a reasonable price for a used part that i would have to remove and he told me no way. Very rude and trying to make way too much considering he doesnt pay very much for the vehicles he has. He pays about 30% less than others who buy junk cars.
I just went to this junkyard and it was trombley the worst service I ever had the way how they talk to me was ridiculous I own my own company so I know about treat lay customer with respect they have a part that is off limits with no sign up telling you you cannot go back there I call up to the front desk I asked them to move a truck out of the water for me comes up to me very rudely Tells me I was not supposed to be back there I say OK I start walking down the Hill he comes backup to me and I asked him if he was going to let me get the part off the truck To get the part off the truck He tells me again very rudely this truck is not for parts I don't care what you do you get out of here I told him they should have signs up I've only been there 2 times in another guy pointed me in that direction said the truck was there that I needed the parts off So then I go up to the front thus couple guys that work there come out and ask me if they ran me out I told him yes they was very rude about it too Some guy comes up to me and tells me I ran this junkyard for 8 years that was the owner I told him I do not care if you are the owner you should still have a little respect when you don't have signs up telling you not to be in that area he said they do not care about reviews that they are the only junkyard in town and people will still come to them ......So I would not recommend this place for anyone
