Great people !!! Very kind, my brother-in-law purchased a motor from them about 2 months ago and they had it ready to go the next day!!! Took us two days to install it and have had no problems with it ever!!! Went there last Saturday to get a couple used tires and the tire shop was full of great used tires!!! And to top it off it was buy one get one free. What a deal!!! Got home the tires look and drive like new tires!! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great used parts and tires!!! It was a 35 minute drive and It was worth every mile!!! You will be seeing me again. Thank you!!!

84$ for some tow mirrors when i can get them shipped to my house off ebay for 100$ paul’s lower your prices!!!

I’ve left a review for Paul’s before and it’s gonna be the exact same complaint I had last time. The pricing scheme that they’re using is ridiculous. Pricing every single part off of specific cars is not how you do business at a junkyard. The system they use compares prices with other facilities such as Archies & LKQ, but it doesn’t take in consideration that these parts are pulled and ready for pick up. Why am I spending $80 per door glass when for a couple more dollars I can buy it off eBay and have it shipped to my house and that wouldn’t require me out at a junkyard, hauling my tools walking on their terrible lava rocks, and pulling the part in the cold weather. The new corporation that owns these junkyards are completely disconnected with their buyers. This is terrible pricing and terrible business from someone who was a long time buyer from these companies.

Called at 1115 a whopping 1 mile away from junkyard to get a tow...waited 5hours before I gave up. No one cares about customer service or doing a good job anymore what a shame.

Every time I need something for a vehicle of mine, that doesn't have to be New for safety concerns, I go to Paul's. They just seem to have whatever I'm looking for. I check them before I check anywhere online.

This is a huge automobile bone yard. They have an orderly yard with junk vehicles sorted out in lines by vehicle makes. They didn't have a replacement wheel for my Suburban; regardless, it was a nice day for a walk through the place looking around.

Recommend take your scrap it to the Paul's in Westville scrap yard they pay good money for your scrap the artist fairly clean instead there is very helpful

I go to the scrap yard in Westville almost daily the artist is very clean staff that works in the yard are very helpful with everything people in the office are very good people and they work with you and I recommend everybody to go there

What do you charge people when it comes to something that they want to buy in the scrap pile? Is it so much per pound or is it a set price for what they want? Never understood how they sell it? BACK IN THE DAY IT WAS 10 CENTS A POUND!!!!

I want to apologize over the review I had left the gentleman and ladies here. There was a great misunderstanding that ended up being my boyfriend's fault but they have been kind enough to try and resolve the issue. We both apologized to each other 10/10 service. Nice people

Usually have what I need and are easy to deal with. Needed a part for a work truck and put it on my credit card. Part did not fit and come to find out they don’t give refunds, only store credit. I’ve never once tried to return a part, even when they didn’t work out for me, and I’ve been a good longtime customer. This wasn’t even for me. Zero exceptions policy. Hopefully something breaks on one of my personal vehicles soon so I can get my money back and be done with this place.

So I went to the one in Westville. I needed a hood and two front fenders they played games with me tried telling me my dad came back and got a “refund” for the parts I ALREADY PAID FOR. but then they said “oh we don’t do cash refunds” so how does that make ANY SENSE. Overall my experience with this place is totally horrible rude staff to. Do better. Avoid this place if you can.

Paul's Auto Yard was able to help me get a part for a 2010 Kia. The part fit perfect and lots cheaper than the Kia dealer ?

I visited Logansport, Paul's Salvage Yard for a tailgate for my Dodge Dakota. Zack, who drove me out to the truck, was the man of the day. He went over and beyond the call of service. He not only helped me successfully obtain the desired tailgate, but I also left with some taillights and a bumper at a really great price. Thank you, Zack, for the outstanding service. ???.

I came in the other day looking for a part. Hadn't been her for a while. I noticed a few new faces. One guy in particular named Jacob. He was very helpful and very friendly. This place is constantly improving.

I noticed a change within the last year. A good change! I mentioned it yesterday to.Ryan in Westville over the.phone. I have never experienced such excellent customer service! Ryan took my info.and.called back like the said. Before that.when I visited the counter.help was very helpful with a battery. Out.in the yard, someone came out with tools to help me. Incredible!!! I've been coming to this yard for years and always got what I needed. The new girl working there (I think her name is Kim)is super friendly and MUCH easier to deal with than people previously running the scale. Not to mention gorgeous! She's absolutely the reason for the 5th star on my review.

Great experience, Miranda told us right where to find parts for sons truck and I was able to get a few little parts to mine. This Paul's is very organized.

I love it. This is the most Organized Yard I have been too. I don’t know about the past years or what was said about this yard. But I’m telling you, you guys need to visit here now. They are very organized and friendly. I needed the Rear Differential removed on a truck and one phone call to the front, they sent an Employee back with a Loader and he lifted it up and even helped me. I will definitely refer people here. It’s worth the drive. Guarantee your parts are here. They have so many cars vehicles.

Always a good experience. Ryan, Aaron, and the others are very helpful, knowledgeable, and do their best to give fair pricing. Ryan helped me with a bumper cover I got today, and helped me get a discount with the October bandaid deal. Will be going back!

I’d like to give them more than one star, but every time I come in here, the young guy down at the counter always has a smart comic to make, and it’s just extremely rude. He always has a smart comment to make even when you’re not talking to him. The other associates are all right. It’s just that one young kid.

My experience here was frustrating. The employees were disrespectful. I went in for a front headlight and related parts. Initially, I was quoted $70, but they later added $30 for labor, totaling $100, despite the sign stating $25 for labor. Then they claimed another miscalculation, raising the total to $140. Frustrated, I said I would only pay $100, but they refused, so I walked away. They seem to overcharge new customers while regulars bargain for better deals. I felt they were trying to take advantage of me.

I have a few things to share about Paul's. I called about a replacement headlight. I was quoted $25.00. When I went to pick it up, they tried to charge $50.00. I pulled it myself. Secondly, I called to have a junk car picked up. I was told the driver would be at my house the next afternoon and to wait for a call from the driver. I waited all day, till 4:30 in the afternoon before calling Paul's. No one came to get the car, I never got a call back. I wasted my day waiting on them. Not really a good place to deal with. I wish we had a good junkyard around here.

I had to cut a lower control arm bolt and decided to patronize Paul's. Very helpful staff with knowledge of their inventory. Thanks

Great yard, good selection. Wish my teenage son could walk the yard with me, minimum age is 18. They had a great promotion last Halloween with a pumpkin search for a 25% discount. Hopefully they will do something similar with an Easter Egg hunt.

I called before going to verify pricing. Once I got there, they wouldn't sell me the parts because "I wanted too many" of them. They had me call the sales director who told me he needed to ask the CEO about pricing and he'd call me back (he didn't.) I've been buying parts for years and this is the most absurd thing I've ever experienced. Normally places are thrilled to sell a lot of something. Clearly they are more interesting in running a car museum than they are selling parts though.

I called ahead to find the car parts I needed, the guy on the phone (Paul) was very quick & helpful. Once I got there, he pointed me to exactly where I needed to go. I got the parts I needed Paul & Josh gave me a really good deal for parts that almost looked brand new. Definitely a great place to go, their car selection is huge.
