These people working here are ruined and unprofessional they should get new staff and management or just close this location dont recommend coming here if you want to be treated like garbage
The carrier received the car with a damaged hood. I opened a dispute, Copart closed it themselves, and I haven't received compensation. They're not responding to my emails.
The staff here was extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. We had to access our car after it got totaled and towed to this location. They made the experience quick and easy. Thank you!
Do not sell your trucks or cars at this Copart location!!! You will get something stolen ….
I’ve had my truck at this location to auction off… after a month or so had to come get it back as it was not selling for anything close of what I’ve expected, but that’s not what the main problem with this location….stolen parts was.
Truck was missing side panel(fairing) with steps and inverter. Way over $1600 in damage!!
Copart had 0 concerns about it… only cared if I have insurance for my truck…
Only way to get in to this yard is to get an appointment and have an escort ( can’t get in there by yourself). So I’m pretty sure stealing parts is inside job as they had no interest of looking cameras or helping me in any way to recover or reimburse for stolen property.
Will have to contact my own insurance…
So take your business somewhere else

Best Copart we've ever picked up at. I work for a trucking company and we often pick up and haul larger trucks and equipment our customers buy. Lot and buyer numbers are always provided to drivers before pickup. This is the fist Copart location I've ever sent one of our drivers where there was not a single issue.
Best Copart. Always in and out even when there is a lion. A usually doesn’t take that long prices may be a little higher here, but the car quality is a lot better than most Copart auction.
Liars, put run&drive when the truck wouldnt move an inch. Also didnt want to load it onto the trailer . Only wanted to load the truck if you give them some cash. Bribery at its finest

As many have already stated, this place is garbage. Read the reviews on my way to pick up my personal belongings after an accident and had the gut feeling that I would be another unlucky person taken advantage of. As my luck would be I was going to get my wallet and my glasses, both gone. Along with other items. No one could give me answers as to why everything worth value was mysteriously missing from my car. Not to mention while digging through my car to look, I sliced my hand open on a huge pocket knife they left open in between my seat and the console. All they did was offer me a bandaid and tell me to file the loss with my insurance. They had absolutely no concern for what took place at this location, and claimed to have cleaned my car out and put things in my trunk to take pictures for insurance but they left all the random unvalued items scattered around my car. They can deal with my attorney at this point, and he’s 10x worse than what they got from me. Absolutely disgusting group of people.
I'm seeing all these reviews for stolen property. We went to pick up our belongings after being in a car accident everything in the car was gone including my grandson's car seats. While I was there there was another lady with the same issue she said several items were missing out of her car as we both waited they acted like they were looking for them and said sometimes they take the things out of the car and put them the back but came Back with nothing
Then stated that
If the car was determined a total loss usually would just take everything out of the car and throw it away who were they to determine if you're items are garbage without even contacting you on this is absolutely ridiculous they need charges brought up on them!! If all these things have happened multiple times haunt How are they continuing to get away with that
I have been a member for some time and have gone in the lot to view vehicles any day they were open. However, recently I went all the way over there to view one car and they told me I could not go in due to staff shortages. That's poor business! I received no notice from their website or to my email. They make way too much money not to have personnel to let members in. They never required a guide anyway. This is BS! What a waste of time and resources on my part. Poor management! No regard whatsoever for the customers that pay their wages!
Pray your car never gets towed to this garbage company, went to pick up my personal belongings and was missing 900$ worth of items, a nintendo switch, portable charger, skullcandy headphones, wireless earbuds and an xbox elite controller and esurance (one of the companies they work with) refuses to reimburse me after giving me the run around for a whole month. Avoid both if at all possible.
They removed pretty much all of my personal items I was not able to get to at the time of my crash before I could get to my car to remove my items because I was NOT informed my car was taken an hour away from where it was towed and were “unable to find” my $200+ SFX air compressor. Took forever to get a response from them about it and got a short sentenced email saying they were unable to locate it. Unsure what I’m doing from here but very upset with the way this happened. They didn’t even attempt to call us or call us through our insurance to let us know we had a deadline.
I had a chance to work with the General Manager (Dan) and Office Manger (Lisa) on something and they were great to deal with. I don't typically leave reviews on the many yards we buy from, but Dan and Lisa were great!
