⚠️ WARNING: If your truck have issue with DEF, do NOT let these people touch it! My truck broke down on 1/18/26 in Greenfield. I called roadside service and they said it was a sensor issue. then I called S&S Shop, and they told me to bring my truck in. I stayed there 2 days and ended up paying $2,800. After picking up my truck, I drove about 50 miles and the check engine light came on. The next day, my truck would not go over 55 mph. I called S&S Shop again and they told me to bring it back. I spent 12 more hours there and paid over $700 more. When I got my truck back, it was worse than before. I then took my truck to another shop at 1325 26th Ave Ct SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. They told me that S&S Shop had misprogrammed my truck’s computer. They called S&S Shop, explained the problem, and fixed my truck in less than one hour for1 cheap price. I tried to contact S&S Shop to get my money back, but they refused. Save yourself time, money, and stress—do not take your truck to S&S Shop.

Lost thousands of RUPEES and wasted days of work. Do NOT trust them with your vehicle. Stay far away!

Horrible vendor they over charge they did not do as requested wasted my time and we had to call another vendor to do the job we wanted done in the first place and the other vendor charged us less then half than what these crooks took from us that did nothing. Do yourselves a favor and look else where for roadside repair. Would give 0 stars if I could..

Don't pay these guys until work is done. Very disappointed in the work. Came out and didn't do nothing but ended up charging me. Do work first and then charge. Unethical. No idea why people leave them 5 stars, pretty sure they bought them. ?

I did oil change here and they did forget my oil filler lid( cub) oil my oil spilled to my engine. Please carefully check your engine,when you go there. They don’t care customer satisfaction. For teo reasons I don’t recommend to anyone. Price extremely high and forgot to put my engine oil Lid .

I do not recommend this truck repair shop to anyone. I went there with a specific issue, but they told me there was a different problem and promised to fix it. Instead, they worked on something that wasn’t even broken and did not solve the actual issue. When I brought this up, they charged me extra, claiming it was a labor fee. Their customer service is terrible, and they lack professionalism and experience. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with their service.

Next time we need services we need to come here cause these guys are better, faster than the dealership and TA, they fixed my brake light within 1 hour when TA said only the dealership could fix it .

I don't know how much these people leaving positive reviews are getting paid but I don't trust a single one of them. I called them to hire them to tow a truck, was told one price and agreed to it. Once the job was half done and they still had my truck, Lakhivar decided to charge me double what I was quoted. When I tried to ask a simple question in a calm and respectful manner, all I was responded to with was hostility, lies, and accusations. I would NEVER recommend this company for ANYTHING, unless you enjoy giving away your money to rude disrespectful excuse for human beings. The tow driver they sent out took an hour just to hook up a simple box truck. I wouldn't trust them to tow a toy Hess truck. If you want a reliable, fair priced company go with Garner's.

Beware of this shop!!! They will tell you they can fix anything and then charge you the labor hours it took them to figure it out. Needed 5 brackets replaced on my roll up door along with the tension spring adjusted. Even went and purchased the brackets for it so it would only be a charge for labor. They took 2 days and wanted to charge me almost $500 to replace 5 brackets (only 2 bolts each) and never fixed the tension spring. So I had to settle for $400 just to get my truck back and the door still isn’t fixed!!! BEWARE!!! Crooks!!

Usually, I do not write reviews, except when I have received terrible service or the service exceeded my expectations. There is no doubt that this repair shop deserves five stars. I am very impressed with the mechanics' neatness and hard work. I was pleased with their work. I will refer my colleagues to this shop.

TRUCKER ALERT! I blew 2 semi trailer tires, waited 3 hours just for the guy to show up and sit in his truck for another hour. First he said he brought the wrong size tires. They were the right size. I checked. Then he didn't have the right socket.6 hrs after I called, they finally got out to help after my husband started doing their job for them. One of the tires they brought had a hole in it! $900 for tires that are already have holes. Idk what the other reviewers are talking about, molasses isn't this slow and that is $300 more than I've paid other places for 2 brand new tires brought out mounted and back on my way in about an hour. Not these guys! Ps. When changing semi trailer tires don't wear flip flops! At least not if you are fond of your feet. Can't wait to get back to Iowa!

These gentlemen were at the top of their game today. This guy has his mechanic repair our A/C on our first truck very quickly and efficiently. Then while we were getting lunch at the truck stop down the street, they started on the steering on the second truck and finished that, then started on some minor stuff he had noticed while he and I were talking about the big problems. This was the best repair experience we have had in a very long time. I will go back to Mr. Lucky and his crew anytime.

Lucky was willing to help us on not just 1 truck but 2 trucks on the same day on a Saturday after 12 noon. I can’t even remember the last time I came across a mechanic that was this helpful. Not even to mention that he has good pricing too. Would give a 10 stars if could. Thank you guys, you really gave us hope that there are still good mechanics out there.

Please go to this shop if you want to be scammed!!! I sent one of my drivers to get the ac fixed on the truck. Just only the ac. After they took a look at the truck they said the AC condenser went bad. I told him go ahead and change it. Then when my driver when back on the road, about 30-40 mins later the AC completely stopped working. Next day i sent the driver back and they said that the fan blower is now bad. Then they said they were confused on what they had to change. After all that they still charged 1700 for just an AC fixed. They also charged us for bringing the parts from the dealer. So please be advised on when going there on what is wrong with your truck and what is needed.

These guys are amazing let me tell you why. First, let me say that this company is under new ownership and under the previous owner they fixed camper brakes. They do not provide this service under the new owner. Under the old ownership we had our camper brakes fixed at the end of last season. It cost me $1700 for all new wheel assemblies, bearing, and brakes. We took it out for the first time since the repair and the brakes were hot and squealing. We call the old owner, his answer was that he sold that business, so he is not responsible. We should take the problem up with the business that he sold. If that doesn't work, he would be happy to start a new work order, presumably for a charge. His work was terrible, why would I want to hire him again. I reached out to S&S Towing & Truck Repair. They told me to bring it in. They started on it right away. The problem from the previous repair: brakes never calibrated, the one working brake was broken in half because it was installed incorrectly, none of the brake lines were ever tied in place (all handing down), dust cap not reinstalled. It was a mess. These guys worked on it for hours. They were super nice. Office manager was nice, helpful, looked up prior invoice, and offered us snacks. At the end of the day they asked us to pay them $165 which really just covered the cost of the brake they had to repurchase. I was super relieved because I was afraid of paying a ton for a mistake that was not this new owner's fault. Thank you for standing by your company name. These guys do outstanding work. I would highly recommend. If had a bad experience before, give these guys another chance because they are amazing now.

Had our water pump go out on our semi on Easter Sunday in a rest area. Called S&S Monday morning and they sent someone out to fill up the radiator and follow us to their shop. New water pump installed at what we felt was very reasonable cost compared to other repairs we've paid for at the truck stops. Would definitely use this shop again. Very professional and knowledgeable mechanics.

This is the worst road service I had ever used, I clearly explained what accessories we needed and attached photos. But the mechanic lied to us, he brought a random tube, and told us that the dealer had upgraded the part, but it didn't. And charged almost $1,000 . After he done the work, the truck drove less than a mile, and the parts fell apart. So we called him back and fixed it again. After he left, the truck just drove less than 2 miles, and it broke down in the middle of the road. We had no choice and called towing service tow it to a nearby TA, and wait until the next day to repair it then back on the road. For the tow service and part and TA labor we spent $1,500 more. The lady at the front desk was good service but the mechanic was very bad. How come I decided to use their service because of I saw the online reviews scores. I hope my review can help more people use this road service carefully if you wanna save money and time.

I’m extremely pleased with this company. My driver was stuck in the middle of the highway at 2am & they came at the exact time of the ETA. They Contacted the towing Co for us. Overachieved & fixed my Box Truck. Now we’re back on the road & rolling better than ever. I highly recommend them. & they are so nice. Love working with pleasant people & people that don’t try to take advantage & get straight to the point.

Got stuck on the side of I-70 around mm 132. S & S dispatched from over 40 miles west of me and got me to where we could safe limp it back to the shop for fairly major repairs. My review: 1. These guys KNOW what they are doing. I wish they were near my area because that is who I’d trust all my service with. 2. Timely 3. Last but not least, they don’t gouge your wallet which is a fear you have when stuck hundreds of miles from. Their charge was fair and reasonable. But again they know trucks and trailers. Had an air issue on my trailer. Called these guy's after seeing their great reviews. They definitely stand up to their 5 star rating. Everyone was nice and great to help. Even price for having an emergency roadside repair was decent. I will definitely call them first if I am in the greater Indianapolis area and need service work done.
