We called Reichert & Knepp in Warsaw to have our battery jumped! It was pouring rain and Brent came to help us! He was very knowledgeable and professional! We will call them again if in need!
I called R&K to pull my rv out of the mud. I got it stuck at the edge of my property, next to a field, weather changed fast, and I made a bad call.
These guys were out here within the hour. Very respectful, kept me in the loop with what we were doing, and we had it out in minutes. (They have a big truck).
The reason I'm taking the time to write the review. Is bc I asked them to pull me to the edge of the yard and leave me there, (thinking I can make the last 5' to the road in the rv when time comes) but they waited around while I sat my leveling blocks out and tried to drive up onto them. Thank god they waited.
Turns out that wasn't gona work either. So they hooked me back up and pulled me to the street.
Thank you very much for not driving off, even after the job was done. But waiting the extra 15 min for me to get myself stuck again. I appreciate it. And I've learned a lot about the limits of my rv in the process. Highly recommend!
Called ins. Co and many many wrecker companies for help with a blown tire. Jp from your company came out with the tire and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with him or your company
The gentleman was so nice on the phone. Can as soon as he could to tow my van to a tire shop. Will differently call for any future need! Price was reasonable as well.
The service was great! My tow driver, Robert, arrived super quickly and was very friendly and polite! He towed my car and me to an auto shop and was even nice enough to drop me off at a gas station while I wait for my ride to come since it was night and the shop was closed and it was dark, he didn't wanna leave me stranded. Again, really nice guy, really speedy service and very helpful all around.
Brent from Warsaw was super nice. Dude came out and picked up my truck within 15-20 minutes. Pretty pleasant chat on the way to where my truck was going. Told me a lot about how the Towing industry runs and operates!
Robert Nolan was a wonderful driver. When he arrived I was a mental wreck. He babysat me and was so kind. Loaded me up and got me to a tire shop. He is a amazing person! Thank you Robert!
Had car towed from Bourbon to Warsaw. I thought it was a bit pricey at $205. Then he drug my car out of garage because parking brake wouldn't dis engage. Think more could have been done to take better care of my vehicle. He told me he was going to inform dealer when he arrived and didn't or they would have had it put in building. He just dropped it off on other side of dealership and left. Not very happy with how it was handled, will call around next time I need a tow.
Reichert & Knepp provided me with amazing customer service at a very reasonable price. They did a great job with towing my car and the driver was very courteous and professional. They got to my stranded vehicle in a very timely manner for being 40 miles away. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Absolutely fantastic service!! Much more affordable than I thought it was going to be and they offered services that I haven’t heard of from most places! A gentleman named Austin came to help me in replacing the battery in my truck. He was friendly during the ride and such a huge help when it came time to the battery!

Worst place ever. Don’t ever call or get their services. Called to get a box trucked towed. The person that answered was very rude. I was talking to my buddy to see what we can do. Apparently the guy on the phone got mad and said I need to figure this out before calling and hung up.
This guys are absolutely amazing. I broke down just as I had to deliver my load and the driver that came to me is amazing. Not only was he hard working and patient but he was also a very nice person. He took my trailer to my deliver, waited with me until they unloaded and than hooked my truck to the shop. 5 hours, he was with me. Just when I was losing all hope God sends an individual like him. Thank you.
Mr. Austin Cook came out to a location where my vehicle was locked with the keys inside while it was running. I'm thankful for this kind man for saving the day. He was on time, had it done in just a few seconds, free of charge and I highly recommend anybody to go to him if you want to get your car unlocked with ZERO damage!!! Definitely went above and beyond. Very informative and patient even after a long hard two days out on the road..
This is what this company does to neighboring property. Trespassing and yard damage! When called to complain, the guy was very rude to my husband -- not good!
Alternator went out on us coming home late tonight. Called for a tow from Warsaw to North Webster and Brent was very responsive, fast and nice. Price was reasonable. Made a bad ending to our night not as bad. Great experience with them. Will definitely remember them if needed in future and highly recommend Brent and Reichert & Knepp. Thank you so much. Austyn showed up with a no nonsense attitude to get the job done. I really appreciated the level of service he provided along with the lengthy tow. The weather raining like crazy and we hit a small bit of traffic but he kept a positive outlook and made the ride comfortable. 10/10

Tim provided excellent service for our circumstances! Car was in an awkward location (cornfield) and the service was accommodated to fit the situation. Tim was very friendly and personable and was more than willing to adapt. Pricing was also exceptional! Overall, would use their company again if need to!
Briar was really curtious over the phone, was there earlier than was expected. He was very professional about the situation. I did help him getting the stinger lined up and helped with a few smaller things. And he was very thankful for the help.... 10/10 would recommend... also gave me a bit of insight for a job doing what he does

I was very pleased with the prompt service and what I considered a reasonable price that was provided. The driver Tim was very professional and polite. Although I hope to not need a wrecker service in the future, I would not have a moment’s hesitation in contacting Reicherts.
Breyer was Great and very professional! He was prompt and called me to verify where I was (middle of nowhere) and he got me to where I needed to be and even helped direct me to a hotel! All around awesome service and some nice conversation to boot. Thanks again Breyer!
I needed my car towed to the shop for some work. I called these guys up and I am glad I did. Briar came out and was polite and talked to me about my car. Then took his time and carefully got my car on the flatbed without damaging it. He did a great job and took good care of my baby! I’ll be back for sure! Thanks again Briar!
