So this idiot (me) accidentally locked the keys in my running semi truck while at the unloading customer’s facility. It was around 7 am when I finally gave up and called Knox towing. He was out to the facility within 20 mins, unlocked the truck within 5 mins, and the price wasn’t unreasonable.
Was really needing a tow they hung up on me and I called back and he was rude and hung up on me again very unprofessional and he’s lucky I’m trying to be level headed
Can not say enough good things about Spencer and Knox county towing. My daughter had a wheel break while traveling back to school on 41. I called Knox County towing and they explained they aren't able to do tire repairs, but have me the number of another shop with 24 hour roadside service. After calls and text to their emergency number went unreturned, I tried to find another company to help get her taken care of, those companies either did not return a message or were out of the area. I call Spencer back and he was able to head out to 41 and pick my daughter and car up, drop them off at a local tire repair place and waited for her ride to arrive. He kept us informed along the way and even called to let me know that her friend had arrived and they were headed back to school.
You do not get service like this in a large town and cannot say thank you enough.

Slid down a hill and into a ditch this morning. Spencer got there in 10 minutes and got me out despite my car being in possibly the worst position in that situation. Highly recommend this business.

Had a flat tire needed to get it from VU to the local dealership. They were super nice on the phone and in person. They got to me pretty quick and helped me get my car to the dealership.

I am so so thankful for this amazing company and the amazing people within it. I was in need of a tow on short notice after being stranded with a shut-down vehicle and they were quick, responsive, polite and even dealt with my multiple calls with questions. I could not recommend another company more. Thank you for your amazingly professional and helpful service.
Sam and his crew have been so helpful from my son's 2 wrecks, to my flat tire, and locking my keys in my car. Definitely lifesavers. Will do business again.

Knox Co Towing helped me out when my car broke down in Vincennes at intersection. I was quite flustered and upset. They were very friendly and calmed me down and got my car where I needed to go. Thanks for the tow!
They were very professional in the handling of my truck. They were very prompt and getting to me. The driver was very respectful and nice. I wouldn't trust my vehicle's to any other tow company
They scammed my daughter they are crooked business, instead of asking where they should take the vehicle they automatically towed it to their yard and then charged for the tow and convinced them to sign over title to cover storage fee granted the vehicle was totaled and not worth much but it never should have went to their lot unless told to by the owner !!!!! Playing on the ignorance of a young girl to make a short doller is a Sad way to do business
No they were very good my daughters car got impounded there and they worked with us very reasonable rate and very kind and considerate There are good people out there
They were quick when we had an emergency and were fairly price and were willing to work with me which means alot. Super friendly and all around great business!
