If you ever have a roadside emergency, ask for Jeff!! My daughter and I had a roadside emergency tonight and Jeff arrived promptly after making the call. He was friendly and even made a stop so we could grab a drink and take a bio break. He was professional and easy to chat with as we made our way 1hr north. I cannot say enough positive things about our overall experience. Jeff will be one of the first calls I make if I'm needing some automotive rescue support in the future! Well done.....
This gentleman was awesome. He was there quickly and had the vehicle towed off the property within minutes. He was professional and knowledgeable. Later in the evening he called and talked to me after he received a (wrongly given) poor review from the fleet company my vehicle is through. He wanted to make sure I was happy with his service and wanted to see if he could have done anything better. He truly cared about the service I received. I will use this company again if the need arises.
Coy’s saved us from quite a mess! Extremely fair and understanding. We had a very difficult truck stuck in a field, but they answered the call and got us figured out.
Finally got my vehicle picked up after 6 hours, to which my driveway was left looking like hell… I understand it’s been nasty out with all the melting snow, but come on, that’s even more reason to try to be careful when you’re on someone else’s property…there was no need to wreck my driveway, it’s plenty big enough to maneuver a large vehicle…you could’ve been more careful. I drive a bus up and down that driveway twice a day, and don’t make messes like that…ridiculous! I hope my vehicle wasn’t treated like my driveway, but I wasn’t there to oversee what went on, so who knows!! After seeing that mess when pulling in, I then get a call that he has my vehicle at the wrong address…finally got it to where it was supposed to be. DO BETTER!!!

Received notification from owner that driver would be on his as soon as he was finished at his present location. Updated me of arrival time. Driver asked immediately if I was okay. Quickly hooked up car and verified where it was going. Couldn't ask for a more professional owner at driver.

Kyle was professional and went out of his way to help me when I was broke down in the middle of the night, alone, 600+ miles from home. He helped me get a rental car and safely kept my vehicle until I could retrieve it a couple of days later. His rates were very reasonable and his service provided peace of mind to myself and my husband. Highly recommend.

Five solid stars. I was in route to make a delivery in Martinsville when I unfortunately ended up with a flat tire. Only one shop in the town I was in and they were already closed. I was very very pleased with the amount of time it took to get me back on the road, and the affordability of the cost. Thanks again for your help!! In the middle of the snow storm my car got stuck and I ended up breaking a tire rod. Called this company and they were very responsive, gave me a good quote, communicated well and got the job done quickly! I would use this company again!!!

Arrived fast, precisely when promised. Changed tire quickly, and followed up with us afterwards. Friendly, efficient, offered extra information for my mechanic regarding tires, and even took care to make sure my dog was kept safe during the tire change.
