Scandalous. I saved for years and just got robbed. Didn’t tell me anything grabbed my stuff and weighed it all together. I had separated the items. I weighed everything prior to bringing them in and it the total weight was not even close.
I do a good bit a scrapping and have been going to a different place, but kinda stumbled upon these guys by accident and haven't been back to the original yard I went too since. These guys are honest, fair, and a family business. Won't ever go anywhere else.
Both on the phone and in person the visit was great! I agree that the owners are fantastic. Allow me to give folks some pics. I drove from Franklin Township area and it is just a short trip down I-65. Easy to find. Thanks so much! I will definitely be back to recycle my aluminum cans. :)
We are Seniors and have always been treated respectfully. They have even help unload out cans if necessary. The money goes for cookies at a nursing home.and occasionally he has rounded the money up5 or 10 cents.
I have always been treated respectfully by them, even when one Saturday I showed up at closing time. Never had any issues with prices, as they go up and down depending on the market.
Fast and friendly service. I go nowhere else.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF TO CROSSROADS RECYCLING. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIES. I FOUND OUT ON MY OWN THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY.
I WENT 3 TIMES AND ALL 3 TIMES I ADDED DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF ALUMINUM CANS. EVERY TIME I WENT I MADE SURE I WAS ADDING 10LBS OF CANS EVERY TIME I WENT. BUT ONE THING WAS EVERY TIME I WOULD END UP WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF CASH AND THEY WOULD WRITE ON MY SLIP THAT I HAD 50LBS. SO JUST TO GIVE YOU ALL A HEADS UP SO YOU WON'T GET RIPPED OFF TAKE YOUR STUFF ELSE WERE UNLESS YOU JUST DON'T CARE.
