This place is very expensive for things that can be gotten for much less at other truck shops! Have seen work they do , looked terrible! My spouse have been there!
I can’t say enough good things about this shop & showroom. The staff in the chrome shop are true professionals. I’ve been using this shop for years because the mechanics are excellent too.
I’ve been an owner operator for about 10 years and over the last six years I have brought my trucks to I 65 chrome shop to have all my mechanical and service work done. What makes I 65 stand out to me is the whole experience of the service. From the time you make the phone call to the time you get your truck scheduled and they get it in the shop and got you back on the road. The entire process is seamless. I was appreciative of the fact that I was involved in all decisions and everything was explained professionally during the entire process. Their mechanics are top-of-the-line and they stand behind all of their work. The main reason why I stand behind I 65 truck and accessories is the fact that they work for The blue collar, trucker. Between the Shop rates and the supplies and the quality parts that they order, they still make sure that you are comfortable With those prices and that they are affordable. Most shops across the US are corporate owned and they know what it takes to fix your truck to get you back on the road safely but the problem is they don’t nor care what it costs to get you back on the road. I 65 on the other hand cares about its customers and understands that we’re all just trying to make a living and if we don’t work together you have nothing. Most people don’t understand the frustration Of owning a semi, but when the owner of an establishment who started out as a driver himself And knows the frustrations and heartaches decides to build a successful business spanning almost 25 years to help out his fellow trucker that speaks volumes. He instilled that knowledge with his service team and his mechanics. In a world of unsurely I can assure you that I 65 will do everything in their power to fix your truck and get you back on the road safely so you can continue to provide for your family. Place is a joke of a shop. Can't fix anything on a truck properly. Customer service is a joke and they will as the owner said "fire people as customers". Steer clear of this shop they do not care about the customer they just care about money. Super disappointing

Absolute terrible experience after five months three trips back with the same truck and $100,000. I have a cobble together mess that they created and the owner is so arrogant. It is impossible to do any business.
As far as your response to my review, my trucks are not deleted. I have yet to see a delete kit available for a 3406B model caterpillar or a 6NZ cat. If you’re referring to a caterpillar motor in an 2010 389 they are called gliders Owner operators, other trucking companies and anyone in the trucking industry beware of this scam of a shop. They will not stand behind warranty work. The only thing they care about is lining their pockets.
Had tail light and light on fender on tractor replaced easy checking in friendly costumer service they do have drivers lounge and shower to and they have a van that you can use lady checked me out was very nice
The people here are amazing. I had an issue with with a number needing to be rewelded and they said bring it in and we will take a look. They looked at it had me get to a door to get it unbolted and repaired. Took a few hours in total with everything. The people here are incredibly helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend for repairs and service.
I was in a pickle with broken high pressure fuel line, i called the shop, and they said common in and see what they can do….they found the part and got me going within timely manner. They Dannie at service desk was super nice with positive attitude and so was the vice president of the shop. Good place and good people. God Bless!!!
So here me and another truck is sitting across the parking lot in a parking area not even belonging to this business and some Caucasian guy in a black pick up truck with this chrome shop uniform shirt on comes and tells up to move our 18 wheeler cause we are parked on private property… well it’s not even their property for him to come say something to us about it… to bad he ain’t have a name on his shirt
My husband stopped to have a full service done in his truck. They did the annual inspection and fixed a wiring problem. They were courteous, helpful and professional. They were very concerned about him being happy with his service. Highly recommend them.
Google says they close at 6pm, showed up at 4:57pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked. Only one person inside at the computer right beside the door and ignored me while I was at the door. Just seems as if even if your closing times are wrong on google, you could still come to the door for a customer that is taking time out of their day to get off the interstate to come make a quick purchase on a item that they desperately need...
I needed a custom piece made for an oversize quick release flag . Called ahead of time . Sales staff ( sorry dude I totally forgot your name ). Said they had what I needed , got there walked in , they walked me to service talked to Duane Bard . Even though they were busy he took time out to to help . Showed him what I wanted made . He worked me into the schedule and got it done . Everyone I I spoke with there are absolutely top shelf individuals. Definitely will use them again when I’m up that way .
Nice, knowledgable, professional people. Good selection of truck accessories, for its size. Also has parts for APUs. Worked me in for a Rigmaster water pump and thermostat replacement. Mechanic and service manager stayed a bit after their quitting time. Have been there several times and will continue to give them my business.
I had to go pick up a new bumper for the hubby's semi after he blasted a deer so he decided on a new chrome 20 inch drop bumper. Thankfully they had one in stock but it was in the warehouse and there was only one employee that day. When she had some time she locked up the shop went out to the warehouse and loaded up this 100 or more lbs 8.5 ft wide behemoth by herself and brought it into the shop so when I got there I wouldn't have to wait for her to lock up and go get it. She even helped me load it into my truck. I definitely appreciate all the extra work she put into it to make it easier on me! 100% recommend shopping here. They go above and beyond for their customers...or maybe it was just me lol!
I spent 8 hours there in November 2019. The mechanic worked on my rigmaster all day. It cost me $1100.00 plus. He could not repair it. I still had to pay. It took 3 hour to get it repaired in Chicago. RIP off
I had the worst experience here. Very poor customer service. Please avoid this place. They scammed me with unnecessary repairs worth over $8,500. I brought my truck and after diagnostic revealed extrem smoke caused by ball gear according to the service Manager. I asked him to check the Turbo because my truck was losing power and had smoke. He stated that the Turbo was tested and functions well. After working on 36hrs, it turns out that was not the issue at all because ballgear was definitely not the issued. They only needed to change me the 36hrs x $95 per/h I picked up my truck assuming it's fixed then I found out they left some parts untightened. They later apologized and added extra day to work on it. Hence I am spending out of pocket for transportation back and forth and hotel expenses. My truck broke down after leaving this shop in 30 minutes and decided to tow it to a different location for further diagnosis and repair. The issue was the Turbo afterall and I was charged new services and parts. It's driving like a champ. I am now considering legal counsel to claim that money and a total of 4wks pay while my truck was disabled.
Got 6 new aluminum wheels for a fraction of the cost of other places. Pretty sure it was a special sale but I love a great deal. Made my ‘98 Eagle look like a new truck!
Great place, and seems to be getting/keeping more in stock than it has been of late. James is the man in parts, and VERY knowledgeable. Thought he had a part I needed because "thats what the computer said" an went above an beyond to triple check an realized it wasn't.
Todd, one of the owners is awesome he went above and beyond when I purchased a truck from them. Nathan in parts is very resourceful and helped me out as well with some extras. I'm very happy with my truck purchase and the overall experience. The deal took a couple days to go through and they offer very clean showers and rest rooms for there customers. So if anyone is looking for an outstanding place to purchase equipment, bring equipment in for repairs to the shop or to purchase some shinny stuff I highly recommend this place! Thank you guys so much!
We had just purchased an RV and only driven about 20 miles when a tire blew. Not only did the tire shred, but also ripped wires out from underneath. We were fortunate enough to be across the highway from I-65 Truck & Accesories. We went over to see if it would be alright to park in their lot while we tried to figure out what to do since we were still 150 miles from home and the other 3 tires were in the same shape. They immediately offered help. They didn't have the size tire we needed, but called a shop in another town and had them delivered! They put the spare on to get the RV into their garage, put all 4 tires on and we're on our way. The.entire staff were very courteous and professional. They kept us informed the entire time with updates. If there was a 10 to give I-65, I would. Thank you very much for turning an awful experience into one that exceeded our expectations. You guys ROCK!!!

This is one of the best chrome shops i have been to. As soon as i walked in gentleman came up to me and asked if he can help me. His name is James. I told him what i need and i was out of there in no time. He also made sure i had right screws and clips so i can install those parts properly. Also they have good prices and big selection of all kind of parts. I will definitely go back to this place!
I usually pass by this shop a couple times a week. Went in looking for a shop to do my regular PMs, and possibly some other work. I asked about some suspension work, and they pointed me to a guy to talk to about it. He seemed like he was off the clock, and didn't really want to be bothered. So I asked him about ordering some parts. He said one of the other guys or girls could help me. They seemed too busy unloading a van or pretending I wasn't standing there. After about ten minutes of that awkwardness I walked out empty handed.
A+++++ service, very nice people and best prices around. If they don't have a part in stock, they will find it for you. I was lucky to get a narrow oval Peterbilt old style 24.5 inch steer rim, they are hard to find, but in a couple hours they found the rim. They will be my new service shop as well.
