I am giving it a three star because of the Service guy names Matt that did not explain things like he should have as to how much thing were going to cost when you are under the understanding you have an top of the line extended warranty “as they put it” … to be honest if Bruce won’t have stepped in I would have gave zero stars Bruce is why I am giving three he took the time to listen and he also took the time to say he was going to look more into it cause it just didnt make sense on what was told to us this being said I will only ask for Bruce to deal with if i need anything done to my vehicle done there ever again..

I needed to purchase a new car and had used Wiers before. Because of a fractured ankle my mobility was compromised. Johnny Palermo made sure the buying experience was easy and he connected on a personal level. I will continue to use Wiers and Johnny Palermo.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars … One of the worst experiences of my life. A simple job of changing oil and checking fluids obviously not being done turned into thousands of dollars of damage to my jeep and when I spoke to Randy the service manager he was extremely rude and condescending also out right lied to me on multiple subjects in the conversation. My car will never be back there I will never do any business there and to all other customers my advice even though your paying for a service that does include checking fluids double check yourself and do not be fooled by the rating if you read reviews the buying a car versus service department experiences

I bought a used truck late Friday afternoon after driving from Detroit from 4 hours to check out a truck in the rain. Taking the dealership as reputable, only to find out the truck is severely rusted out and was covered up by wheel well flares. The next morning after calling the dealership to let them know that I was not happy with my purchase, I was told I would be called on Monday only to be reached by a text message from the sales manager Jason Boone saying there is nothing they can do. So I asked them to please call me, they did but were very unhelpful. Moral of the story don't trust anyone in the car business, bring tools, a mechanic, and maybe even a body repair technician. They claim to have done all other work on the truck but never saw the wheel well flares and issues, but replaced, repaired and repainted several parts

Our family had been looking to upgrade our 2013 Silverado 1500 to a new Silverado 2500 and we found Wiers Chevrolet online. The dealership was very clean and organized. The prices were amazing, compared to the other trucks we had found online. The employees were all nice and friendly. Josh S. was our salesman and he was great. I can’t tell you enough good things about Wiers Chevrolet and Josh Tulaski! I had very specific features I wanted in my next truck and they had the ONLY truck in the country that met those conditions. Living in North Carolina, I was nervous about working with a dealership having never seen or driven the truck. Josh was extremely thorough in sending me photos and videos of the truck to make sure that I was aware of EVERYTHING on the truck. His transparency gave me confidence in putting down a deposit and then flying up to finalize the transaction. The dealership driver was professional and personable from the airport to the dealership. They took great care of me and I am absolutely THRILLED with my truck. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to buy another vehicle through them. Great job Josh and Wiers Chevrolet!
