By far one of the best towing services in the world from the drivers to the company themselves, they made sure everyone was able to get back to the area they needed to be and stayed in contact the entire time (during snow storm) thank you to you all and we appreciate everything you do!
Had to get a "lockout" done after locking my keys in my truck at the gas station.... $90 is an absolute rip-off! Way to take advantage of people with no other option.
So this post is way past due. Had just had an amazing reunion with my Marines. Was heading home from Kentucky. Was already losing oil, which was a concern. Anywho, long story short. Added to much oil, got stranded on the side of N.65 in Seymour Indiana. My insurance failed me in acquiring a tow. And said that they couldn't. I GOOGLED a tow service, COOMER'S answered the call. (Forgot to mention it was a Sunday afternoon) ..... they arrived within 20 minutes. Luke arrived .... was laid back, but quite professional. (I use to drive a tow truck in the past) His attention to detail was on point. And his personality made the crappy experience, tolerable.
In turn, I chose COOMER'S to tow my vehicle from Seymour, Indiana to Loves Park, Illinois to my dealership.

We are on a cross country road trip and got a flat tire. Our insurance company roadside assistance tried to send a different company but they said they didn’t have the right tool. After calling again they sent Coomers. The guy was so great. Our jack kit was missing the crucial piece to get the spare off. We also are traveling with 11 people. The driver went back to try to find the right piece and was trying to figure out how he could tow the car and get everyone to a shop. My husband managed to break the spare off while we were waiting. The guy came back and put it on and told us the closet place to get some air in the spare.
Overall, just excellent customer service and very helpful, kind.

I was blessed on 9 Aug 2025, I was traveling south on I 65 at mile marker 58 when my daughter was towing a boat and lost the tire and rim and broke studs on the hub. I called for a wrecker and in 10 minutes. I had a wrecker with a great operator, pulling my boat up onto it. He gave me a card. I called him on Sunday and found that they weren’t even charging me storage, which is a blessing also. I went to their place of business on Tuesday and replace the hub on the boat trailer and retrieved it from their lot. Every employee in the business that I saw was pleasant and helpful. They allow me use of the Jack and offered to help if I needed it. You don’t see this very much anymore. It’s great to know that there’s still people out there that care about their customers. If you need a tow job, Coomer’s is where you need to call!
Our guardian angels are working endlessly to protect us! Driving to Louisville KY this past weekend with my 81 yo mom the AC in my car started blowing hot air. After about 10 minutes I had to find air conditioning or a repair shop in Seymour Indiana quick before mom passed out. It would’ve taken a few more minutes to get to the repair shop so I saw some cop cars and semi trucks and thought whatever this is has AC so I pulled in and got her inside and OMG it was better than an ER!! The lady could not have been quicker to set my mom down in the chair, took off her sandals got her some wet paper towels and put them on her neck, feet, underarms, got her water and some peanut butter crackers all while the towing guys tried to see what was wrong with my AC! She even sent us with extra bottled water and wouldn’t take a dime!! They all could not have been more hospitable or helpful at Coomer’s The guys figured out what was wrong with my AC but just didn’t have the parts to fix it. Thank you!!
Only one of 6 Columbus area towing companies that answered the phone at 6:20 am even though they all advertise 24hr service!!!
The girl at Coomer’s who answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful. Luke called before heading my way, got to my Nashville address quickly, was friendly, efficient and very affordable in getting my truck out of a roadside ditch. I would highly recommend you give them a call
Today I was broke down on taylorsville rest area and called AAA. They sent out a very nice well educated young man that fixed my car and got me on my way . Thank you Ashton you made a bad day better thank you for your service and southern hospitality . I will up grade my AAA after speaking with him and I will call and she for him next time. We had a flat tire on our medical transport van. Luke came within 30 mins and changed the tire for us. Luke was very personable and the service was great!
I deal with towing companies fairly regularly so I'm used to poor attitudes and outrageous prices for simple jobs. Coomer's however I had the exact opposite experience. Extremely friendly staff on the phone, My driver complimented the Tow truck drivers attitude and response. The rate was alot better than expected due to the time of year and weather in the area. HIGHLY recommended
WOW, still good people out there. On sat. my Active Duty Army sons Tranny blew on I-65 south of Indy, over 100 miles from his base during freezin cold snow storm. His C.O. was no help, couldn't get a AAA real person on the phone and the app tried to charge him $800 even though should've been free due to our insurance. So I called these folks hoping there are still good people out there. They were on scene in less than 20min, got him n car safely back to base and discounted us to just $400. Dispatch (Lindse)y and the driver were very sympathetic and professional. My wife n I are very grateful that God is still in some peoples hearts !

My son and I just picked up a classic car from New Albany and was headed back to Shelbyville!! At midnight, near Scottsburg we got a flat tire and of course no spare tire!! I called a couple places that quoted me 700 to tow 66 miles back to my house!! And both told me the driver had stuff in the truck they didn't want to unload so they could only give 1 of us a ride!! (It may have been the same company with 2 different numbers?♀️) Finally made it down the list of tow companies and called Coomers!! Charged less than half the cost of the other quotes, gave both of us a ride!! The driver was very personable and bonus points for knowing A LOT about the classic car we just picked up!! My son and I know nothing and it was cheap enough and ran so we got it for him to learn on!! Hopefully I never need their service again. But if I'm ever down that way and need some help, Coomers is who I'll call!!!❤️

Coomer's has helped me out 2 different times and they were great. They were very courteous, great attitudes and got the job done. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They also have very reasonable prices also.
who would of thought moving a shed takes less than 30mins without a forklift!

Good people, good price. They were there for us late at night and picked up/delivered a motorcycle after my son's accident. I'd definitely use them again... But I hope to never need them!
Well my truck engine was not heating up I called they got me right in. My grandmother just had a stroke they worked really hard to get me back on the road. My personal experience I've have in a very long time. The cost was very reasonable and I got back on the road as fast as possible.
We had a customer that was driving back to Northern Indiana from our dealership in Knoxville, TN and ran out of gas on I-65 and needed assistance. We are in Tennessee, so all we could do was try to find the closest towing/road assist service and hope for the best. Hampton was the first place I found and when I called they were immediately happy to help. Not only did they do the job and bring her gas but they got on it right away and had our customer back on the road in less than 30 min. Super friendly interactions and charged us a very fair price. Based on our experience, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. When you are traveling and find yourself needing roadside assistance, all you want is a company that does what they say they will do and hopefully get to you sooner than later. They exceeded those expectations while also representing our business in a very professional manner. If they were located near us, we would use them all the time without a doubt! This company and the folks who work for them are the very best!!! I would highly recommend them any day!! My vehicle broke down on me downtown Indy, in a parking garage, under the Marriott Hotel this morning. It was a challenge to get it out as the truck wouldn't fit in the garage but they somehow pulled it off & delivered my vehicle within two hours! I am forever grateful! Very decently priced for a tow from downtown Indianapolis to Austin Indiana! The driver's name was Tyler Abner, thank heavens for him!! You guys are absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you!!
My wife had a flat tire that was off the rim and was stranded. I called and got immediate service and the gentleman I spoke with was extremley helpful and kind. The driver showed up within 15 minutes and was so nice to my wife and my daughter. A+++++ Thank You !!!
Got my car towed and was released same day I was processed at the holding cells. The officer was nice and the impound guys were fast and seem to be good people people. Had a funny mix up cause we called in and they thought someone waiting outside was us for a sec until we walked up and the 4 of us talked and had a good laugh. Gotta enjoy the little things.
The cost to get my car out tho after only a few hours. People are great and friendly. My own fault for having to pay a fee tho. Most expensive joint ever and all I wanted to do was hang at the lake in a natural setting and keep to myself. Gotta just take care what needs to be done now. ?
Heading back to michigan and Had some trouble with the radiator/coolant. They pulled us in, got us a new radiator put in. In less then an hour. Nice respectable people. Not a single complaint. Even the front desk lady kept my wife and kids occupied .
I put my truck in a deep ditch in about 5 to 6 inches of snow at 2:21am and on a remote stretch of state highway. . I called these folks. Took about 2hrs to get there but they were obviously busy due to the weather. The driver was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and all around professional. Had me pulled out and on the road in about 10mins. And in my opinion, the bill was affordable.
I highly recommend Hampton towing if you are unfortunate and need such a service.
