Drama. Dropped a car off for spark plugs and wires, 2 weeks went by and they never even looked a the vehicle. Told me they’d just tow it back to my house free of charge. Then charged me for the tow and said they never said that. Waste of time and money. The only professionals here are the tow truck drivers

I really appreciate being at this facility. First point of contact Ms Teresa (professional and courteous) Cliff really helped me get through this experience no trucker likes to go through. They took very good care of 2018 freightliner after a wheel bearing failure. Very traumatic for me. Cliff, the tow guy and the young man making calls for the parts ministered to me. I appreciate everything you all do. God bless you all!

I called and was given a price of $975 to change my tire. However, when the job was completed, I was charged $1,075. They told me the original quote was incorrect because the person who gave it was working from home at the time. I did not appreciate this. In today’s economy, every dollar counts. This is not good business practice. The tire change itself was fine—it was a simple repair.

My boyfriend and I’s car stopped working at the gas station next to Dave’s — we went over and he was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Even though he himself didn’t have the part we needed, Dave was on the phone with other shops, doing research, and helping me make a game plan. He really went above and beyond. Even though I didn’t do direct business with him, his attitude and personality alone would lead me to recommend him to anyone in need of repairs. Thanks Dave!

They were great got me towed in, made sure I had a rode to a hotel and then got my truck back up and running the next day. There prices were very reasonable.

I had a issue with my air compressor on my semi the pop off valve wouldn't stop blowing air off and it wouldn't build air in the tanks, I limped my truck to the shop next door to David Towing and that shop refused to service my truck without me having my own parts, go figure that! I Walked across the lot to Davis they sold me a new pop off valve and that didn't fix the problem soon after they came filled my tanks with air so I could drive over to there shop, it was kinda late they looked over my truck for about 2 hrs with success the next morning they started back looking for the problem and after a few hours and removing hoses, they a collapsed hose under the truck!! That for a hose that wouldn't let air pass plugging the system!! Thank you guys at Davis Towing for getting on my way and helping me make it home to celebrate my granddaughters birthday as I promised I would!! Hopefully they remember me as this was several months ago in the cold weather of 2024... Thanks again

Called for road service as truck went off the road and they sent the entire shop so they can cash in on as much money as possible. Tried to talk to supervisor about the bill but he was "busy doing other calls" where they charge $700.00 just for him to show up. Place is a joke and I hope everyone looking for towing services goes elsewhere as for the services they charge is overpriced. Only needed 2 vehicles to be sent out they sent out 4 and supervisor. $10k bill for less than 1 hours worth of work and a total distance of 3 Miles from their shop.

Cliff at Davis Towing & Tire is amazing!!! After driving over a huge pothole on I70 recently we eventually exited off the interstate and noticed that we had sidewall damage on our tire. Coincidentally we were just a few hundred feet from Davis T&T but it was after hours. We drove over nonetheless and even though they were closed for the day Cliff helped us out and got us back on the road with our spare within a few minutes. Super courteous, professional and quick…they were a Godsend!! Thanks Cliff??? Joe & Nathalie

Stranded on the side of I70 eastbound in an oversized truck. Made the phone call at 8:15pm & we were unloading my truck at the front door by 9:23pm. Friendly prompt service I'd give 'em a 6? if I could. Thank you.

Ok service I guess, but I can't stand dishonesty. I was told that if I gave Davis towing my business that they would match the price of my roadside assistance coverage and only charge me 80$ for the tow. I was also quoted $650 for the repair. My total ended up being $934. I contacted the shop and asked them to honor their price of the tow and was told that they changed the tow price to $80 and than put the rest under labor. What a joke.

My wife was traveling through the area on the interstate. She had a blow out on one of her tires. Unfortunately I was on the other side of the state so I looked up a towing service. Got a hold of Davis Towing and they were in route within minutes. Not only did they show up promptly but they went completely out of their way to patch her tire. It was 7pm on a Saturday so there weren’t any tire business open. I talked to truck driver about the repair, he sent me a photo of the hole, and explained to me that it could be safely repaired. This establishment is what 5 star is all about.

Real life savers right here, got a blowout tire in a risky curve of the highway and called them for help. They immediately sent someone, arrived fast and to the point. Took the truck out the highway in a minute, and headed to their shop which was relatively close. They replaced the tire flawlessly with a spare they had. Incredible work, we even got essential information that helps us get the cost for the service covered, even at such a fair price.

I've not used this company, but I saw one of your employees, drove a red service van, pay for a strangers groceries today, he said " it's the right thing to do, we're all just people getting by". If I ever need to use your services, after seeing how kind and generous this man was to a stranger I know I will 1000% call you guys. Keep being good people. It's great to see.

Robert and Scott are fantastic people! I haul a specialized trailer that transports trains and subway cars. Twice now I’ve had issues with this trailer in the past year that either required welding or special ordering parts. The hub I needed was in IL and they went out of their way to get the parts I needed and back on the road. Robert and Scott stayed late to get it all buttoned up so I can be back on the road first thing in the morning.Their staff and the two of them are excellent at what they do! I understand all this comes with a price and have no issues paying considering the circumstances. I hope I don’t have issues for a long time when passing through however if I do have issues I’m chaining up that axle and limping my unit to them and only them. Thanks again to the team at Davis Towing! Hope you enjoyed the treats I left hanging on your door!

We got a flat tire on Interstate 70. Fortunately we saw the Billboard for Davis Towing & Tire. They immediately took my car in to check it out. The hole was in the sidewall. They did not have a tire in stock so they called around to find one. They guided us to a local restaurant to get some lunch. They were so kind & caring. We were expecting a large bill, but they were very reasonable. We were out in 2 hours. We can't thank them enough for helping us.

Came here to check my semi tire pressure and put some air. They didn’t like me asking for the air hose. A valve broke while puting air on it. They changed the valve. While I’m checking the other tires, found a nail in another tire. Now they want me to charge $350 because it was 5:03 PM and they’re closed. Too bad! The leaking was not that bad. I’ll stop tomorrow at a Speedco and I won’t have to pay the after hour service. Not mentioning the owner told me to call my company from my own cellphone because he I can’t use their phone. Well… I didn’t ask to use your phone. I have my own phone.

We had an accident with our trailer and had a load on it. In a dire situation. Davis worked with us and helped with a temporary solution to get back on the road and back home. Saying they went out of their way and above and beyond is an understatement. This is America. This is humanity. This is community. Thank you again. I would recommend Davis to anyone.

My vehicle was stalled on the side of interstate 70W and I was 2 hours away from home and another 45 minutes from my destination. Davis Towing & Tire got someone out there to tow my vehicle to safety quickly and compassionately. Everyone was so kind and responsive while I worked at logistics for myself and my two children and on a Saturday, no less. They repaired my vehicle, were constantly respectful and reasonable, and overall wonderful to work with. I was very impressed.

While traveling for work we had a tire blow out! Davis was very helpful on the phone, Excellent response and customer service. Our driver confirmed the tire shop had the proper tire to get us back on the road before he off loaded us. I was shocked at our bill as I expected it to be extremely higher! We appreciated the assistance and everything they did for us!

I was on the way home from a road trip when my car started rattling. I pulled off at an exit, and Davis happened to be there. I explained the situation and asked if they could look at it to let me know if it was safe to continue driving. Two of their mechanics spent 15-20 min looking under the hood and under the car. They assured me it was nothing dangerous and could wait to be looked at further. I fully expected to pay them for their time, but they told me there was no charge and sent me on my way. Businesses like this are hard to find these days, and I will definitely keep them in mind should I need something in that area again. Grateful for the peace of mind they gave me. Highly recommended.

Getting work done on the road is always a bit nerve racking, worrying about getting the work done right for a fair price. No worries here. Excellent group of people and company. Did great work finding the electrical short in my trailer and repairing it. Everyone was pleasant and professional. 10/10 would recommend

Caught a bolt in a tire on I70 EB... Wrecker was there within 15 minutes. I didn't have tool to remove my spare on my truck so they towed us back to the shop, and quickly got us back on the road. I highly recommend Davis towing and tire service.. professional, friendly, and reasonably priced... Give them a call!!!

We were traveling with an RV when the radiator sprung a leak, Davis Towing offered to repair it when I called after a recommendation from the Ford dealer in Richmond. They kept it plugged in so food in our refrigerator would not spoil as we continued with our trip. All the men who checked it out when we pulled in were cordial and helpful, explained what was broken and how long it would take to get parts. Especialy enjoyed visiting with Sean. They had no problem with the RV setting on their lot until we returned. We would highly recommend their services.

I had a flat tire on 70 tonight ,it was dark and cold and I was alone. Called Davis Towing, they arrived quickly. I was so glad to see them! Jordan was amazing and was so nice. They had to tow my car and when I arrived at their shop everyone was so nice. I can not thank you all enough. They did not have a tire to fit my car so they put my spare on for me. I would highly recommend using Davis Towing, amazing customer service!

Excellent service! We had 2 flats on our travel trailer sitting on the shoulder of I-70. After several calls to our insurance roadside assistance, I realized they had no clue and would be no help... they actually asked me to reschedule due to lack of available assistance in my current area! I called Davis Towing, they said they could be out soon, changed both tires, lead us back to the shop to check our break system and remount a spare and even offered their lot to park for the night! Great group of guys! Highly recommend!

I'd give them more than 5 stars if it was an option! We had a tire blow out on our uhaul trailer traveling from Sout Carolina back to Indianapolis on Easter Sunday. We were only 40 minutes from home and luckily this facility was where we pulled over at. They were able to replace the damaged wheel and tire with a new one and did it extremely quick!! Very professional, friendly, and fast! Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly! I hope we didn't pull you away from your family for too long.
