They picked us up just a few minutes after 6 o’clock. The truck was there in 15 minutes, greeted with a very knowledgeable young man (Sam) who got us off the road safely delivered us to Jordan‘s auto in Cloverdale. They did an outstanding job for us. Both of these organizations are well worth your time and patronage.

Our van wrecked while we were just 25min from our hotel, but still over 300 miles from home. I called 911 who dispatched an officer, called the insurance company who kept transferring us back and forth and wasn't getting us anywhere fast despite knowing I was stuck in a grassy median with no working engine in the heat of a summer night close to midnight with three young children - so I hung up on them and just opted to call a local tow. Curtis Towing got there at the same time as the police officers who had been alerted to our situation almost an hour before! Our driver got my kiddos and I safely to our hotel along with our damaged van. It was so late and hot and pitch black out, my boys were pretty upset, but our Curtis driver was a capeless hero that night! He was so kind and helped put the kids at ease - one of my six-year-olds even said it was the best day of his life cause he got to ride in the tow truck! He really made a pretty crappy situation get settled as quickly and smoothly as possible and sent my receipt two different ways just to make absolutely sure I would have a copy to submit to the insurance company. I really appreciate Curtis Towing helping my family and getting there so quickly!

last night our car broke down luckily right next to this auto shop 45 minutes pasted their closing we needed a battery and some help and with no hesitation this shop stepped up to help some stranded strangers out they were in extremely helpful and caring. if you want a mechanic that is helpful and reliable this is your place! thank you guys so much for yalls help!

My husband's car was in a rollover wreck. They were quick to respond, and when I got there to release the vehicle to the insurance company, they warned me about the appearance of it. The gentleman that took us out there allowed us to drive our own car back because I had several children in there, and it was very cold outside. He helped us get the license plates off of the vehicle and was very understanding.

Amazing drivers! They had really a calming presence, in a time when it was very easy to be amped up. They got us to the tire place safely. Very friendly, great and interesting stories. I would hope, I wouldn't have a need, but if I did. They would be my first call.

They came out to tow us and waited patiently for our ride to get there. Answered right away and got there quick. Very professional. Definitely will use them again in the near future.

Unlike most, they did not price gouge their services and addressed every concern we had with kindness, compassion, and patience. Tara was an absolutely amazing! After experiencing a tire blow out at 3 in the morning in a very precarious position on the side of busy I 70 highway and almost 500 miles from home, I was incredibly grateful to see Sam pull up with the tow truck. He was very professional and courteous and made sure we stayed safe while the car was positioned on the truck. These guys are awesome. I got in a wreck just past their exit on a sunday morning (I'm from ~600 miles away), the owner drove me to the airport to get a rental and stayed until i got back to get all of my things out of my vehicle. Good people.

We had a really bad week. We moved from Michigan to Missouri. We lost our trailer on our way to Missouri with our sawmill in it. They were so kind and really helped us out. We couldn't be more grateful to everyone at this business. So thank you.

I had a flat tire on I-70 west bound and limped into their garage. They didn't have a tire for me but they put on my spare. Courteous, efficient and very reasonable. I was grateful they were there

This is a thief towing company, the truck cab was stolen, I can only suspect this towing company, because the towing company has the only key, we lost the truck navigation, a mobile phone, and of course money in the wallet! As a full-time employee of a trucking company, which truck driver would carry $5,000 in cash on behalf of his company? As a full-time truck driver, it is common for trucks to break down on the road, and I often need tow truck service. I have never encountered any difficulties or obstacles when it comes to payment, but this tow truck company has set up various payment obstacles to make things difficult for me. , It also makes things difficult for my dispatcher and boss, no credit cards, checks, or commercial drafts. In short, various hints that the towing company hopes to collect cash. In the final operation, I had to go back 6 hours to pick it up. Cash, finally you only have one option to pay in cash! My boss has called to inquire before, but this towing company has no reminders about paying cash. They want you to delay more time so that they can charge more. I seriously suspect that this towing company is evading taxes. I I will report it to the IRS! There is only one lady who is relatively polite, and all the men are rude. I never ask Indiana to be as tolerant as California, but basic politeness and morals should be there, right? Unfortunately, the answer is no!

Drivers were proficient at their job and nice. But I work as an independent contractor and had no contractual agreement with Curtis towing for their services. Their agreement was with the brokerage of the load that they took off my trailer. Their driver had no right to hold my truck stationary until they received payment.

I had axel damage on my 53ft trailer. Although I was carrying a 47,000 pound load they amazingly got me to there shop & got me repaired quickly, at a decent price. I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for excellent service by quality men.

I called probably 6 different towing companies in the area. Curtis Garage & Wrecker were the only ones available and able to get this out-of-stater safely to a tire shop. The driver even offered and dropped me off at my hotel. I definitely hope to never have to use them again, but boy am I glad they were there for me. Cannot recommend any higher!

I’ve had very good experiences using them. They have the latest and best tools for the job, properly trained and experienced mechanics and operators. Very hard to find these days. They definitely make safety priority number one. Highly recommend! They also have a rare superpower around there called common sense.

Four of us were on a girl's weekend when our alternator went out. We were barely able to coast into the parking lot when it died completely. The good Lord definitely directed our path because they were able to order the part, install it & get us back on the road in less than an hour!! Thank you & please let Matt know we're praying for his recovery.

We were on I-70 and had a flat tire and couldn't get the tire to come off. We called several garages and no one wanted to help, too far for them. Then I got ahold of Curtis garage and he didn't hesitate to help, but as he was on his way a trucker stopped and removed the tire. I am still very grateful that he attempted to come and help and would have. Thank you Curtis garage.

They go above and beyond. Sam was professional, courteous and helpful. I was stranded along the side of Interstate 70 with a flat tire after hitting a pothole in the road. He made sure I got out of my car safely and into the wrecker, loaded my car and got us off the interstate. He called three places to find me a new tire and took me to that town so I could get it put on. He was friendly and put me at ease and made the situation not seem as bad. I definitely recommend them! Thank you!

One of our driver had a brake issue on his trailer. Luckily he was right on the exit where Curtis garage located. Called them,they said they were about to close but they decided to take him in. Out within 15 minutes. Good pricing too!

Had a tire stem break. Drove off the interstate and the guys jumped right on it. Had me fixed and back on the road in no time flat... Great group..

Great Place, I needed my antique firetruck towed home. Prompt service, very respectful of my truck. Dropped it right at my door. No problems, Will use them again.

The lady that answers the phone and takes your money is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. We had to travel 3 hours to come to pick up a vehicle. She made us wait until it was closing time and told us that we owed more than what she said we owed when we called her. Her comment was well I get about 35.00 you'll have to come back tomorrow. Do not use this company, very unprofessional.

They are wonderful. We dealt with JT after our car broke down in Indiana on our way home to New York. He dropped my husband and daughter off at the motel and picked my husband up when the car was done. They drove to go get the part so we could get back on the road. You should definitely give them your business.

The guys over at Curtis were very friendly and fixed my issue. I thought I had some major damage to my truck but after they looked it over they called the same day to let me know what the issues were. Turned out to be minor and I was able to pick it up the next day. The price was completely fair. Mike was awesome and up front. Definitely will take another vehicle there again if needed. My truck is running like brand new!
