The worst supplier I’ve ever dealt with, zero quality, zero accountability, and outrageous prices. They refuse to honor their word or their warranties, and their billing department is, without question, the most unprofessional and incompetent I’ve ever encountered. They punish small businesses for making purchases over a certain limit, refuse to respect Net 30 terms, and will send you to collections simply because their financial manager decides to. Their so-called “policies” change when they want over the phone, and they show no interest in assisting small businesses in any way. Absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever! I would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I call and the message says to go on line for parts. I don’t want to go on line I want it today. I drive over and it says to call the number and the number tells me to go on line. I guess I’ll go back to rock auto or some other source besides LKQ. Everything must be ordered today and I’m not fond of it. Last time I went to a place like this I could at least walk in and possibly have the part the day of or shipped the next day. I guess those days are over. The days of customer care are over and they don’t care. Terrible to say the least.

I get this location in Plainfield five stars. But if this was the location my part came from AKA LKQ in Southern Indiana I would probably give two stars. Horribly long wait times just for the guy to ask one question. And before I could explain anything transfer me back to the online store. This was after 3 days of trying to get a hold of them!!

This is a great place for auto parts. I damaged a aluminium rim on my Cadillac 2008 STS and they were the only parts store in Indianapolis that had a brand new rim for my car. The sales reps were outstanding. Thank you again.

Still waiting on a bumper since December. Every time I call they find it; say they're going to deliver it; and when the delivery date comes...the bumper is lost again. They took my money and I still don't have my bumper.

Great prices but be prepared to wait a couple of hours if you go on Monday. Unbelievable that a company that large would only have one employee running the front counter with 9 people in line. One employee came up to help... took care of one customer and left promptly to take a smoke break by front door. I was there 2.5 hours to get my part.

Company is ok, but sometimes unorganized and the people that manage the business can be very rude to employees at times.That old unhappy women(for a lack of better words)in dispatch is beyond rude just really disrespectful and she seems miserable, if they would find a more suitable and happier person dispatch could make the job a lot better......

Service, service, service! I placed an order over the telephone using information from this company's online inventory. I arrived and picked up the part. I had a 1 hour and 20 minute drive each way. I was quite dismayed to find that they had given me the incorrect part. It seems the salesperson clearly understood me, but the individual at the counter wrote up the wrong item, confusing a minivan with an SUV. So I had to travel several more hours to exchange the part. No adjustments were made for my inconvenience due to their mistake. Additionally, the same counter person who screwed up the initial order took a walk in order after 5pm closing and completed that order instead of finishing mine out although I was seated directly in front of his station. Despite my showing the counter person the online inventory using my smartphone, along with pricing, he also insisted that he was doing me a favor by providing the item that I originally ordered at the online price confirmed by the salesperson that I originally ordered it for. I have received what I pray it is now the correct item. This company's personnel should strive to deliver the right part every time. They should also treat customers (even the female ones) as if their business would not exist without them, because it would not.

LKQ is a must for people who like working on their cars or for people who like to buy wrecks and flip them. You can order whatever part you need and it'll be ready or ordered from another yard. This cuts the hassle of going to a Salvage yard and picking the part yourself. Less time searching and plucking, more time to make money. Good job LKQ, making life/business a lot easier.

DO NOT buy from LKQ! It was a hassle to get the right remanufactured engine. They argued with my mechanic and Ford. It was a hassle to get them to pickup the core. They argued with my mechanic until I called to get it done. It was a hassle to get my core charge refunded. They lied one week and said that it would be refunded to my card. I then had to go and get a check from them. Now, after a month and a half I am finally finished with them, and I do mean finished. I will NEVER deal with them again!

Had the used engine I needed at price about half of a remanufactured engine. I spent months earlier this year loking in auto rcycleing yards; but couldn't find the Chrysler-Jeep 3.7L V6 engine I needed. Core charge was less than other engine sources; and we were able to just drive to their business and pick up a reasonably low mileage engine. I may be unrealistic, but I was hoping to spend much less. Hopefully, the replacement engine will be worth the cost.
