(IT MAKES SENSE THAT THEY’VE WORKED OUT OF A HOUSE SINCE 1970) There very sketchy with towing they refused to let me in my vehicle way before they were even setting up to tow it and they changed there price 3 separate times Not to mention the “Owner” is a real piece of work and has a very bad mouth and can’t control her actions I do NOT recommend them if you don’t wanna be screwed over
I was stranded on the side of the highway going to Indy. Joe helped tow my truck in. He was very nice and professional. He did me a solid by taking my truck to the dealership. Highly recommend these folks!
Had an excellent experience! I'm a tow truck driver with another company who was coming to get a car from their lot I had my son with me(7). Not only are they extremely friendly when they conduct business, but they were also very nice to my son. They hooked him up with a hat a little toy tow truck, and a drink. You can tell that they are genuine down to earth people!
Highly recommend if you're in the Pittsboro area and in the market for a tow to reach out to them!
Michael W. saved us after a ball joint pancaked our car on a rural country road one evening. He not only carefully supported it without a wheel onto the flatbed, but also carefully unloaded it to my driveway onto a jack stand so I could get it in the garage the next morning. Amazing tow service by JB tonight. Went above and beyond to help us find an EV charging station when we ran out of charge on the highway. Prices are also super reasonable. Highly recommend!

Towed car (flat tire with no spare) to Firestone from interstate rest area. They were super nice, helpful and patient and they showed up quickly. The primary driver was woman who seemed to be training the man driver but I cannot recall their names.
A Friend had a car towed here and I gave them a ride to retrieve it. The staff was as friendly as you'd expect from an impound lot. The website states that this establishment is 24 hours service. That is not true for car retrieving. You can only get your car during there opening hours. They close at 5pm. They are however open 24 hours for towing which I saw on the sign when I pulled in. Although this was misleading the owners gave us an extra 15 minutes to get there and we made it.
Overall I've had worse experiences in Marion County.
These guys rock they were there in no time I was broken down in the middle of an intersection. Got me hooked up pulled me to safety in no time. I recommend these guys 10 times over. Great job. If you need your tractor and trailer towed, call them.
So they are willing haul one of trucks during the day at 9 am to Rockville which is 1 hr away from Brownsburg IN, $389.00 But when you call at 12 am to get towed to your house it’s to far, 1 hr 27 minutes from broke down location. So don’t count on them if your not with in an hr of Pittsboro IN. So call more reliable tow service.. I will.
ive got my car towed by Edwin two times now. Even through a stressful situation he was extremely kind and helping. he even went above and beyond to take a second to look at my sisters car that was broken down as well. he fixed it for now! he gave us advice on her car. He’s an amazing employee and a great asset. he deserves a raise! thank you Edwin!
Ploughe Wrecking Service is extremely difficult people to work with. Four staff verbally accosted me in their office when I expressed my dissatisfaction with a situation and they threatened to call the police on me.
They have very poor business ethics. Hendricks County should be ashamed of themselves for being associated with a wrecking service that operates like this. They have no compassion for families in crisis and are very uncouth.
I want to say thanks to Ploughe’s for getting my car right before the snowstorm this past week. I’m currently serving overseas for the Army and the boss at home had to call for my dead car to be towed into Brownsburg to Estes Ford due to a no start. I am 8 hours ahead of time and disconnected from the world to an extent. Ploughes took care of it in an extremely time efficient fashion and the price was very reasonable. They did get the car started and on the truck, but the battery was ultimately bad.

I was stranded in an unsafe location. Called AAA Ploughe responded. The driver was very efficient, courteous and had us out of danger with minimum of fuss. I had a friend picking me up and driver ensured I was safe before leaving.
I had 2 blow outs and they came to me and towed me to a shop. They were there in probably in less than 15 minutes and Mike the driver was very helpful in finding me a shop that would have the tires I needed!
They are really racking in the dollars. My friend was in an accident when it was bad out they towed her truck. their hours are terrible 8 to 5 Monday through Friday Saturday 9 to 2 or 11 to 2 and Sunday closed. after 5 closed. People do have to work especially when they charge so much you can't dare lose any hours cuz you got to pay this big tow bill.
Excellent people work here & will help you out anyway they can. The office is filled with photos & memorabilia that date back to when the owners dad owned the place. Oh yeah, my cousin Todd Ploughe owns the place & is a great guy!
Towed a USPS mail truck that got stuck in my driveway. Mail truck left skid marks everywhere all over my driveway. One call to Ploughe’s and they came back in a jiffy to clean up the driveway. Much appreciated the quick service. Will be the first ones I call for personal service when needed.
Had to have my classic car towed on Saturday. Young man driving wrecker (Chris) was very careful and considerate of my car. As my wife and I got into the truck, he held to door open and made sure we were both in and then he closed the door. Very thoughtful that he would make sure we got in safely. Tall climb for stiff old folks. His customer service was outstanding. Thanks for getting my baby home safe and sound.
I had to have my car towed to the shop. I stopped by the office to make arrangements and within an hour and a half the car was picked up and delivered to the mechanic shop. Chris was the driver that picked up the car. He was very respectful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a towing company. These guys came out to help me with a lock out. Very professional asked to see all proper ID's. He was in my car in minutes with NO DAMAGES. I would suggest them to anyone with a roadside need!!!
Two guys had to come help me out of a ditch and they were extremely understanding and helpful. Came to help me immediately in the middle of the night. They also gave me a VERY good price.
Tod Ploughe went above and behind to help me when my business trailers were wrongfully impounded by an overzealous BPD officer. He kept the trailers in a safe place and made sure when I picked them up that they were ready to go and made sure they were road worthy. Todd’s staff was also VERY helpful and very customer service oriented. Hendricks County is lucky to have such a good group of guys ready to help when you need it. Worst! Towed semi and trailer from loves truck stop On Christmas!! Other semis towed also when drivers were home for Christmas!! Then wanted to charge $650, to get, charge kept increasing from there! Nothing posted on loves lot!! Unethical towing practices!!
