So look I give this place at 3 because just like everywhere else I go lately I'm not trying to be rude or upset anybody but I keep running into women that are in their 50 years age bracket and their cash register runners or they're in management and I either go to buy something they ignore my payment method and do it however they want to and they run it however they want to on their end or they miss ring things up or etc at this point and when I tried to calmly explain to them what has happened they for some reason always feel the need to get super excited and belligerent or they just don't get it I think this is a trend anybody else noticing??

Customer service is unmatched! Fit me in their busy schedule and paid close attention to the issue with my vehicle. This is not my first time at Myers and won’t be my last. From the front desk to the owner. Professional and got it done QUICK!

I am 82 years old and have had cancer this past year. My car went dead in the garage. These guys were such a blessing to me. They put in a new battery and a sparkplug. My car is running better than ever. I am so happy, not driving but I don’t feel stranded. Hope to be driving soon😄. I used to use them back in the 60s and 70s when Rudy was still around. Coming back from fishing pulling a boat and our truck began surging outside of Jamestown. Limped into Myers Garage barley made it. Ironic because this is where I would have taken my truck anyway. They towed my boat home with their company truck! They put a new fuel pump in and truck is running great! Friendly straight forward excellent service and would go back for future needs.

I definitely recommend Myers Garage! The work on my car was extensive and took some time. JC went above and beyond to help get me into a rental car and work with my warranty company. He updated us every step of the way. The CUSTOMER CARE and ATTENTION TO DETAIL that you will receive from this shop is top notch! I feel confident in the quality of work they did and the safely of my car.

Mike, JC, and all of the employees at Myers Garage are fantastic. They took my truck in to fix a mess that was created by another party. They worked very hard to make sure everything was right. JC was my point of contact while my truck was in their shop. He was very transparent, trustworthy, honest, and I felt at ease knowing my truck was in their hands. The communication that I received was very much appreciated as I was always in the know. People who are honest and have integrity like this group does is hard to find these days. Myers Garage is an exceptional garage. They did a diagnostic test on my car and instead of trying to get me to fix all that was needed they told me my best option would be to sell it. They allowed us to leave the car on their lot while I tried to sell it as is. (Otherwise I would have had to tow it). Very nice and pleasant. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Work was described and it was done as explained. Work was done on time and explained. Very happy with the work. I will return for any future work as well as well as normally service.

Being new to town I haven't found a shop yet but when my truck broke down on 39 I just kind of had to trust Google. Myers garage was only 5 miles down the road and I'm thrilled I found them. With a jammed packed schedule of appointments they managed to fit me in, in between down time had my truck back to me in 2 days. They went above and beyond too, they noticed my oil was good but levels were low and topped me off. Thanks to their crew I'm back on the road!!!! Definitely recommend

Mike and his crew are top notch! Excellent communication as well. Recently, we had a repair not go as planned, as sometimes can happen. Myer's went above and beyond to make it right even though they took a substantial loss on the repair. Last year, they could have charged me to replace some injectors but instead referred me to a dealer as the parts were still under warranty (which I was not aware of). They've been taking care of my vehicles for a few years now and I've been very pleased with their professionalism.

Excellent customer service! Pulled in with an overheated car with all sort of dash lights lit up. They calmed me down with their reassurance that all was not too serious. Estimates were great and turnaround time for fixes was great. All is well with my old car! The overall check up compared well against other estimates and will definitely use this place again.

I had a break line blow while passing through Lizton. I found Meyers Garage a few blocks off the main road. They are a professional shop with decades of experience. The staff and owner were excellent to deal with. They gave me an estimate and fixed my truck by the following day. I greatly appreciated their efforts. I you’re in the area I highly recommend you let Meyers work on your vehicle.

Myers Garage went above and beyond for us. We took our vehicle in for an oil change and we found out it needed some maintenance that would keep our car out of commission for a day or so. They offered us a complimentary loaner vehicle which was a great surprise for us! We appreciate your customer service!

Myers Garage went the extra mile to communicate and make sure I knew the progress of my repair throughout the day. They supplied a loaner vehicle and offered options for after hours pick up of my vehicle. They made the process very smooth. I will use them again.

This is my second experience using Myers Garage and they don't disappoint. My truck now has 178K plus on it, and with today's car market, if you can't afford a new one it's a must to keep your vehicle up to date with servicing if you want it to last. Mike and the crew did another great job in going through my list of issues and helping determine the best course of action for my available budget and getting it back to me the very next day. First time customer of Meyers Garage and I will return. Had a great experience there. They made needed electrical repairs to my 15 year old car so I could keep it on the road safely to and from work where other garages turn me away because "it's not worth it" to them. You can expect good service and fair prices. And they have GREAT coffee at their shop! Well worth the drive to Lizton.

I took a classic truck in from the 70’s that needed some old-school tweaking on my alignment. The guys at Meyers are top notch, quality comes first, and they listened to my needs. I really appreciate the service and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend their facility to anyone.

The guys over at Myers Garage are phenomenal! I took my truck in for some issues that I was having. The guys were able to work around my schedule and communicate with me on what was going on and what needed to be done. The inspection process that they have is awesome and it made me aware of other issues that I had no clue of, so I could get them taken care of before they became a problem. I loved the service they provided. They even gave me a loaner car until I got mine back and they told me that when I came to pick my car up to make sure that my car started first(having ignition problems that I couldn't afford to fix yet) before dropping their keys in the slot of their door, that if my car didn't start that I could use theirs over the weekend! I drive a lot of miles for work, and I’ve trusted only Myers Garage to care for my vehicles since 1998. They do honest work and have certainly earned my trust. So much so that I have no problem sending my daughters to the shop to have their vehicles serviced. I know they will be respected and treated fairly.

Even though I dislike the times when my car needs to be repaired Myers Garage makes the experience easier. I love that they go over everything so that you will know not only what the current problem is but what may need attention in the future. By taking the time to explain all the details you are able to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
