Something as simple as How you answer the phone and your tone can determine whether or not We use your services. We will not. I called and asked if they give estimates on catalytic converter installation and the guy on the other end of the phone just said, "Sure"...nothing else. I'm sure you don't need the business!
All around good service! Warren did the exhaust on my 97' Dodge Ram and it sounds like a brand new truck! Will definitely go to him for any work I need done and highly recommend him to friends and family!
Set up an appointment for a cat change but found out later that evening that I needed to replace the entire exhaust and have been trying to reach them to get the quote adjusted for almost 2 weeks and have left voicemails but have received no call back so I am not taking my car over to them for the appointment due to the fact that they can't do what is needed since they have no idea what I'm wanting done

Took my Jeep in for an exhaust replacement. Excellent turnaround time and price. Plus they changed the oil for me. Definitely my go to now for any repairs I need done.
The good is that they are fast and cheap. The bad is that their work doesn't hold up very long. They use cheap parts that fail after a year or two and last time I had them install an exhaust it started falling off less than a month later. I wish I could recommend these guys because they are easy to work with, but unless you're selling your car soon I wouldn't let them work on it

I was referred to Warren's Exhaust by multiple people in the area and always heard they did great work. I had them install a exhaust in a custom application. I gave him clear instructions on what I wanted and even exactly where I wanted it ran. He did fabricate it to my specifications. That was 2 months ago. Today I was dropping the exhaust to fix a leaking transmission line when I discovered that Warren's Exhaust had actually CUT my FRAME in order to make the exhaust tail pipes fit. He never consulted me about it or anything. He just cut my frame in order to take a short cut instead of rebending the pipe. This completely unacceptable and probably lawsuit worthy. I would never use again and I would recommend that everyone go somewhere else. For someone to think it is okay to just cut into a customer's frame rail, it speaks volumes of how inconsiderate and unprofessional they are. See the pictures for yourself..
Today is my 3rd return to Warren's for work on my 2002 Jeep Liberty. First he did the muffler, second he did the rear Pinion seal and today is the valve cover gaskets. He has done great work at a very affordable price. I live in Indy and his service and price is worth the drive. Very nice,friendly and honest guy. Would highly recommend!
Only use Warren's for my exhaust needs. Always fair, honest, and great work. Been vary rare to have an issue with their work, but the one time I did, they told me to bring it in for them to look at. Turned out a bracket was backward and they fixed it, no fuss. I live in Indianapolis and still take my vehicles to them for exhaust needs.
These guys are top notch. They do great work and they are are honest. I’ve had them work on all of my vehicles now and will never go anywhere else. They’ve done everything from brakes to front end work and everything in between. I trust them and I trust their work. Do yourself a favor and let them do all of your automotive work.
Best experience I've ever had getting a car serviced EVER. was ready for me right when I got there, and began work right away. Got me on the road again cheap and quickly and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
I do 99% of the work on my vehicles, it's vary rare I utilize someone else for anything. When it came to my exhaust system on my 1984 2.5L Fiero, it wasn't going to be an easy task. The piping is intricate with multiple bends, tight spaces and unique configuration. I heard Warren was good at what he does, he isn't good, he's great! He replaced the entire system from the exhaust manifold back. I told him what I wanted and he delivered! High flow Magnaflow catalytic converter, high flow (but not too loud) Flowmaster muffler and a completely sealed up system. The welds are flawless, the entire system is sturdy and I expect it will easily last another 33 years. He will be doing all my exhaust work in the future. Very reasonably priced, honest and dependable! Said he's have it done in one day, and he sure did. Thanks Warren!
Everytime I have a problem with my exhaust I go to Warren's because I know he will get the job done right for less than other exhaust services. If you live around the area go to him.
These guys are great! I got a duel exhaust conversion kit for my 2005 V6 mustang and they did a great job! They are very quick on their work and charge a fair amount on their services. I would highly recommend these guys they are great!
