I’ve been here during 3 different owners, all of them were very nice. At the moment he has very limited inventory, but new inventory is posted as it comes in on their business facebook page. And to my knowledge he’s trying to fill the yard slowly but surely.
The guy was here in 10 mins , no hassle!!!! Gave me top dollar for my saturn that had a head gasket cracked ! Definitely will be calling again if I need anything!!! Thanks guys
I just called this place for the first time ever to inquire about an alternator and whoever the guy was that picked up the phone never even said hello or addressed the call…instead what I heard was him mumbling to someone else in the background saying “this kid has already called here 3 times” and just hangs up the phone! Mind you I’m a 40 year old grown man! Odd encounter, nevertheless I gave the moment the benefit of the doubt and called right back and gave it a second shot and this time he answers the phone with “AAcme Auto Parts” and I greet with “good morning sir how are you?” and he responds with “you’ve already called here” and I said “excuse me?!” and he says “I’ve already talked to you” and I said confusingly “Sir this is the first time I’ve ever called here my name is Josh” and he says “yeah Josh Henderson” which was very strange to me assuming he’s seeing my first & last name on their caller ID let alone the fact I’ve never called there before. Then he says “what can I help you with” and I said “man I’m just calling to see if you all by chance would happen to have an alternator for a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe on hand?” and then he proceeds to tell me that they don’t but to call down to another place called Two Little Bees Auto Parts and ask them. I ended the call with “thanks and I hope your day gets better” and hung up.
I’m not sure who he had me mixed up with but I sure didn’t appreciate his weird accusations, attitude, and overall unprofessionalism over the phone.
Genuine people. Great prices and great selection!! Will definitely be back and recommend them every chance I get. Ask them about towing/roadside recovery as well!!!
No way to run a business, nobody ever answers the phone and I've tried many of times to contact them on many of different days and times. I drove out from Indianapolis during their business hours and nobody there then I get a call back from them once already back home. Y'all just lost a customer!
Super easy to work with and they arrived to collect my vehicle at exactly the time they said they would! (Punctuality isn't really a given anywhere these days)
They are not cheaper than Pick-A-Part! They pay employees to escort you around the junk yard, and to remove the auto parts for you. You can easily expect to pay twice as much as Pick-A-Part charges for the same auto parts. Pick-A-Part also has a better selection!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was told by the office ladies they would call me back on multiple occasions about coming to pick up a junk vehicle. Then was told the driver was on his way.. for 3 days lol. When I finally spoke to another incompetent office lady the following week her first response was “ oh no one ever showed up?” Lmfao are you serious!? And now they are telling me that the tow truck has been broke down for several days and they won’t be upset if I decide to take my business somewhere else. This place is definitely being ran by people who just don’t care about their customers.
I've purchased many parts from these guys over the last year or so. Always been a pleasure to deal with. I've bought cars and sold cars. I love doing business with them.

I needed some parts for my Jeep. Not only did they have everything I needed, I got it at a great price. They were prompt and even suggested someone for the installation I needed. They were very respectful! This is something an older "female" doesn't always receive in the auto parts world, however, these guys were resectful and very helpful. I'll return to them for future needs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto parts or wanting to sell a junk car or parts.
Associates are too busy spinning tires and throwing gravel to worry about giving correct information to customers. When I called to speak with a manager or owner the phone was answered unprofessionally and upon explaining the issue the guy who answered cut me off yelling at me asking what I expected him to do and saying it wasn't their fault I was clearly not capable of pulling the right part, refused to admit any wrong doing by his associates, refused to issue a refund and just all out disrespectful and rude! Will never go back or recommend!
They had rims for my old car and they were a great price; however, they failed to tell us they were still on the junk car. It took them 45 minutes to find the car and another 30 at least to get them off.
Well talked with Mitchell on the phone was very respectful and very helpful. They had all the parts I needed at a low great price even had the color I needed. I would recommend them to anyone.They even pulled the parts off for me so I didn't have to. Great bunch of people. Thanks AACME AUTO HENDRICKS COUNTY.
