We had a car towed after a nasty and traumatic accident. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind (sorry I didn’t catch her name) and so was Walt who took us to get our items from the car. After such an awful experience it was such a relief to have supportive people help us process the vehicle.
Porter's Towing is one of the more professional Towing agencies in Hendricks County. The owner is genuine and compassionate with any wrecked cars and their owners, and handles fatalities very respectfully and professionally. If you are wanting to get a vehicle out of impound, be sure you bring proof of ownership with a CASH PAYMENT, if the vehicle was in an accident then either insurance or credit/debit cards are accepted. Be sure you bring a bag for any items you wish to retrieve from your vehicle if it was in a collision, and be mindful if you drive in the lot that you have a chance of running over debris from other crashed vehicles, so be careful where you drive and wear closed toe shoes if you are walking the lot.
They were great. Such kind caring people. I've had my car towed ( by other companies) before and all my stuff is missing. I could tell they touched ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a necklace with my grandma's ashes and it was all I was wanting. I'm so grateful they are honest people.

Very unprofessional people. Toe truck driver is definitely under paid and the hole establishment sort of looks like a fallout site. If you have the option, go anywhere but here
I went to get out a friend car, they Charged him $315, just for 24 hours after it was impounded, kind of expensive compared to other towing services around the city.

Front office lady was helpful. Driver was friendly, took care of vehicle, and was quick. I assume the old man was the owner and he was super helpful and explained more of what would happen than the insurance company did.
Police told me they charged $50 a day. My car was there UNLOCKED sitting in their grass for 3 days and they charged me near $800. The lady who "helped" me was extremely rude and condescending
I think the Avon Police dept towed my truck to far I live in Marion county and they towed it to brownsburgh. And I think the storage is to high I see why people loose there car because it's to high to get out, if I didn't have the money and AAA I WOULD had lost my truck. But porters stay open so I could get my truck thank God are I would had to pay for the weekend and get my truck out Monday. B+ bring your prices down.

Car broke down on I-74 and Porter's was very quick to get to me and carefully load car onto a flatbed hauler. Took car where it needed to go and very reasonable, very professional. From Raceway Road and west you don't need to look anywhere else for help. Excellent folks.

I called and spoke with Ed. He wasn't available to help me for about 2 hours, so he provided me with the phone numbers of his competitors. They were busy as well, so I scheduled a tow with Ed. Jason brought my van home and helped me unload a sofa before putting the vehicle into a tight parking space for storage until I can get it repaired. Thank you Ed and Jason!
