Installation was smooth and professional — he handled everything from start to finish, including the reset, with confidence and skill. You can tell he knows what he’s doing.
On top of that, he was polite, respectful, and easy to work with.

The afternoon of Sunday 9/8/24, we went to the Avon store to have my mother's car looked out for a new battery. A young man by the name of Noah was most helpful and very polite. Stop this location and you will receive very good service.
Don’t expect them to be open when they’re 10-15 til closing.
Needed to exchange parts in a pinch because I was given the wrong parts and I called first 3 times each time to no avail the phone did not even ring it just failed. So I rushed over there to find they locked their doors early… real classy and absolutely not acceptable. Two women were working this specific night… would love if someone could have a conversation with them about this.
Definitely will not be using this specific store location in the future.
Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Young man came out to try and check battery. Unfortunately some graduated at the bottom of the class at car design school and the battery placement got designed under a plastic covering associated with the washer fluid reservoir. And then decided to cover all of it with a cross member support. The young man put forth a good effort but in the end was not able to test the battery. Engineers should be required to assemble and take apart things they design.
Kudos to manager Jacob. I got the bum's rush from nearby AutoZone when asked for assist installing cabin filter. Not so with O'Reilly's and Jacob, who didn't think twice about doing it for me.
