Very unprofessional don’t know what towing entail He wanted to lift my by guard rails,I told them that the Crome piece is not strong enough for the weight of engine asked him if he can tow by rear end, he did not want to tow by the rear end. Took him two hours to take drive link messed the threads now I can’t find replacement Charged me 675 for Tructor 3 mile tow Recommend find other tow truck that knows what to do
Tow truck driver lost my key. I’ve been calling for over a week and management is ignoring me at this point. I need to be contacted asap so I can have this issue resolved.
Came out to my truck in the process of being hooked up to be towed for a ridiculous reason. Payed the extortion fee to be let go. The tow driver had cut my brake lines which was not necessary and completely ILLEGAL. Read some of these other reviews. Police report has been filed. Use a different service provider if you need a tow. Sounds like they’ve had issues with theft in the past as well.
DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOW YOUR CAR! Several items were stolen out of my car after I was in an accident earlier this week in Avon, IN. I’m a mom so my car was full of kids things, a couple cases of water and some personal items including a wallet. A purchase was also made using the credit card inside of the wallet. I called the company and asked about the missing items and they denied taking them. A police report has been filed!!
Called at noon and was told that a tow tow truck would be at my place in 30 to 60 minutes to jumpstart my little car. Told them I was leaving for an out-of-state trip as soon as they got here. I finally called them at 1 PM and canceled. Whoever answers the phone has a flat emotionless voice and zero business sense or empathy.
Sign says closes at 6. Were closed at 5. But the big fella came all the way back and reopened just for us. Thats a different kind of bignin my book, thanks man we appreciate you. Long hours i get it, thanks again.
Zores Inc is a great company! From there, junk yard to scrap yard. If there is one place to go for all in 1 needs, zores is the place. Even there car towing. Zores is my first pick
I needed my Registration and Driver's license to access my car, which I had. They were nice enough to let me gather my belongings from my car accident.
After getting the run around from the company my insurance booked for towing, I cancelled the request and called Zore's. I only waited an hour because the Avon driver was on another call. Phil is the best driver and made it happened when I wasn't convinced. Thank you, highly recommend!
Little business but a good one. Let me spend as much time as i needed to help friend get car on trailer. The lady running it was a very nice lady offered to help in any way she could and kept smile on her face the entire time .
Zack is the saint who came to my rescue and safely, efficiently, and skillfully towed my SUV out of a treacherous construction sand pit on a dark and rainy night before my Grandfather's funeral. He rescues me in under an hour from the construction mess off of Wxit 133 near the Love's gas station in Whitestown. Forever grateful and would sing Zack's praises.
If you can help it at all, do not use Zore's Inc. After someone hit my car in a parking lot, my car was towed here. They were supposed to do an estimate on my vehicle. Over two weeks later, and many many phone calls, Zores still had no idea what they were supposed to do with my car. I had the insurance reach out multiple times to give Zores the go ahead to do the estimate. Zores said they've had contact with the insurance, but every time I called for an update, they had done nothing and couldn't tell me if they had confirmation from insurance to do the estimate. They had absolutely no idea why they had my vehicle each time I called and they just kept putting me on hold and transferring me.
tried using them today. less than 1/4 mile from car location and couldn't tow it. seem to be more worried about serving law enforcement than the general public.
The people here are amazing. I got into a car accident Christmas Eve at night and I had no idea what to do. They took a lot of weight off my shoulders and even offered to keep my car in their lot until I could call and get it into a mechanic on Monday. They are so kind and caring. I really appreciate all their kindness.
The lady told me on the phone 2 hours and the guy was there in 10 minutes!!! I will be using this towing company if I ever need them again! Awesome people.
Waited over an hour to get my things out of my brand new wrecked car and thing because it was not played yet, they wanted the bill of sale for me to retrieve my things which was never conveyed to me on my phone call to them earlier. Terrible customer service and manager...

Very friendly service. We didn't have to wait long for the tow truck to arrive. And for the distance our car was being towed I felt the price we paid was a good deal. I would definitely use Zore's again in the future.
