Older white manager extremely snarky and rude when trying to make a simple return. Not sure what’s going on in his personal like but he needs to learn the skills to separate home and work. I felt rush, embarrassed all over making a simple return w my receipt within the 90 day time limit
Great people always willing to do whatever they have to do to help you out! I would recommend this store to anyone. I come from out of town just to work with the staff here.
My husband and I highly recommend this location. The store manager Ian Holbert was fantastic and very kind. He went above and beyond to help my husband today.
On 9/10 at 11:54 I stopped by AutoZone to have a reverse light replaced. Jonathan found the part and installed on my Honda Pilot. What a wonderful experience both inside the store and outside during install. At my age it is not comfortable to walk inside an auto store to figure out what you need. Went in to Autozone New Pal because one of my turn signal bulbs went out. They came out and fixed it for me right then and there and only charged me for the bulb! They were super personal and nice. Appreciate the young guy who came out to help me!
Yesterday I needed a battery I went in and the store manager or shift manager I'm not sure who he was but his name was Connor and the guy that was there with him was named Robert and both of them went out of their way to help me I can say without a doubt the level of customer service that I experienced from both of them what's above & beyond one of the best experiences I have ever had I didn't just feel like a customer they made me feel like I was family I usually shop at O'Reilly and because of that experience I will shop at AutoZone going forward
Very helpful, know everything about your vehicle or they can't really help you. It's not their fault, it's a computer program that matches your part to car.
When my battery died and left me stranded, store manager Ian went out of his way to walk across the street to my car with me and change out the battery. He gave excellent service, above and beyond, and even educated me on how to keep up the maintenance of the battery. This store has definitely earned a loyal customer. Thank you so much again, Ian!
Location, location, location. Thank you. Literally 3-5 minutes from home. The only downfall is this being a new store, most parts aren't available at this location, however the employees will guide you to the nearest location, or have it delivered to the store.
Small location that might not have all the parts as bigger locations but the staff is very willing to help. As soon as you walk in they ask how they can help and if they don't have a part in stock they offer several options to order with same day or next day arrival.
Great service! They were open on Easter which I wasn’t so sure about but was glad they were when I needed them. They had everything in stock and checked on so many things, even best prices for me!
