We bought a car here last summer, and we’ve had nothing but problems with it from the very beginning. We’ve put so much money into it, and it’s still not working properly. I would not recommend coming here. It’s been a horrible experience.
Super pleasant car buying experience all around, there was no typical pushy salesman behavior or underhanded tactics. Family owned operation that feels genuine and honest which is a rarity in the dealership world. I was in and out with a car in about an hour, and made the 230 mile drive home with absolutely zero problems from the car I was sold. Pricing was fair and they even knocked a little bit off for me - Overall I'm very pleased with the car and service, definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good car and honest, fair service!
Indy Auto Group was a pleasure to do business with. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly, you won’t be disappointed.

A genuinely pleasant car buying experience. The car is exactly as advertised. The couple who run the lot were both incredibly easy to work with. I don't need to buy a car anymore but if I did I would buy it here.
I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot through Autotrader. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.
Very nice, took $$ off of car, without me even asking. After I took 2002 Lexus RC430 home, heater did not work. Brought it back, and they were happy to have it fixed.
Excellent Experience here. The service we received was prompt and courteous, not pushy, and very relaxed. He let us drive several vehicles before we settled on a 2013 CRV, which was in excellent condition. Prices were very fair. They provided a quick referral for financing, which we were able to complete same-day. The vehicle we purchased was slightly higher miles than we would have preferred but we felt good about it because it was so well kept. I would come back here in a heartbeat in the future!
I recently purchased a car from this dealer that sadly didn't work out but NOT because of the dealer. It was simply just because the car didn't work out. I had a great customer service experience and with every issue I ran into they tried their absolute best to resolve it. They truly stick by selling good quality vehicles and as long as you communicate are on top of things and your request is within reason they will do their best to help you out. I'm not sure what the other reviews were about but my experience was great.
I was looking to buy a car but couldn’t find what I was looking for in the price range for what I wanted to spend until I met Fred at Indy Auto. Him & his Wife did an Awesome job and hooked me up into probably the nicest & cleanest car I’ve ever bought. A 2009 Mercedes ML350. It looked like it just came off the show room floor. This car was definitely meant for me and they made it happen. What a Blessing it was. Going thru Heart, Lung & now Brain issues, this couldn’t have happened at a Better time & they didn’t even know all this was going on. They were such a Blessing to me and didn’t even know it. I will definitely recommend and send anyone their way.

Buyer Beware!! Stay away from this dealership! totally disgusted by my experience. folks lied about vehicles are totally inspected before selling. after 2 days of driving vehicle had some issue. brought it back in with pictures to shows issues they fix part of the issues reported and they lied again saying they cant find the other problem even with pictures provided. After pressing the issue they lied again stating that this issue was fixed, to no avail it was not fix. we eventually took it to another machine where the issue was very visible and not fixed but instead glued and they now refuses to compensate for cost incurred...We will never do business again here and will never recommend...its simple.talk the truth and disclose upfront anything that need to be fixed and i wont have any issues!!

I've been looking for a 535i BMW for about 6 weeks. Everyone one I looked at was way over priced or the salesman was a a$$. Then I came acrossed Fred and Indy auto exchange. 1st off Fred and his wife are the best. Fred workrd out a deal with me to where we where both happy. There's not enough room on this page to express how happy I am with my car and the whole buying experience. I'm going to recommend Fred and Indy auto exchange to all my friends and family. Fred and his wife are absolutely amazing. They offered guidance for the purchase of the right vehicle for our daughter. They gave her a spectacular deal on the perfect car for her. We will definitely return and share with everyone we know to visit Indy Auto Exchange.
I didn't want to give one star but only way to post bought a junk Toyota in March , didn't even have an air filter in it ,discovered yesterday,rusted out , flood carc carover priced
Great buying experience. They are extremely pleasant to work with and they don't price gouge like some other lots. They're very reasonable. Just bought my parents a desperately needed vehicle and they love it!
