This guy is a joke he will come take your car if you don’t pay the day before due date .. he has harassed my daughter over and over scarring my grand children when he shows up at her house unannounced.. he has takin my daughters money and demands more before it is due date.. the car he sold her left her and my 4 grand babies in the side of the road less then 5 miles from his lot and refused to come give her a jump in winter when the temp was only 19 outside .. mind you the problem with the car was HIS mechanics fault he wanted to charge her $75 for him to come jump the vehicle.. he speaks to you like he is above you when on the phone and try’s to belittle you .. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THAT PLACE… BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

I bought a very nice used car that looks and drives like a new one. At a decent amount. This family business comes from experienced auto mechanics.

Buyer beware this is a very shady car lot got a car two days later wheel bearing went out took him over 2 weeks to fix it said when he gets around to it his mechanic is backyard at best didn't know how to properly install a wheel bearing beat it in with a hammer one week later needed a new wheel bearing yes we haven't given him any money yet thank God this was the second car that broke down on us from this dealer then to top it off he started demanding more than twice the amount due just in the first 3 weeks oh yeah I know he is going to get on here and try to make himself the good guy and me as the bad guy but this car lot needs to be investigated I will be contacting an attorney oh and before I forget what kind of dealer text's his customers at 3-4 in the morning demanding money and yes I have those texts please beware do not buy from this guy worthless cars junk lemons stay far far away go to oak motors or drive time at least they make sure their cars are mechanically safe.His so called great reviews are more than likely from friends and family

Kem is an awesome gentleman! He is very transparent and truthful!! He is the best car dealership that I have ever came across. They are mechanics also so all vehicles on his lot that are for sale are completely repaired and extremely clean inside and out. I wish I could give him 10 stars cause they definitely deserve it! I'm going back hopefully within the week to trade in my vehicle!! Thanks Kem !! I'll be back soon!

A fresh take on car sales. He seems honest. He is very Nice and polite. Does NOT up the price if he finances you. Actually goes thru the vehicle to make sure everything works as it should.....

I bought a used SUV at this dealership about 1.5 years ago. My experience was very pleasant and positive. Kem went out of his way to help me buy the vehicle. He provided great customer service both before and after purchase. Does the car have some issues? Sure, but it's 16 years old! I did not expect perfection, I wanted a car that drives safely and it still does. I also hired my own independent mechanic to check out the car before purchasing and he approved (I recommend this to everyone, best 60 bucks spent!). Used cars can and do require repairs. Used car dealers can honestly show off the current condition, but they cannot guarantee it won't break down in 6 months. Eventually I had to start doing some repairs, but I was able to drive it for a long while without them. In any case, do your own research/testing, no matter how honest the dealership, a second pair of professional eyes never hurts! When I decide to buy another used car, I will be coming back to this dealership first. I don't forget honest and quality service and I recommend Kem's business to a lot of people without hesitation.

If could give zero stars sure would!!!!! This guy is selling lemons left and right beware buying vehicle from this guy !!!! Got a 2004 Ford F 150 , knew it needed new tires but when took it to my mechanic to have it fixed omg there was way more wrong with it than some dry rotted tires !!!!! $800 tires turned into over 2,000 bucks in work breaks and calibers were shot , both upper controll arms bad , rack n penion leaking everywhere. Bad wheel bearing!!! Would have never ever even purchased this vehicle had kem been an honest man of his word and let me know I was gonna need to dump a bunch of money into this truck!!!!!!! Just be ware of cross road motors and don't get your next vehicle from here !!!!!!

I don't believe that this place gotten a honest and fair review from the previous commentors so here is a honest review: kem at crossroad motors strives to pursue 110% customer satisfaction, the man goes out of his way to help people during this time of inflation at a all time high. He offers used vehicles at a LOW price ensuring that they are reliable and of good quality and if for some reason something unexpected happens to the vehicle with being in a reasonable time frame and reasonable defect of the vehicle after purchase he offers to fix it to make it right you can't find this sort of honesty and integrity anywhere!!! This is a one of a kind business and I 1000% recommend that you give this dealership a shot if you're in the market for a cheap and RELIABLE vehicle you won't be disappointed don't let the negative comments deter you from giving it a shot I purchased a vehicle from him and it drives like a charm. Nice car lot with late model cars , guy was nice, also prices seem reasonable.

Terrible terrible!! Bought a van from here. Said “low miles drive from our lot anywhere” So I drove it home. After 20 miles it started pouring oil and blew a tire. This guy does nothing mechanically to make these good cars. He will clean and paint the rims but then will sell you a painted lemon. *BEWARE*

I stopped by looking for a quality used car and Ken delivered. He was extremely friendly and treated us like family. I would recommend him and his business to anyone.

Drove over an hour with 3 week old baby for this guy to be so greedy he turned us away over $74 which was part of sales tax. We was paying cash too. I have text to prove it. Ridiculous.
