Expensive. The puck up a vehicle electric just a bit over a mile from home l 285.00. Becareful call someone else you will save money. I know towing and these people are taking advantage of individuals.
Our experience with Garner’s Towing was extremely disappointing. They refused to release our truck unless we used their own tow service, forcing us into unnecessary charges. We had another heavy-duty wrecker on standby since 9:00 AM, but they delayed the release until almost 6:00 PM, costing us many extra hours and making the entire process super expensive.
Instead of providing fair emergency service, their actions created additional expenses and unnecessary stress. This is not the type of conduct expected from a company that claims to have 50+ years of reputation in the industry.
We do not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, transparent, and professional service.
Driving like a maniac over in Brownsburg, completely failed to yield right of way when I had a green light and he had a flashing yellow arrow, good luck if your vehicle doesn't get damaged with the way they drive
Gotta give these guys credit even tho I had to wait a little bit but man randy is awesome quick and fast he showed up and with in 2 minutes my car was on the back of the wrecker this man needs a raise will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family
My teenager had a flat tire during rush hour and Tim came to help. He towed her car just across the street, changed her tire and added air to the almost flat spare. He was very friendly and helpful.
was given an estimate of an hour and waited for OVER 3. when i called and asked for an eta i was met with rude customer service and he was annoyed that i wanted an eta after waiting for 2 hours OVER the time i was told they would be here.
Had a great experience and received excellent service from tow truck driver Tim H. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and has helped me out of a bind more than once now. Cannot recommend Garner, and Tim H enough!

Tow truck was out within 20 minutes of my call to get my brand new vehicle a 2023 Dodge hornet back to the dealership due to electrical issues. Considering another company I’d called hadn’t come after four hours of waiting. This was excellent service and they took very good care of my vehicle.
This past Saturday we found ourselves broke down in our nearly 44 foot long, 48000 lb motorhome in Brownsburg, Indiana. We have towing coverage through Coach-net. We have nothing but praise for Garners Towing Service and Coach-net. Coach-net was having a difficult time finding a company with the proper equipment available. We got in touch with Stephen at Garners and he said that they worked with Coach-net. We went ahead and set up the tow and Coach-net and Stephen coordinated the payment. They thought they could be out in a few hours which was fine as we were off the road and safe. They called an hour later and explained that the truck and driver they really wanted to send would not be available until the next morning. We were okay with that as it’s nerve wracking enough to have your home towed and we were happy they wanted to make sure they had the right equipment to do the job. Sunday morning Rusty showed up with the truck. He was very professional and extremely careful to not damage our motorhome. He got it safely towed to the repair shop in South Bend. We wholeheartedly recommend Garner’s. Hopefully we never need your service again bet if we do we won’t hesitate to call.
Garners towing is the best. We had them tow my car when it broke down almost 2 months ago. Then they towed my husband truck home. It was the same driver who towed my car and Michael did an amazing job.
The wrecker service did an excellent job hauling my tractor trailer. Driver was a good guy. I will recommend the services. Also tow vehicles. I saw a flatbed wrecker by Garner.
This is a very shady company. I hope you never have to deal with them. My son’s car was off the road and not impeding any traffic. AAA was called but could not get to the car because they were dealing with other emergency situations. This company who AAA uses made sure they got to the car first and towed it and now they are not available for the weekend for me to pick my son‘s car up. they are charging me 275 and a daily fee to hold a car. I can’t even get access to. Very very shady company. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard horror stories about this service.
Worst towing service I ever had. Called them around 7:40am and talked to Stephan. I told him where I was and he said they would send someone. I called back 1 hour and 20 minutes later and asked where the truck was. This lady said they didn't have a log of my call. The truck finally arrived almost 2 hours after my first call. Garner's Towing was only 15 minutes from where I was. At least the truck driver was nice.
I was Broke down on 69 very dark and on narrow shoulder with no power and the coldest day of
the year so far. I thought it was going to be a problem finding me, but driver Chris found me with no problem. He was a super cool person and very professional. Garner towing rates was very reasonable. I give them 2 thumbs up along with the 5 stars.
**Late Post** We recently spent a nice weekend in Indy and I locked the keys in the car at the hotel. Randy with Garner's Towing came to our rescue. His service was professional, fast, and friendly. 10/10 highly recommend.
Drop fee of $450…robbery. Didn’t even call them. If you want a reputable company call Paddacks.
They were told not to hook our vehicle as our wrecker was almost there but your driver raced to lift it.….its a scam. Hook it enough to raise it in the air so you can charge $450 to release it. It’s a practice that your company does to scam people out of money.
Your driver lifted our truck without our authorization, no chains, no axle or drivelines pulled and then charged $450 to lower it back down. You are a scam!
I never talked with you about a delivery and your company never stated you would delivery our vehicle to any location for the same price. I called for a receipt after the fact…being forced to pay your drop fee. That was the only time I talked with your company.
Used your towing company for the first time in 17 years and sadly I did not get drivers name but he picked up my car from a gas station in fishers delivered it to my home at Wynstone subdivision 1241 Boulder Ln. and I just want to give him a huge thank you he was super polite super professional such a nice person very impressed with his all-around professionalism I’ve been driving past your establishment for years was always impressed with your well-kept and very nice looking equipment but now that I’ve had to use you, your driver was top notch two thumbs up for your driver, and two thumbs up for your establishment.
Two tires popped on our vehicle after hitting a pothole. Garner’s got there quickly and the service loading and unloading was very efficient. Josh was great, professional and kind given the stressful situation. Hopefully we never have to use them again, but if a situation arises, we definitely will.
An excellent experience from start to finish. I broke down on 465 in morning rush hour traffic and they had a driver to me in less than an hour. Driver was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was more than fair in my opinion. No one wants to have to call for a tow but I’m glad I called Garners. Don’t hesitate to call them in your time of need.

Excellent customer service and hard workers. This poor fellow had to come out in freezing windy temperatures to change my flat tire in a parking lot. He did it cheerfully, with no complaint. Absolutely polite, friendly. He totally helped me in a seriously stressful situation and I am extremely grateful!
I had my wife's van towed to a dealership. The person on the phone was very courteous and helpful as well as the driver. The price stated on the phone was the same amount as the driver charged. The cost was reasonable and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend using this towing service.
