Starter went out on my kenworth t680 in Albany Oregon I. The middle of the night and they got me fixed up and going again. They answered the phone and got right on it. Great customer service will definitely keep them as a contact.
Called on a Sunday night and Ryan got my pickup up on a flatbed and in front of my house less than 2 hours from first call in Westfield to on the pavement back home in Anderson.
Dispatch was a little unclear and hard to understand but it all worked out in the end.

I was broke down in a tractor trailer in a bad part of 465 where theyre's hardly any shoulder, my dispatcher called Paddack's & within just a few minutes Blake called me & was on his way to get me! He hooked up to me and had me out of there within minutes!!

Darin was the driver who came tow my truck. Very professional and safe. He had the truck hooked and moving in about 20 minutes. I was br9ke down at Horse Cave, KY. Not easy towing a class A diesel pusher motorhome being low to ground. Removed drive shaft strapped up the mudflaps for they wouldn't drag. All alongside US31 North of Carmel heavy traffic. Thanks to the driver who rescued me after I popped my tire on 2/1/2025. Only waited about 30 minutes to an hour. Very fast efficient service for a Saturday night especially with sporting events going on downtown, one would think tow times would be a long wait but very fast and efficient. Would definitely tell my friends and family about this company.
