I made a call to them the day before and gave them a time to pick my vehicle up. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the rate was cheap. The guy came out the next day on time and was nice too. He gave us great service. Will most def use Paddacks in the future.
hands-down, probably one of the worst Services ever, they towed my car from work, And I called them, letting them know they had dented and broke my front bumper, Never got a call back, I called again and spoke to Miss Bobby. She proceeded to tell me that my claim had been closed and no foul play was found… if you’re going to get your car towed, just go to someone else, and just avoid the complications altogether.!! thank me later
From the moment we called dispatch to the driver’s arrival, the entire experience was excellent. The response time was fast, and the driver was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for any towing needs — they truly came to the rescue and did a fantastic job.
Justin Fair did an excellent job, told me 60 mins but he arrived earlier. Politely introduced himself and was a professional the entire time. I hope I never see him again for obvious reason but if I ever do get into another towing situation, I hope I get him again. Thanks man!
Nasty, greedy people! My bill for storage was $400, then when I came to sign the title over 1 week later - it was $1200!!! They said “oh well we’ll take $450 today, that’s 75% off”.
Asked for an explanation of the 1200, she proceeded to say “well for the tow truck driver to clean the scene, and for the other vehicle involved” - I cut her off because there was no other car involved and there was nothing on the scene to clean!
Blatantly lied in my face. I hope they go out of business.
I would love to give them 5 stars for service but they charged me 2k to load one container and then charged me 3k the next time around for 2 container's in the same location with no wait time. I knew they would go up a bit but $1000 extra for 1 more container is WILD. I use wreckers all the time to load containers for me and have never been charge an extra $1000 for 1 extra container.
Darin is great at what he does and very knowledgeable. I called the company to pick up my Peterbilt with trailer and load and take it a hour away to a shop, showed up quick and got the job done is freezing weather. Definitely keeping their number and telling everyone about them.
This business is a racket!! $500 just to pick up my totaled car 24 hours later. What a bunch of thieves!! Thanks for ruining my daughter's Christmas, I really appreciate it.
DONT TRUST this company. They will give you an invoice and try to charge you almost $100 extra the next day. PREDATORY PRACTICE. They towed a vehicle after an accident and sent me an invoice. I first made an agreement with Brittany (manager?) to pay the total quote by tomorrow. I held my agreement, made the first payment now and when to make the second payment less than 24hr later- Britany added almost an extra $100. Then she tried to say she was “being nice” and trying to give me a “discount”. This company is sneaky and tries to add charges and rub it in your face of being “nice”. Do not trust them. Go elsewhere.
Extremely rude tow truck driver, took him 7 hrs to get to my car and then he said he couldn’t find it even though we sent him the pinned GPS area. We then got another tow company and our car was in our driveway within an hour, they had zero issues
I was stuck in the median in my f150 and needed a quick winch out. Over the phone I was quoted $105. I accepted and the driver had me out in less than 10mins. When the bill came it was $156. I called a couple days later and asked why it was so high. The lady told me the new girl gave me the wrong price and there was nothing they could do about it. I will not be calling them again.
I had a young man , I cant remember his name but he's 28yrs of age and has a 3yr old son! 2hen I say start to finish he was super professional got down and dirty in a snow storm and got the job done! On a personal level he is a really descent person and we had a really great conversation! My apologies for forgetting your name but I wont forget the experience! Thank you Respect!
The driver that picked up my trailer at the side of the road was nice. Only problem was that I was quoted on the phone for $250 and when it was delivered I got a text saying it was $450. It took from the time I called to my trailer was delivered less than 90 min. I called in and was simply told that was a misquote and all they could do was $375. Pay it or we impound the trailer. No options, no explanation other than “my manager says”. Make sure you get the price in writing because they will charge whatever upon delivery!!!!
I highly recommend this company and Especially the tow truck driver Darin P. He was prompt and efficient and a very nice person to talk to on the ride back to my Home terminal in Valparaiso Indiana. My tractor truck broke down in Lebanon near I65 so it was kind of like a long tow back. He shared his experiences and stories about his family and jeep which made it more enjoyable. Man I was freezing my butt off on the off ramp Paddacks got there quick !!! Thank the Lord because I was thinking it was going to be a long while as it usually is with other wreckers . Mr Darin P got there and did his thing on this new Volvo 2026 which is not your just hook and go . Got me hooked up and to the dealer in no time . Super nice guy and I highly recommend PADDACKs to all my trucking friends!!! Hope you Get DP . They need to give him a raise !!! Good people is what makes a good company Amen!!!
I called Paddack's to tow my Jeep from my garage over to my auto repair place. Jared was here within 10 minutes after I called. He was great to work with and I couldn't be more satisfied with the great service I received. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Jared!
My dealership Requested this company to tow my car at 2:30pm and I got the run around saying someone will be here 30-45min! 3:30 rolled around and I called back, they said they changed drivers and now a 45 min wait. At that time I called my own tow company and they still got to me quicker than this company! The guy from this company said he was 15 min away and never showed! Once the tow truck company I used arrived I called this company and filed a complaint, and they said the driver was on the scene! LIES!!!!!! Never even saw another tow company on site …Use at your own risk!
Starter went out on my kenworth t680 in Albany Oregon I. The middle of the night and they got me fixed up and going again. They answered the phone and got right on it. Great customer service will definitely keep them as a contact.
called them to tow my car that stalled at a light. Dispatcher tells me it'll be 45 min. At 45 min I call and ask where is my tow truck driver. Dispatch says he'll be another 30 min. About 5 min before the tow truck driver gets to me, Someone smashes into the back of my car, tow truck driver comes, sees my smashed car and says "WHAT HAPPENED?!?" you took your sweet time getting to me and someone crashed into it.
At the scene the tow truck driver is trying to talk me out of towing my car, having the other party tow it. I tell him you're here now you tow my car. We go back and fourth, finally he accepts that i'm paying for the tow to my body shop of choice. When we get into his cab he tries to talk me into sending the car to Paddocks storage. It's been three weeks and I'm still dealing with the other parties insurance dragging their feet.
I used Paddock for their ability to not mess up sports car wheels. That snatch they do over the tires and not through the rims is very cool but useless if they can't be honest about their pickup times. Blowing me off for almost two hours, telling me he's gonna be there, or he's on his way. I will never use Paddock again or will recommend them to anyone.
Called on a Sunday night and Ryan got my pickup up on a flatbed and in front of my house less than 2 hours from first call in Westfield to on the pavement back home in Anderson.
Dispatch was a little unclear and hard to understand but it all worked out in the end.
Darin and Sherri bailed us out when we were disabled at a gas station pump in a 38 ft class A RV. We spent 2 hours calling around just to find some place that could tow something that large on a Sunday. Darin arrived quickly and towed us from Indy to our storage place in Lafayette and gave us a lift, too! He was careful when loading and unloading the rig and kept monitoring it in a camera throughout the trip. The first thing he asked when we got in the truck was what kind of music we liked. I was near tears when I called Sherri because we kept running into one barrier after another, but she was calm and cheerful and talked me off the ledge. Hopefully we won't need a tow again, but if we do, Paddack's is who we will call!
Let’s just say, these guys saved the day. The first tow service I called made me download an app, send my location, wait on hold for a while then quoted me $300 with a 60 minute wait while I was stranded in the middle (the ACTUAL middle turn lane of 5 lanes is where my car decided to end its journey) of the Keystone North exit. I was ready to push my own car the 8 miles. But my second call was to Paddack’s by recommendation of the nice Police officer who took 1.5 minutes out of his day to give me the recommendation before he left me stranded there, too. After my clutch stopped clutching and I accepted my new role as traffic coordinator at the stoplight and not 1 of the 1,000 cars that passed had any help to offer, Sherri from Paddocks got a truck on its way to me in minutes. She actually understood how stressful the whole thing was and helped keep me calm. She was so kind and knew the right moments to give me a second to direct traffic and could figure out my location by me just telling her. The truck guy was awesome and quick and took care of my baby Jeep who’d never seen a tow truck before. And the best part was the low price. $125 NOT $300. Needing a tow truck is usually stressful. Paddack’s made it the best it could be and I am thankful!
I hit some fat critter on 65S and it did so much damage the car was totaled. I was north of Lebanon. Called Paddock and they answered quickly and were able to call back within 15 minutes with an estimated Tow. Jeremy called me less than 30 minutes later and said he would be there in 20-30 minutes. He arrived in 30 minutes and had the vehicle on the flatbed in under 10 minutes. He took pictures and was really quick and efficient. He towed the vehicle to the next exit where I had googled a mechanic shop. I was shocked how fast the process was. I thought I would be waiting hours for a tow. Jeremy is awesome. We talked about how drivers don’t move over for us in the emergency lane. It’s 3 lanes and people were not moving over while he was doing his job. That is scary and dangerous.
I had a flat tire on 31 on Saturday night. I called Paddack’s. The phone was answered immediately and politely. He gave me a quote and approximate time of driver’s arrival, which the cost came in under and the time was almost exact. The driver Travis dropped my car at my home in a timely fashion, plus he was very polite. I would recommend their services to anyone. If I am ever in a situation where I need a tow I would definitely call them back! I truly appreciate the professionalism of this company. Thank you again!

Ordered a slingshot from a dealer an hour away from our house. We called same day they picked up within an hour and delivered with care. The fee was very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again! Friendly and prompt!
