Had my tool boxes moved by D and he was extremely careful and professional. No issues at all and if I ever need them moved again I would definitely call them.

Went out to my vehicle in the morning, and it was clicking wouldn't start. Figured it was the battery, I called, spoke to Lisa, who was very polite and prompt in getting a driver out to me.
Diarr was the driver who came, about an hour and a half later. He was so polite, and kind, knowledgeable, and tested my vehicle to make sure it was the battery.
He did a great job and was very careful loading my vehicle.

My vehicle was towed by Millers towing after an unexpected accident. I found all the workers, especially Kim, to be so kind, helpful, and encouraging throughout a scary process. They are definitely for their customers, and wanted to make the process as easy as possible. They even helped move a couple items when I went to clean out my car.
Very nice service today! Prompt, professional and very careful with my car. Even let me ride with them to the tire repair shop. Would definitely use again.
I highly disregard this place the tow company millers tow truck service could of easily towed it to the auto shop that I highly respect the're work. This older fellow disregard to my request and was he said and. I quote i could tow your car, there but im going have to charge you out of pocket When the insurance company pays for. Just hit a deer and he's forces me to have him tske it to there lot to not only hold it for 3 days and would not reclease it to my body shop then forces the shop to pay a ungodly amount over charging the entire shifty experience. DONT USE THEM..
Miller Towing to the rescue! I waited over 2 hours for another company that yanked me around. I called Miller and they were friendly, got there within 30 minutes and even dropped me at a safe location to wait for a ride. Highly recommend!!
Worst experience ever, they get your car and then charge whatever they want to get it back. $640.00 to tow 4-5 miles to their lot. Charged 4 days Fri-tues even though they don’t take payments over the weekend. Charged for clean up of accident but they never cleaned anything up as my wife and police officer did it. Never felt so ripped off in my life.
Worst experience ever. I called them to get my car towed and was told it would an hour and I called them one hour later and they tell me it’ll be another hour because they didn’t assign anyone to do it. Just crazy and they made the excuse of saying they had more important jobs to do. Come on now you are a business not a little kids lemonade stand. Take responsibility for your mistake instead of beating around the bush.
Absolute best experience. My car was stranded on the side of a busy road during a winter storm and they were able to get to my vehicle right away. Super friendly and efficient! Will not use anyone else for towing and will recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They quoted a pickup time way faster than I anticipated, then picked up even faster. The driver was great about communicating with me about the progress as I wasn’t able to be present at pickup or drop off. Very reasonably priced, ended up being $50 cheaper than I expected. I really appreciate them making a very crummy situation (cuz really, who likes having car problems?) sooooo much easier :)
Bunch of crooks. They charge exorbitant prices even for a local tow and their storage price is ridiculous. I’ve only dealt with them twice and never again. Fortunately I moved to grant county and now use Losures towing and they are very well respected and quite reasonable on the price. They have someone in their pocket, any police tows they charge extra money. My gf had her car towed in noblesville, so what i consider a in town tow. It was over 400 dollars to come pick it up 4 days later.
Can’t say much for the whole company, but the driver I witnessed was very unprofessional and obviously undertrained. He took 3 lanes to make a turn, forcing 3 lanes of traffic to back up onto a state road. The whole time he was flailing his arms and screaming at bystanders. Pretty sure a two year old in a little tykes car would put this guy to shame. Very unprofessional. I would not trust this company to haul my cargo for my business OR my personal vehicles if this is the caliber of employee they hire.
Highly recommend these guys. James showed up an handled my Corvette GS very professionally. Corvettes very low in the front and can be easily damaged. James knew exactly what to do and lowered it from the flat bed straight into my garage. Thx, Coop
Quick response and a reasonable price are just two things you don’t normally find in a towing service. These guys got that in spades! Super friendly driver, quick and efficient tow. Being broke down is no fun but at least this company Doesn’t try to kick it when you’re down. I highly recommend
The guy let me come get my sons stuff out of the car my son had wrecked in and the gentleman actually met me after hours as well. Very nice and polite and was easy to get along with. The place is very well kept and nice establishment even for a tow place. They really tried to help me thank you.
If you’re needing a tow, it’s probably not been a great day. But the men who came to get my car were polite and made sure I had all the info I needed. Despite the pouring rain, they took the extra minute to make sure my ride had come and my valuables were removed. They were also helpful at the tow yard when I went to get the rest of my stuff out of the car.
They delivered a shed for me. They delivered it to the correct location undamaged, but that is about it. They were hours late and loaded the shed the opposite way around from my request, so it was offloaded in the wrong orientation on site. The driver did his best but clearly there is a communication issue at the depot. They deliver from one place to another but dont expect anything else, if my experience is anything to go by.
The experience that I had with millers was amazing. The driver was amazing, and helped me get my car out of the road. The guy who I talked to at the office, just a stand up guy took care of all my concerns and made the process painless and easy. 10/10 would recommend!!!
The Tow Truck driver did great pulling my car out of the ditch and when I went to see the car they let me drive it around before deciding if I could drive it or have it towed to the collision place.
Millers is the best in central Indiana. I’ve used them for my clients vehicle for years and this weekend I actually needed them myself. I was stuck on the side of interstate 70 after taking a semi tire to the front of my suv. We were headed to St. Louis so I had my wife and all 5 kids in the car. I made a call (after hours might I add) and Big Mike answered the phone. Without hesitation he asked where I was and said he was on his way. He never had to call me again, he found us without any issues. Took maybe 30 minutes from the initial call. Thanks Big Mike for leaving your family on a Friday night to come rescue mine! You guys are the best!
These guys are the ones to call. I called about five or six different tow companies for a very short local tow to my mechanic, and these guys were the only ones that talked to me with any respect. It seemed like to the other shops I was wasting their time. I'll definitely save Miller's information for the future. Hopefully I won't need them, but it's always good to have.
