Coleman and Austin came to my location with 2 specialized junk removal trucks. In 2 hours they filled the trucks with junk , including an old piano. They worked very efficiently exactly as directed. Coleman and his partner, Eric did an outstanding job today removing 4 very heavy pieces of furniture: solid oak desk, solid oak 9-drawer dresser, and solid oak 7’ tall bookcase with shelves, as well as a large round wooden kitchen table with interior pop up leaf. Professional couple guys! Been trying to get rid of a piano and old water heater in the basement for years. But they handled it in 30 seconds. They were efficient and courteous and I appreciated that they called before coming, and even made sure to double check that they got everything from my junk pile. Highly recommend!

Coleman and his partner called and let me know that they could be there early. They arrived in the time that they said. They worked incredibly hard and not one item touched my newly painted walls. They removed an entire truckload of things from my home, in preparation for a downsize move. Then they drove to Goodwill where I got sheets to itemize donations tax credit while they unloaded a huge truck. Then they took mattresses to a nonprofit in need so those mattresses could help other people. They worked with nonprofit partners, with positive attitudes and in great support. They were professional. They were prompt. I could not have asked for better. And the price was absolutely reasonable and accurate.

I scheduled the pickup the day before. Super easy to do. The guys notified me of their arrival time, as planned. They were courteous and worked quickly. I actually asked if they could pick up another item from another location and they had no problem doing that too!

The service was super easy to schedule. An appointment was readily available. I received confirmation. Upon arrival the gentleman explained how my particular service was priced. You have the option to accept or decline at that point without a charge. They very quickly moved everything I wanted out my second floor apartment. Remember to look for a coupon.
