The dealer location was out of state for me and was very skeptical making such a purchase… especially for a used car. However I found the experience very positive. Joshua Dossey was our sales representative. Was responsive to questions about the vehicle. The website was easy to navigate to reserve the vehicle. I was also able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection that I felt was truly independent from the dealer. There were no hidden or unexplainable fees. They kept in good communication with me through out the whole process. I found the experience to be very positive and would recommend this dealer.
Chase and Brandon were extremely helpful and made the car buying process extremely painless! Most of the deal was done completely over the phone- we got in to test drive and left with the car a little over an hour later. Great people, and car is in perfect condition! I would recommend them to anyone!

I don't generally buy cars from dealerships. I usually by from private sellers, but this time I wanted something that I wasn't going to be able to find from a private seller easily or at all...so I bit the bullet. I talked to a few different dealerships while I was shopping. Fishers Imports was the most pleasant to work with. I did feel that they listened to what I was looking for and that they helped me find a car that met my desires. They were fairly communicative throughout the whole process, and kind and considerate of my time. There were some logistical issues that mainly can be attributed to me deciding to buy an EV in the middle of a cold snap with snow everywhere lol...but they handled them well!

I purchased a 2020 Range Rover from Fisher Imports. Eighteen months later, the transmission failed. When I asked about warranty coverage, I was told I was 200 miles over the limit. From that point on, it felt like anything that could go wrong did, and at no point did they make any effort to alleviate the situation. Instead, every step seemed to add more cost and frustration.
I ended up paying over $12,000 for the transmission repair, and they kept my vehicle for almost a full month. When I picked it up and drove home, I noticed that about half of the buttons on my steering wheel were no longer working. I immediately called and was scheduled for a service visit five weeks later.
When I brought it back in, I was told it would cost over $800 to fix the steering wheel lights due to an error code indicating the control board was bad. I explained that the issue was present when I picked the vehicle up after the transmission repair. The technician told me that wasn’t possible. When I asked if the vehicle was checked for codes during the transmission repair, I was told no, they only looked at the transmission.
I felt taken advantage of in a situation where I had no real options, and instead of working with me or taking responsibility, they continued piling on additional repairs. This company has been horrible to work with, and I regret doing business with Fisher Imports.
This was my second car purchase from Fishers Imports, and once again it was a great experience. Joshua was my salesperson, and he was incredibly attentive from start to finish.
He really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked the right questions, and helped shop for a vehicle that truly fit my needs—no pressure and no rushing. I never felt pushed into something that wasn’t right for me.

Had a very good experience working with MJ. I knew the vehicle I was looking for and MJ gave me a rough estimate over the phone that was reasonable. The dealership got it cleaned up so nicely it appeared to be brand new. The experience was pleasant. Proceeded relatively quickly and MJ was easy to work with. Post sales experience was ok. While the service team tried to be attentive to fix an issue, they actually fixed the wrong item. I could tell that the service team was very, very busy, so I give them some benefit of the doubt. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle and would go again.
Worked with Josh to buy a 2016 Miata. Guy was helpful, communicated clearly, and didn't pressure me at all. Car was dirty from nearby construction when I first saw it, so he gave me a carwash voucher so I could get it cleaned up on the test drive. I also wanted a pre-purchase inspection, and Josh drove the car to the mechanic for me. Good experience, would purchase from them again, though most of the models they sell are pretty far out of my price range, ha!

First of all, I want to thank Owen for his patience — and for still being patient with me! I bought a car online without ever seeing it in person, but it was exactly the model I wanted and it wasn’t available in my state.
The process took longer than expected, and yes, Owen really made me wait . But in the end, everything worked out just as it should: the car arrived exactly as promised. A couple of small things were missing, like the trunk cover and the fact that it only came with one key, but I understand that with a used car you can’t expect absolute perfection.
Even from a distance, Owen never stopped answering my questions — even on the days when I was stressed out about the delay, he always replied and explained what was going on. That showed me how professional he is.

Just picked up my car, and I am IN LOVE. This whole entire process was amazing. I was super nervous being so far away.. ( I am in New Orleans, LA.) but this was the one and only car for me. I had an amazing experience buying my 2023 Tesla Y Performance with Joshua Dossey at Fishers Imports. I called in to look at a 2022 Tesla Y Performance that was Smoke Grey, but I really wanted a Black one and Joshua informed me one had just came in. He sent me the videos before they were on the sight. Answered all my questions and even processed a hold fee for me, so I could make sure it was available the next day. I was coming from out of town, so he made sure all details and close up videos were given. I was preapproved over the phone and told the exact payment I would get with GAP and title and taxes fees already applied. This was the easiest car purchase ever.
