I bought a car online without ever seeing it in person, but it was exactly the model I wanted and it wasn’t available in my state.
The process took longer than expected, and yes, Owen really made me wait . But in the end, everything worked out just as it should: the car arrived exactly as promised. A couple of small things were missing, like the trunk cover and the fact that it only came with one key, but I understand that with a used car you can’t expect absolute perfection.
Even from a distance, Owen never stopped answering my questions — even on the days when I was stressed out about the delay, he always replied and explained what was going on. That showed me how professional he is.
I was moving from California to Wisconsin during this whole process, and everything still went smoothly. The car is great and just as agreed.

Updating this review to 3 stars. Since writing this initial review, we were sent our second key that was missing. We never heard back from the dealer they just sent it. Fine we will take it. Still poor communication and unfortunate experience but upping 1 star for the fact that they did send the key, saying thank you here since they didn't answer us the many other times.

Our experience buying a vehicle here was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Car condition was for the most part explained thankfully - but their customer service is poor.
The salesman, Jason, was one of the worst I've ever dealt with, unresponsive, unhelpful, and unreliable. He never once called to update us on the status of our car, ignored messages, never checked on the shipment or delivery of the car and repeatedly promised to call back about the missing second key but never did. The text service was great when we inquired until the deal was closed, then it was radio silence. We had to escalate to the manager just to get any answers. That was a challenge too as they failed to call back.
The dealership provided no proactive updates, no tracking on the vehicle shipment, and lied about the car's history, it was a trade-in, not from Manheim as original stated from Jason. When the vehicle finally arrived, it came with a half tank of gas, had not been serviced, never had an oil change, and smelled of smoke.
To make matters worse, even the General Manager, Adam, never returned calls despite multiple messages. The second key is still missing and I've just been ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when making such a large purchase.
The only positive thing I can say is that we like the car itself, despite the smell and a small scratch, but the way this dealership treats customers after the deals signed is unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Fishers Imports, as this could be your experience.
First time buying a car out of state and getting it shipped. I was very hesitant but as soon as I spoke to Joshua I felt like I had a better experience than any local dealership I dealt with. Thank you for making the process simple and keeping me posted step by step. -Abe
I had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was kind, took time to understand my needs, wants and my budget, and set me up with a car that is perfect for me. I worked directly with Joshua, who was incredibly knowledgeable with her car we test drove, and incredibly patient as I looked at a lot of cars! In addition, while I am sure they were very busy, at every point I felt like I was the only person in the building as everyone gave me their full attention. Could not recommend strongly enough!

I recently was forced to start car shopping when my car was unexpectedly totaled. I don't think there was a dealership or car I didn't look at in Indy and the surrounding areas! My day 5 of tireless hunting, I came into Fishers Imports 126th St to look at a Porsche Cayenne. As I was waiting for Aiden Whitesell to get keys, we noticed a Maserati Levante a few spaces down. As soon as we saw the interior we were basically sold... however, I am a cautious shopper. We drove the car, liked it, but I had to be sure. Aiden was not pushy (of course, tried to close the deal, but was respectful of my need to check all boxes before committing!) We left Fishers Imports and went to the Maserati dealer on 96th St. We looked at all of the Levantes... new... used... on the web... and none of them came close to the beauty at Fishers Imports.
At this point, we are at 4pm on a Saturday with VIP tickets to REV... so I text Aiden to tell him I would let him know on Monday but was likely going for it. By Sunday afternoon we had looked throughout the entire US and could not find any Levante comparable to this gem. I text him then and told him I would be up Monday. He text me back even on his day off to answer my questions and to set a time. We arrived Monday and he already had the vehicle detailed and pulled up front for me. He took us to Brandon Conn to do the financing and to see what was available for ceramic coating, seat protectant, and warranties. Again, I didn't commit straightaway and wanted to research all of the options. I was allowed a few days to debate and compare and ultimately ended up doing all three based on price shopping and reviews.
I love my Maserati so far and although I was coming from a Land Rover Discovery, the size suits us for the family size a little better now. We no longer need the third row seats so I can have a little more fun driving this small SUV. And boy, does this car purr! It is really fun and fast but feels so luxury and classy inside. I feel truly proud to step out of this car and my son LOVES the sound of the twin turbo engine.
For the price, Fishers Imports was right in line with the ones we found online but this one certainly has upgrades that NONE (and I mean, none!) of the others came even close to. Aiden was honest and kind and I have already sent 3 referrals to him with 2 already closing a deal with him! Super nice guy and patient enough to let you explore all of the options until you find the right fit! I highly recommend him!
4 days prior to meeting Aiden, I had stopped at the Zionsville location (told you... literally, not a dealer or car I didn't see! LOL) and Tyler showed me a few things. He didn't have in right then what I was looking for but he was great to work with and even was supportive in me working with another team member/location to find the one. We will be visiting both locations this summer for my little car head kiddo to just look at the amazing vehicles Fishers Imports has to offer and all the while I will be letting people know that they should look there before buying anywhere else!
I don't think you can go wrong with either location if they have what you want... but ask for Aiden at 126th and Tyler at Zionsville if you are in the pre-owned, rare car market!

When buying your dream car from out of state, the process can be overwhelming, filled with both joy and nervousness. But I'm proud to say my experience was nothing but fantastic. Jennifer did a great job walking me through the car and helping set up service and shipping. Proud says finally own a Audi R8 thanks to Fisher Imports.

Just picked up my car, and I am IN LOVE. This whole entire process was amazing. I was super nervous being so far away.. ( I am in New Orleans, LA.) but this was the one and only car for me. So we had to make it happen for me…Everything and everyone throughout the last week and a half was nothing short of perfect! I called so many times a day with questions and having never done this before, buying a vehicle I never drove or seen in person, only videos and pictures… every single person was so polite and answered any questions I had, and I had ALOT of them.

I had an amazing experience buying my 2023 Tesla Y Performance with Joshua Dossey at Fishers Imports. I called in to look at a 2022 Tesla Y Performance that was Smoke Grey, but I really wanted a Black one and Joshua informed me one had just came in. He sent me the videos before they were on the sight. Answered all my questions and even processed a hold fee for me, so I could make sure it was available the next day. I was coming from out of town, so he made sure all details and close up videos were given. I was preapproved over the phone and told the exact payment I would get with GAP and title and taxes fees already applied. This was the easiest car purchase ever. Have had my Tesla for 3 weeks now and love it more and more everyday! Thanks Joshua and Team!
