I stopped in quickly to pick up some windshield washer fluid. I was immediately greeted, told where to make my selection and proceeded to checkout. At checkout, the clerk informed that I had a credit from Rewards still available from a purchase on 05/24/2024 - almost 2 years ago.
I had completely forgotten about this reward, but the clerk reminded me of it upfront. Due to her attention, my purchase was free and I left the store paying nothing for exactly what I came in for. Excellent service!
My suv was dinging like I didn't have my seat belt on. Then I wasn't getting any notification on my dashboard. Then at 116th street and Allisonville it just went crazy dinging and then it showed oil light on. I prayed to please Lord let me make it to auto zone. I did and Jon was very kind as I was frazzled. I said my suv is dinging and my oil light is on can you look at it and check my oil. Smoke was coming out. He checked oil and it had oil then but he said do not drive it. I then called triple Aaa and asked for a tow. John's friend Vincent came in and knows about vehicles and he checked the oil and it was empty. They said don't drive. I had never had a tow truck and didn't have a way home. I've never ubered. Vincent was nice enough to drop me off at my home to get my other car. Jon who works at auto zone was very kind,caring,got me a chair and helped calm me down. It was freezing outside last Thursday. So a big thank you to John for outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond. Thank you to Vincent his friend.
Great place to buy supplies. Came here for mass airflowsensor cleaner. I asked the cashier to direct me to the product i was searching for. He showed me exactly where it was and saved me money at checkout through the use of their store rewards type program. Very knowledgeable and kind. Fast checkout. Great experience.
for some reason I see deals on front wall and never can receive when I buy… the crew it’s almost very good but I think some guys don’t feel good helping

I just love Camron. A couple of months ago my car keys fell into an opening in my console. Camron took the whole thing apart, got my keys and reinstalled the console in only 15 to 20 minutes. That is above and beyond. He is so efficient. Yesterday, I called him to order a part for me. He got the order in so fast I was able to get it the next day. He is 100 stars.

Ricardo goes out of his way to ensure I have the parts I need for my truck or car. As a lady, it can be intimidating trying to make sure my older vehicles have what they need but everyone at the 116th location has been so helpful. Whether going out to the actual vehicles or checking with other stores, Ricardo is great and I’m so thankful.

If I could give a zero I would the people that work was so care free there was Hispanic guy that works on Tues that help don't go to him h dont talk act like he had a attitude u ask a question he just stands there I wouldn't recommend this store not just him everyone that work there act like they didn't want to help

Absolutely stellar~ We came in needing three wiper blades, and even though we only wound up buying one, the gentleman that helped us installed not only it, but also the other two wipers we had with us that we’d bought from another place first. They are super helpful. They will test your battery or check for any error codes for free. I feel like they are helping me get just what I need to keep my cars running. Plus their warranties are great and stored in the system if you get an account here.
I want to thank Zane for taking the extra time helping me with my car. I’m new to Fishers/Indianapolis, so I don’t have an auto shop that I can go to here just yet. Anyhow, my husband replaced the battery but didn’t have the time to clean the connectors. Well the low battery sensor wouldn’t go off after the change. He scheduled an appointment with the local Chevy dealership for diagnosis. I said we’ll go to Autozone and they will do a little test to confirm. I think it might be the little corrosion he mentioned was there. I figured Just need cleaned however my foot is in a boot and hubby away in business. Anyhow, I was driving Saturday and decided to Google Auto zone myself before anything else. The first young lady, Liz was kind and helpful at register. Said I would go to the parts counter. Zane was finishing up with someone but as soon as I started to ask about testing the alternator, Zane explained he would look at battery since it was just changed and test it. He grabbed the meter and walked out with me. Zane didn’t hesitate or seem like I was bothering him. He went out tested the battery, noticed the corrosion and cleaned the corrosion off. Asked me to cut the car on and waited to be sure the light didn’t come back on. He was quick and made sure he didn’t tarry because there were other customers however he helped me and actually saved me lots of money I’m sure. Thank you to the AutoZone, Zane and Liz are awesome!
