My old garage door was dented, coming off of the tracks, and needed to be replaced. I called on Thursday at 7pm and it was replaced by Friday at 5pm. The installer, David, did an outstanding job, was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Or came a day later and inspected the work to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend!
My garage door unexpectedly broke late one evening when I was leaving the house for an emergency! Ore came out in 15 minutes and gave me an estimate that same day. The next morning he called me to let me know what was in stock. The installation was scheduled for a few hours later. A contracted Amazon driver pulled into my driveway and for some reason crashed into my garage door, ruining it! It was Father’s Day and I called Garage Door Indianapolis. They came that day! As soon as I worked through the process with Amazon’s insurance company that Friday I asked GDI to replace my door. They came first thing Monday morning and replaced it! Or and his team replaced the garage door and motor on a property of mine in Fishers. The communication, transparency, value, and customer experience was unmatched! I happen to have a plumber at the property when Or came by personally to see if there was a way to fix/salvage my garage door. The plumber and I did not get along, and I ended up asking him to leave. The chain on my garage door snapped unexpectedly last night. Called Garage Door Indianapolis, and they came out this morning. After the technician inspected everything, I decided to go ahead with installing a new door (the door was 21 years old). Virtually no wait time, the new door was installed today and I couldn't be happier. It is so quiet now! Great service and professional technicians.
