The technician came right away within an hour when I called and didn’t take him long. He gave me several options to do to fix the problem. It was a great service.
I was a customer of Overhead Door (nothing bad about them) but they could not fill my request for an emergency door repair and Garage Door of Indianapolis stepped up and got me going the next day. They stayed to make sure everything was right and there was a problem that they fixed the next day.

My old garage door was dented, coming off of the tracks, and needed to be replaced. I called on Thursday at 7pm and it was replaced by Friday at 5pm. A contracted Amazon driver pulled into my driveway and for some reason crashed into my garage door, ruining it! It was Father’s Day and I called Garage Door Indianapolis. They came that day! As soon as I worked through the process with Amazon’s insurance company that Friday I asked GDI to replace my door. They came first thing Monday morning and replaced it! So efficient and amazing work! The one other company that I received a quote from said it would be 4 weeks to get a garage door with windows, GDI had it the next business day! Or and his team replaced the garage door and motor on a property of mine in Fishers. The communication, transparency, value, and customer experience was unmatched! I happen to have a plumber at the property when Or came by personally to see if there was a way to fix/salvage my garage door. The plumber and I did not get along, and I ended up asking him to leave. Or had his plumber out to fix the issue the right way within 24 hours for the best fair price! Ohh! And the garage door looks absolutely AMAZING, Or! I love the Windows!

Our opener stopped working and the technician (I didn’t catch his name) said he would arrive between 7:30-8 and showed up even earlier. Which was about an hour after I called. He diagnosed the problem and reviewed our options. He installed a new opener, keypad, sensors and wall switch within 90 minutes. Great service!
The chain on my garage door snapped unexpectedly last night. Called Garage Door Indianapolis, and they came out this morning. After the technician inspected everything, I decided to go ahead with installing a new door (the door was 21 years old).
