Y’all are a joke. I can’t get nobody to answer the phone. I made a Pick Up donation online over a week ago. I haven’t gotten that one call for the three days that I scheduled for a pick up of a washer and dryer a queen size bed frame and a five drawer dresser drawer wooden in good shape. I mean y’all gonna resell it. I’m not selling anything. I just need somebody to pick it up and I made arrangements to do so and y’all don’t honor Pick ups and online requests. I don’t like this. I cause your establishment and it sounds like somebody’s gonna pick up the phone and then it hangs up I go online I get a full schedule of times that I will pick my items up and nobody has called to make arrangements on picking it up or showed up either. This is Unprofessional And my stuff is decent and in good shape and I’m giving it to you. I’m not charging you for it damn pick it up.

Very overpriced items. Very similar items were priced differently. For example, I got a mug for $3.99, another very similar mug was $5.99. It makes no sense how they price their items. You really have to look to find a good deal. The store seems very cramped. They could use a sale to get rid of some stuff.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here! The sales person Kim was amazing! She puts a lot of care and love into her job! She helped me find the items I needed. I was in awe of how much they had! Panty hose, mop heads, hula hoops, etc! The options are endless. Need yarn? Go there! I could explore for hours. It’s well organized and the staff is great! Highly recommend!

Ridiculously over priced. Well organized and decent selection, but I can buy the same things brand new at TJ Maxx for the price. $6.99 for a walmart t sshirt. I think not.

They have pretty good things there which was really nice. It’s also amazing how every purchase goes to donating to a charity in the community! I’ll definitely be going to more thrift stores like this!

I absolutely agree with Christine's previous review. We donated great clothes from my sisters estate...designer clothes...they were Sent to a recycle facility....WHAT??? Who in your backroom is making these decisions???? So overpriced its crazy. Who is running this store???k Even charities are messed up in our crazy world. Dont waste your time...someone other than the needy are profiting. God help us....

It doesn’t matter about how much you donate when you literally can donate items to the store and they throw them away and their dumpster and then trespass people from getting the items out of their dumpster. I have video proof! Pictures! People donate items every day, thinking that they’re going to help people in need and these people are so greedy that they would rather throw it away then market down so somebody could actually buy it or actually donate it to someone in need. I actually just got off the phone with Brandon. He says he’s the head of Wheeler Mission of Indiana. He stated that no one is allowed to take anything from their dumpsters and also said they do not throw away customers donations. I tested them and donated some Christmas stuff they threw it away immediately brand new Christmas items! Don’t you think someone in need around Christmas time would be happy to have a brand new Christmas tree ornaments, and decorations? Not to mention the tons of books they throw away each week. It was enough to fill up half of my car and donate to our local elementary over 200 bucks in one night just childrens books! They throw away kitchen goods, and housewares that someone could use to furnish their house, furniture, clothes, shoes, toys… Why not mark the items down to the price it costs to feed someone? Why not donate it? Who are you helping by sending mass amounts of donations to the landfill to add to our waste crisis? Instead of selling an item for $2.08 which is the amount it cost to care for one struggling individual they would rather throw an item out and pay to send it off.. to sit and waste away. Does this make sense to anyone? These people are just as corrupt as Goodwill, if not worse! I went into a store, hoping to buy some things for my children as I’m a mom of 4 and all their used items were no joking the same price as brand new items in Store, and sometimes marked higher than the tags on them! I was going to buy a pair of little girls shoes picked them up and then noticed they were $14 used..put them down. I looked them up online and I could buy them at my local Walmart for $12.99 brand new! On top of all that they pay private security to patrol their dumpsters at night. I looked at the security company and they get paid a minimum of $35 an hour. Can you do the mass for eight hours seven days a week… think about how many people could be fed and sheltered with that alone. It’s ridiculous and I will my it MY MISSION to spread awareness of your corrupt “Non-For Profit” P.S. Thank you for pushing me to make this public when you decided to hang up on me for making these points over the phone Brandon!

Extremely way too high on their prices. I assume that is why they aren’t ever busy. They had some Dollar Tree stuff & Walmart stuff way higher priced than retail. For example; VO5 shampoo & conditioner marked $2.99 each and last I saw they were 82 cents each at Walmart. Dollar Tree everything is $1.25, and they had it priced $2.99- $3.99. Didn’t bother looking at clothes after I picked up a used Tshirt tagged at $5.99. Clean place though.

Well I bought these dresses once and I paid for them I thought she put them all in the same bag but when I got home the one dress I wanted the most wasnt n there.. and they throw a lot of stuff away and trash compact a whole lot of good things as well. Which then raises a question to me. Not much different between wheeler and wellerman is there. If ya don't know look up wellerman sea shanty

There are some women that have worked there for years that are only friendly to older demographic persons by certain races. If you plan on visiting, make it there at least an hour before they close. They will turn the lights off on you 15 minutes before closing and demand that you leave. Very rude people. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Very nice and friendly. Seniors get a discount and I had bought a dresser and tried to get it in my vehicle , I could not but they gave me in store credit and worked with me and I was very happy. Definitely recommend

This is Indy's hidden gem!! The people are much nicer than at a goodwill. It's a little smaller in size, but a ton of variety and they have a much better selection of furniture and their clothes and shoes are usually really nice and the price is about the same as goodwill and a lot less in some cases. They also have a little costume jewelry counter at the front where you pay, and I buy earrings and stuff and they don't turn your ears green like most costume jewelry. When we go here I know I will always find something awesome, and on top of that you can't beat helping the community when you buy it. Goodwill "says" they help the community, but I've never truly seen any proof of it, but here you know your money is going to a good cause because Wheeler does so much for the community. I feel confident my money is being well used when I buy from this store. So if you're gonna spend it anyways it's best to do it for a good cause. Plus the ladies that work here are fun to talk to. Definitely love this place!!

A well organized, and reasonably priced thrift store. I enjoy stopping in to see what new treasures I can find and the ladies working there are always kind when you talk with them.

This is one of the nicest Thrift stores I have ever shopped! The staff does an awesome job of putting people's donations out! It's very classy looking and they have everything organized inside the store making it easy to shop! The people who work here are always willing to assist you and always seem to love their job! Very friendly! It's a non profit, so it's an excellent place to donate as well!

It was a delightful and humble experience to walk with the female sales associate through the store. She was very impactful in regards to helping pick out shoes. It was an overall great experience, and to fellowship in the spirit was the best party. Glory be unto God the Father, and Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Peace and Rest be with you. -Selah

Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. Very well organized and clean, with good variety of things to choose from. I found exactly what I wanted, plus a few pleasant surprises.

Donations of shelf-stable food for homeless shelter downtown can be left there 10-3 Sat & 10-6 M-Fri. I've not shopped there, but after reading comments, I think I will. I'll be thankful when mask mandate ceases.

This second hand store has fine clothing. Majority of the items are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and carry themselves in a Christian manner. It is pleasant to visit every time.

Store is very organized but wicked expensive! Stained toddler clothes are $5 to $6, Red Heart yarn is a $1 more than a brand new spool sold at Walmart, used Dollar Tree brand items marked at $2 and $3, etc. Only good priced item was kids books which are $.59. While in line a lady asked if they do a veterans discount and the cashier very rudely told her they have never and do not do a veterans discount. It was a little over the top for a simple question. Only my second time coming here but not very impressed.

So happy I finally went in!! great clothing selection & prices. I had read several reviews that kept me hesitating, but I found some great things for a great price!

Prices are way to high. I will donate to good will from now on as they help people too. Since the younger lady started Googling the items prices have went way to high. They help poor people, but do not take into account that poor people also shop there. If I want Internet prices I will shop on the internet.

I found several great kid books and Bible themed devotionals. They have a great selection of vintage cards for All Occasions. They have lots of clothing kitchenware and even furniture. Check them out. Just the sales go to support wheeler mission. I give it up 4 and a half Stars

The store is nice and has a lot of nice item's. I don't like being watched when I walk around. Until I made my purchase I was treated like a homeless thief. This is a Christian organization and they didn't act accordingly.

Has become much more upscale. However, the basket i bought was priced the way I brought it up to the counter..... I don't like the insinuation that I manipulated the price tag

I have visited this thrift store frequently and always found nice things at great prices. Unfortunately I won’t be going back soon because they have raised their prices considerably . I’m not a fan of paying $4-$6 for a used t-shirt

I love this thrift store formally known as Annabelle's. It is very organized and all volunteers and employees are friendly and helpful. Clothes are sorted by size and not color like at Goodwill. everything is displayed nicely and is easy to see. By far my thrift store of choice.

We love coming here for bargains. They always have specials and their merchandise changes all the time. Great place to donate those unwanted items also. It is always very clean and they are very nice about donating items for charities.
