There was a headlight bulb out on my wife’s car. I wasn’t sure which bulb I needed or how to install it. Levi helped me find the right bulb and installed it for me. I appreciated his assistance!

My mother just came in the store 5 minutes ago to purchase some synthetic oil and the guys at the register did not want to help her, they pointed and stood there doing absolutely nothing, she spoke up and said she would find it herself, low quality when it comes to customer service.

This location is great and the manager Germany was very helpful, kind and friendly. He helped us find everything we needed for my husband’s car and mine. I recommend this store for all of your car needs.

I went to this store on 10/12/24 just to pick up a item. I put my item to purchase on the counter, two salespeople standing there both ignored me. Another salesperson walked behind them and ignored me also, he then went to the cash register and checked out two others who had come on after me. So I just left item on counter and left. I feel it was rude and indifferent behavior. If you can go to another store, might be a good idea.

I went in for a window regulator and they were helpful in finding it and ensuring I got the correct part. Staff all seemed friendly, helpful, and competent.

about a couple of weeks ago on a Friday I stopped by after my battery light came on. The girl that was helping me was an absolute angel. She helped me out and went above and beyond what she was supposed to do or what I would expect her to do. When my toddler and I got there my car ended up not wanting to start, I ended up needing a new alternator due to bad fan wiring (which i found out a few days later). I had to buy a new battery that day just to get my daughter and I home and I couldn’t install it myself due to my high risk pregnancy, not being able to lift over 25 pounds. I forget her name, but I will never forget the kindness she showed me and my daughter. She deserves a raise 100%! Now for the reason i’m taking away a star, the manager seems very standoffish and not very friendly. He could really learn something from the girl who helped me out that day. Kindness goes a very long way, I hope the girl who helped me out that day gets everything she deserves and then some!! I also really hope she can move up in that store and they don’t take her for granted!

AutoZone exceeded my expectations! Their service was impeccable, swiftly getting me exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it a breeze to find what I was looking for. Definitely my go-to for automotive needs!

Grouchy muffled man slams stuff, otherwise everyone else is cool and very helpful. Not that these reviews matter much anyways. People probably come and go here a lot as employees.

Parts techs are friendly and helpful. They asked good questions listened, advised.if they didn't know, they said so. They looked up and applied warranty on parts purchased years prior. What they didn't have in stock, they located at another location and called to confirm parts were on hand and had them set the parts out. I highly recommend this location.

I was out an about with my son's car, filling it up and getting it ready for he's 4 hour drive back down to school. It was having trouble starting so I suspected the battery was going bad and pulled into Autozone. Anna tested the battery and confirmed my suspicions. Piankhi then helped me with replacing the battery. Overall great experience. Thanks again to Anna and Piankhi for the help!

I usually have great experiences at AutoZone. It's my favorite parts store. I don't know what it is about Fishers Indiana but service and knowing your job aren't prevalent in most businesses here. Including this store. I miss the days when the people at a parts store actually knew about vehicles and parts, as opposed to looking it up on a computer that's only as reliable as the human giving it the information in the first place. Guess that's just a thing of the past.

Tom the manager is doing an excellent job. This is one of the best autozone experiences I’ve ever had. In the past I’ve had to hop around to different hubs, deal with different employees that have ignored me or gave me the impression I was inconvenient. I’ve even had people share their whole life story and complain about how terrible their job is. Tom expressed a positive, “can-do” attitude and even went the extra mile lugging my heavy battery core inside from my car when he didn’t have to. Tom earned a lifelong customer. This building deserves significantly more foot traffic and is an asset to the AutoZone chain.

Went to have a battery tested and had a great experience. Willson P. went above and beyond helping me to install my new one. He provided all the tools and extras needed to get the job done; and it wasn't an easy one with corroded terminals like mine.

Dakota was exceptionally great! He helped with finding my keyless remote battery and went the extra mile on replacing the battery for me as I was clueless on what to do next after purchasing the battery lol. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable about service that I needed!

I've been trying to find a place that I could express my gratitude for the services we received from your employee Dakota Moorman (Store #3511) We found ourselves stranded with a flat in a nearby parking lot and unable to get the tire off. This young man helped us find the right tools and even helped us get the lugs loosened as I am an old man and lacked the strength to do so. I am hoping your company provides employees like this with some kind of incentive/bonus pay or other means for going way beyond his duties to help a customer in need. Thank you again young man. You are an awesome individual.

My car was leaking so I came to Auto Zone to buy a radiator hose for my vehicle. After a little while of me working on my vehicle I received the best assistance from Dakota. He stayed 3 hours over just to make sure everything was done correctly! He even came back to check on me after helping a few customers . I never expected that much help and I really appreciate it! The other workers were great as well ! There was a younger gentlemen there,I didn’t catch his name, but he lended me a few tools so I could get the job done.Hey Dakota, when you read this tell him I said thanks, as well ! I haven’t experienced a great experience at a AutoZone in a long time and I’m glad I came here.Great job guys, KEEP IT UP !!!!!

When to the same store last week and two ladies were very nice and helpful so I decided to go back today and ask for oil for an oil change the guy wrote the part number on a piece of paper and handed it to me. I asked him if it was self serve and the guy got upset because I asked him if he could get the the oil and the filter for me He comeback with a 1/4 ( small bottle) when I told him that it was not enough to do the oil change the guy got mad and raised his voice telling me that he doesn’t do oil changes. I wouldn’t mind to go get what I needed myself but he was being very rude and at that point I didn’t feel like keep dealing with him so I turned around and left I understand is hard times right now and is hard to find people to work but a little training to show them they have all that info in the system would be nice and to put their phones down while they are helpful costumers

Raul, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful and made my experience GREAT! If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would. I had a flat tire & Raul welcomed me in right when I walked in the door & asked me how he can help me (which usually doesn’t happen at other auto stores, I normally feel very out of place). He was able to patch my tire up & even made sure I got air in it to hold me over until I can get it replaced. He could’ve just sold me the patch kit and sent me on my way but he took the time to sit outside in the 95 degree heat and did it for me, with no hesitation. Such a kind person! I’ve already recommended this location to all of my friends & family. The other lady that was working was very friendly as well. Keep up the great work y’all, your kindness does not go unappreciated! Thanks again, Raul! I’ll be back for future needs!

I went to this location on June 29th and was thoroughly impressed. My check engine light had randomly came on a couple days prior. I dealt with two gentlemen who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They ran diagnostics for free And let me know the part that I needed to order, along with the part number, which they didn't happen to carry...It needed to be ordered from a dealer and it was under a $4 part. A young gentleman named Mario went above and beyond helping me with a cabin air filter that I originally had no intentions of discussing, but had been told by someone else that it probably needed changed because my AC was not blowing out properly. I didn't expect for him to install it, let alone check it for me. My AC works like a charm! Thank you!! Highly recommend!

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fast retrieving the part i needed. Not been to this location before.. tried to use she discount, system only set up for PIN. Lost a great deal of money bc of that. Every other location uses client or shop #. We didn't even know the PIN. HEADS UP! overall had the part i needed. located it and checked us out quickly.
