They picky with the appt time but make you wait 2 hrs to give I dock appt for 1:00 checkin 12:20 on dock at 2:55... they start picking up your load when you check in so expect 3 to 5 hrs on site for a full trailer
Shipping lady has a attitude problem, i checked in at 11:50 for 12 pm appointment because they don't want you at their property earlier than your appointment time, she told me to stay inside their shipping office i said okay and after 15 minutes i said i want to have my lunch can i go to my truck if its taking too long, she told me my paperwork is almost ready then i waited another 20 minutes, i asked her again can i go back to my truck if its taking too long she said i dont know, i went back to my truck to have my lunch, came back after 25 minutes, its still the same story, absolutely zero respect, atleast give me a dock so i can be in my truck to take nap or whatever, i started early in the morning around 3 o clock and now sitting at their uncomfortable chairs. I been to so many worst shippers but this one takes no 1 spot, its like a harassment,
Terrible experience! I woke up at 2 a.m. to make it on time for my 10 a.m. appointment. Arrived at 9:30, and they told me to come back at 10 because that’s my appointment time. I came at 10 — they said the load wasn’t ready. They only started loading an hour later. They didn’t finish, then went on lunch. The whole process took over 3 hours! And I was the only truck at the dock. They keep walking around, going to the bathroom ten times, laughing, doing nothing.
I’m never coming back here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I can only imagine how long it would take if there were more trucks waiting — these lazy people would keep you here all day!
Needed some new batteries for my golf cart. Stopped in and talked with Ismael and he got me squared away with exactly what I needed. I’ll need a couple more in the near future and will definitely be headed back. Great experience and service!!
At first, after seeing so many negative reviews, I was very worried, but today was my first time making a delivery here, and my experience was very, very pleasant, in and out in about 20 min or so, keep up the good work.
Don’t even try to come earlier than your appointment you will be waiting outside next to the building until you appointment time horrible place to do business with disrespectful woman at front desk
They open at 8 but other drivers will go up ring the bell and get checked in 1st even though they no you were the 1st ones here they take hours and hours to unload been here multiple times and every time we’re here for hours after they open the guy is nice that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars
This place has gone downhill. Most of the people I knew were gone. The managers are gone, most of the warehouse people left, they were replaced with people that are so rude and inconsiderate I will never be returning. Truly a shame.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I’ve delivered here twice before with no issues. They have a sign on that door that reads out of service. It didn’t register to me that it means the door was out of order. I ring the door bell twice, the manager comes to the door like can you read… out…of…service(he does this twice will pointing to the sign) with a very nasty demeanor and points towards a door down the way. I walk in and I’m like that sign will more than likely not register to drivers (like myself) I mentioned to the forklift driver if it said “do not enter door out of order” people would recognize it better and look for an alternative door. I said at first I thought it meant the doorbell. The manager then replies real nasty well you know it wasn’t the doorbell you rung it twice and he proceeds to walk away. He was a total prick to me about a honest mistake. I walked to the office and asked for his information he would not give it to me. I told him how rude and nasty he was and how unacceptable it was to be that way and he told me thank you for my judgement. So here are the photos for drivers like myself who may ring the doorbell instead. Craig Stuart was his name and if he is the manager over this establishment I feel sorry for his workers and I would never shop at a company that hires these type of people.
When you pull into their parking lot, their docks are straight ahead to the last. You can pull all the way through to the street Beyond, go left and there is a big lot where you can turn around to make your backing into their spot easier. I was in and out in an hour and a half and it is first come first serve. I was able to use the bathroom facilities as well. Easy people to deal oh, not a bad delivery at all
Every reciever should be this easy. They were nice, quick to unload, and easy to get into. Looks like you could even park there for the night before your delivery. Total 5 star business!
Excellent customer relations ! Auto, boat, and motorcycle batteries at almost half the price of other retailers! I bought a new gel battery for my Harley for less than half the price compared to any other place .
