I would give them zero stars if I could. They were extremely rude, and made me cry due to how they were talking down to me. Not only did they not fix my original problem, but they were vaping and being completely unprofessional when I went in to tell them that the problem wasn’t fixed. They DO NOT know Christ and threw that around a lot. Sent me to another place claiming they would pay for them to only not pay them. Complete waste of your time and full of misogynistic men who make women feel uncomfortable.

I brought them a vehicle with 30k miles that was untouched. Spent over 7k and received back finger tight bolts, wrong bolts/hardware, wiring harness not clipped in oem location, boot prints on bumper, etc this was a complete lack of professionalism.

Christian Brother Automotive has one of the very best service centers that I've used. Very welcoming and clean waiting area. My favorite accomodation is the pickup concierge service that transport you from your home to the shop to get your vehicle. We need more shuttle services in automotive franchises in Indiana.

Christian Brothers in Fishers is my Go-To for all our vehicles in our family. Fantastic staff, great communication and really appreciate the warranty that is offered on every repair. Run away as fast as you can. This place is a total rip off and price gouger. I took my son's truck in there for a repair of his AC unit that was not working properly. First a diagnostic charge just to find other areas of repair opportunities, even if they have nothing to do with why you brought the car into them in the first place. They keep throwing around the phrase about being a Christian company and that is supposed to make it alright for them to charge you through the nose to do absolutely nothing other than explain that the repair you brought it in for that should have only costed $1K at best is now a $2900 repair. Sean from the beginning was focused on trying to repair a radiator leak that they couldn't discern where any leak was coming from, after the pressure test that I acquiesced on. The fact of the matter is, the entire radiator and complimentary parts was completely redone by a dealer in Cinci not more than 6 months ago, yet they thought that it was a more important concern than what I brought it in for. I would definitely think twice before coming here.

My wife’s car (2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee) lost its air conditioning during the hottest week of the year. We purchased an extended warranty through Carmax (MaxCare) and Christian Brothers was a recommended service provider for warranty work. I scheduled an appointment through their website for the next business day. I was contacted by their office staff after scheduling our appointment confirming our appointment time and detail of the repairs needed. Upon dropping our vehicle off, Shawn, Steven and Austin were incredible to work with and exceeded my expectations as a first time client. They made the warranty process seamless (claim and reimbursement) and communicated the status of our vehicle 4 times throughout the repair process. CB gained a lifelong client in our family as a result of their client experience, professionalism, communication and thorough documentation of repairs needed and the status of our vehicle upon their inspection.

They quoted me $1300 to replace the upper control arm and ball joint. Said it was a safety concern. I took it somewhere else, control arm was fine. Second place quoted me $230 to replace ball joint.

This is an incredible place. Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. All of the guys are super nice, my whole family uses their services and we are all extremely happy with their service. Price is fair, the guys are all honest about the issues your car might have and it's always a nice experience to walk in. They even drive you to your home while your car is ready and pick you up if you live close enough.

The people are friendly, the prices are good, the work is quality, what more do you want?! Also honest people that won't rip you off. Have been here a few times and had work done but once recently took a vehicle in for an unknown problem (noise) that disappeared on the way to their shop, they test drove, checked fluids and differential, changed a blown out fuse(unrelated) and when we picked up the vehicle were told there was no charge since they didn't do any "real work". These guys really are the best.

Sent a vehicle in before purchasing it and had them look it over. It cost me $169, but I'm glad I did. What I thought would be a simple repair was a lot more than expected and I could have ended up putting an engine it. The technician called me with a detailed report of needed repairs and possible unknown issues. The best part is that the dealer dropped off the vehicle and picked it up after the shop was done and then I was able to pay for the inspection over the phone so I never even left the house! Amazing service!!!

I have never brought my car to this shop before, but after hearing great things, I decided to take my car in for a 100,000-mile inspection. Two months ago, I was told my shocks and struts needed to be replaced very soon, but during this visit, the focus shifted to my ball joints and control arms with no clear explanation. Since I drive minimally, I don’t understand how these parts could have worsened so much in such a short time or why this wasn’t brought to my attention during my last visit. The reason for my second visit was a check engine light, which resulted in replacing the oxygen sensor. During this visit, I also had my rear brake rotors and pads replaced, as well as a new battery and belt installed. My car was at the shop for two days, which seemed like a long time for these repairs. Additionally, the diagnostic fee of $169.99 feels a little high, especially since it isn’t applied toward the cost of repairs. They also replaced a battery and belt they installed two months ago, citing a faulty battery and improper installation of the belt. While they replaced these for free, the mistakes made me question the quality of their work. Since my father passed away, I’ve felt nervous about car repairs, fearing I might be taken advantage of. Unfortunately, this experience heightened those fears. My questions felt dismissed, and I left without clear answers. Although the staff is extremely kind, I’m not sure if I would return based on my two experiences. While I appreciate their diagnostic photos and videos, the inconsistent recommendations and lack of transparency make it hard for me to trust them.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Christian Brothers Automotive for a reason. The team is honest, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. Shawn, in particular, stands out with his excellent communication skills—he’s great at articulating any issues that need attention and providing genuine, thoughtful feedback. Every visit is straightforward and I always feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands. Maintaining my car’s health is important to me, and this team makes this task easier to manage. I look forward to continuing to work with them for all my automotive needs, although hope I don’t have any major mechanical issues soon! Always recommend!

They gave us an oil change and I was so happy to leave a good review and then I noticed the underbody rain guard was not put back on properly. This was a Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. We called and told them when they opened on Monday . We told them that we would bring it up there the next day, which was Tuesday. Took it back and they refused to fix it and acted like it was not their fault. The truck was bought brand new despite being a 2020. The underbody rain guard was perfect until they carelessness ripped it off. Shame on them for not taking responsibility and fixing it. We had never used Christian brothers before and I thought that we would definitely be going back because of how kind they were, but after this incident, we will never go back and I recommend you do not either

This is probably the best experience I had when it comes to customer service. I had taken my car here after a horrendous experience with dealerships, and the difference was night and day. They have really great communication and very detail-oriented when it came to the service. I do my own oil changes, but I almost want to take my car here occasionally to support them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service.

This place deserves a 0 star! For starters I brought the car at 8am and they didn’t even touch my car until around 1pm. I called multiple times throughout the day and spoke to Sean and asked why did the car say it was dispatched to a tech if he truly had not begun working on it yet? He said just because it was dispatched doesn’t mean he is working on the car. I called about an hour or 2 later and was told the tech was taking lunch. Car still had not been touched! Finally at almost 5:00 the car was finished and I waited for a shuttle that never came & it was close to closing time for them & I needed my car. The price was also ridiculous as well. The alternator itself should’ve only been around $175 & they charged almost $400 for the part. Then I see they also charged nearly $600 for labor are you kidding me?!! This place price gauged MAJORLY! I would not recommend this place at all!! Go somewhere else.

First time here, these guys are seriously awesome, especially Shawn. Super professional, responsive, and caring service. Everyone I dealt with was super nice. And they 100% waived my diagnostic fee due to my situation!! Will be recommending to my friends and will keep in mind for future use going forward.

Such a Great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive!! They were professional, prompt, kind and overall 5 Stars! They provided a shuttle to drop me off at home and also to bring me back to pick up my car after fixing exhaust/coolant problems. Very affordable too! I will never go anywhere else!

After spending many years (and a lot of money) servicing our Hyundai Sonata at the Hyundai dealership we purchased the car from, my husband and I decided to try Christian Brothers as it is closer, locally owned and had many positive reviews online. We've now had three wonderful experiences with Michael and the Christian Brothers team and I cannot recommend the shop enough. The team is kind and courteous, thorough in the diagnostic and estimate process and happy to answer questions or concerns. We've never felt pressured to make quick decisions regarding the car service options and always feel our car and family safety is their top priority. I am extremely grateful for their team and will continue to use them for all of our vehicles in the future.

I recently bought a 2007 Mustang that had a check engine light on so brought it in for an engine diagnostic. They provided a shuttle ride to and from work while my car was being serviced and I received frequent email updates throughout the service process. The final email included a very detailed description of everything checked and was categorized from good, issues that will eventually need to be repaired/serviced, and existing safety hazards. I was very pleased with the professionalism and ex excellent quality or work I received on my car as will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future!

The entire experience was pretty straightforward. The pricing is fair and reasonable. The quality of the work is top tier. I waited inside the location until my service was done, but they offered a few times to give me a ride home. So, I truly appreciate that consideration! Overall, I only have good things to say. I mean what more can you expect? Also, they had a bowl of treats. That was nice to have!

We have been utilizing Christian Brothers for years to service our vehicles, & have yet to be disappointed. On multiple occasions, the employees have gone above & beyond to help us solve our vehicle issues, whether that meant reaching out to the related dealership to find out if we are under warranty, or running to grab us a new tire lock when we couldn’t locate ours. We have always been impressed & the staff is all very friendly & communicative. Definitely recommend!

Originally called my dealership, car having engine issues, they couldn’t get me in for over 2 weeks. So I called Christian Brothers and they got my car in the shop and inspected the same day. After inspection, they offered me several options, and the repair ended up being less expensive than I anticipated. The shop and waiting area was very clean, every employee I interacted with was super professional and courteous, and it’s nice to know they offered a shuttle service (even though I had my own ride). Summary: Positives 1. Fast availability 2. Thorough, competent, honest mechanics 3. Fair prices 4. Excellent customer service and communication Negatives 1. None I noticed Five out of five stars

Very friendly, answered questions and seemed to genuinely care. The inspection process is unlike any other I’ve had. Amazing. Price of the service I had done was comparable to dealership I usually go to. They have a new customer in me. Highly recommend.
