Pretty good. If your not in a hurry, they have better prices. Communication could be better, but overall they get the job done. Overall, better pricing, but a little slower on delivery expecially for items that are not in stock. I had a good experience. Thanks

After trying several John Deere OEM parts dealers and haveing very bad experiences I found Green Farm Parts. My oder went through with out any problem and was delivered in record time. Don't waste your time on any other John Deere parts dealer use Green Farm Parts you will be very satisfied.

Purchased an Hour Meter AUC15402 for my John Deere S130 Mower, which lasted less than six months. It's pretty expensive, over $70, but Green Farm Parts was very helpful in seeing to it that my return & replacement was expedited. A word of caution . . . Your John Deere will not start/run without the Hour Meter installed. For this reason, make sure you hold on to your old Meter in case you need it to start your mower in a pinch. I purchase all my genuine John Deere parts from Green Farm (Reynolds). First, I strongly recommend purchasing the "conversion kit" A7C12916. It consists of a short pipe, cap, & regular oil filter. This replaces the "Easy Change" system, which leaves quite a bit of dirty oil in the engine. The kit is easy to install. You'll remove a pretty large all metal part from the mower where the "Easy Change" filter is mounted, then you just screw in the pipe with a pipe wrench, put on the cap, and install the new (regular) oil filter. You can use a regular Fram filter, but I purchase my oil & all my oil & air filters HERE and change everything once a season. New blades are good to change after a couple of seasons and be prepared to replace your belts too. These have a tendency to break if the pulley seizes up, which is a common problem in the John Deere Mower. Out of several pullies on the deck, one does NOT have a lubrication fitting (zert). That one will unfortunately seize up, cause the belt to break, and will need to be replaced. Again, all of this can be changed yourself in one afternoon with the help of YouTube video. Lubrication is critical. I lubricate the deck & other "rolling" parts twice a season. Just need a grease gun and a tube of John Deere lube TY24416 MultiPurpose HD Lithium Grease also available HERE.

Slow shipping, if i would have known I would have ordered from a different company. Ordered on Wednesday of last week and got a email on Monday saying it was going to be shipped out soon. Checked the tracking order number and still has not been received. I will never order from them again. 342.00 for my part.

Used them years ago and they were great. Things have changed. Now they dont answer phones (ever) or emails and "live chat" is almost never avail. Seems from reading other reviews that this is a very common issue with them. Asked to modify order and instead they cancelled the entire order. Pricing good, service is not.

Buyer beware. Horrific customer service. Even when called out on it. They do not care that they messed up my order or that I had to wait several weeks for an in-stock part. Zero apologies. Will not be buying from them again.

Returned an item that didn't fit, paid 271 dollars for the item and got 114 dollars refunded. Never opened or damaged. Per green farm parts, restocking fee. Farmers struggle as it is, we shouldn't be ripped off by a parts company.

I ordered 4 items and received 3 plus one item that I did not order. I have tried to call several times, left two messages. My order is GFP-532642. I hope I can resolve this issue. I will be happy to edit this review if I hear back from someone.-- I heard from the staff on 7/27/23. They were having difficulty with their phone system, which is understandable. They were very friendly and took care of my issue right away. I would definitely order from them again. Thank you

Good supplier. Saves trip to JD dealer. One bad experience where I had to ask if my order had shipped and was told it was delayed because they had to order one part from John Deere. Next time I'll just order everything directly from the local dealer.

Think you might ever need customer service? Well, don't wait for it to happen with Green Farm -- it does not exist. I placed an order for a product I needed immediately and received a confirmation of the order. However, when I checked the website a couple of days later I found that the order had been cancelled. When I attempted to inquire, I was meet with a deafening silence -- you never get a live person by phone, they don't respond to voicemails and their "chat" system is worthless. In sum, if you don't have customer service, you have nothing. In reply to the companies response, let me add that although I may have placed the order on a Sunday, the order was accepted and confirmed by an email. If there was a problem with the payment Green Farms could have simply responded to one of the three voicemails I left and any payment issue could have been cleared up. Other than an an excuse laden response to my review, Green Farms has never contacted me in an effort to resolve any payment issues and reinstate the order.

Green Farm Parts is an excellent vendor for John Deere parts. I have been shopping with them for at least 10 years and have been greatly satisfied with each purchase. I rebuilt my 1980 JD 750 4x4 and purchased everything from them. I love being able to view the JD parts catalog online. Service is excellent and fast.

I ordered a home maintenance kit which included everything that I needed to do my spring tune up. I used the website and had a question so I contacted the store via the chat option. I was told which kit I needed. The kit was shipped out right away. The only problem was an ice storm that went thru Fort Worth, TX as the same time my kit was there. So what, had to wait a few days but once I received it, it was worth the wait. I shopped around my area and found this maintenance kit cheaper than buying the parts separately. Will buy from Green Farm Parts again.

Correction, order number was #393022. Green Farm Parts sent me the wrong part in my filter order but would not reimburse or even give me a credit. I will not order from them again. In reply to the owner's comment--NO I did not order the wrong part. We ordered the filter kit. Within that box was the wrong oil filer. Review our email to you in the first place, to which you responded by phone and refused to acknowledge the error. I can send you a picture of the wrong filter you supplied if that helps. The person on the phone refused to refund the cost of the correct filter I had to buy from a local store. For $38 you lost this customer.

I ordered John Deere parts and they turned out to be the wrong ones, don’t fit. I hoped to return these and order the correct part. I have been calling for four days, morning, mid day, and afternoon, trying every option in their automated menu, and leaving messages , all with no success of getting anyone. Of course, this means I can neither get an RMA to return the incorrect parts, nor identify and order the correct part. I suppose no option other than throw these parts away and try to get the correct ones from somewhere else. Apparently, If you order and receive the correct part, fine. If you don’t, trouble. Edited 23June21: Changed from two star to one star after receiving a snarky reply from Green Farm Parts which included "(if you are a real customer)." Funny that the parts arrived in an envelope with a Green Farms Parts return address label which matched the address shown on the website. Already gotten replacement parts from another vendor, just wrote off the others -- and Green Farm Parts. Edit: we eventually made contact and a very nice man took care of me and issued a refund. I feel I must admit the miscommunication was partly my fault and if I need parts I will consider Green Farm Parts.

We do encourage customers to email us or chat live with us during business hours as indicated on our site. Have a great day!” Funny thing here is I did speak with them. Was told engine was in stock. What’s even crazier is when I called back the next day, I called 13 times and every single time I got voice mail. I had to call their sister company and ask to be transferred. They admitted how hard it was to get a hold of them. Hard to believe they have full “100%” visibility but still didn’t know the one they had in stock was damaged.

UP DATE. HAVE HAD PARTS A MONTH AND ALL PARTS HAVE FAILED! BUY OEM! THESE PARTS WILL NOT HOLD UP! Parts bolted on prefect. I ordered parts from different vendors. Green farm parts was the closes to me as far as shipping parts state to state but the parts took the longest to arrive. I ordered early on a Monday and the parts didnt arrive until the next Tuesday.... All my other parts was ordered the same time and showed up 2 to 4 days after I ordered. They take a long tine to get ur tracking number. They are quick to pull the money from your account then sit on the order until they are ready to ship. Place your order a few weeks before you need it or order from a vender that cares about the urgency of your order! And just a heads up this was prior to covid! Now just to be fair. I did reach out and they did replace the parts I ordered without many questions. I did have to send pictures. The sad thing was having to replace the parts I just put on. The steering part that failed made the mower loose steering while putting it on the trailer which broke the plastic grass guide and dented my new trailer bent the right hand spindle when it hung the trailer. put me behind on cutting grass by 3 weeks. Over all I would order again but id buy in advance.

Good prices and nice people, but as noted by others the shipping is extremely slow. Took a week to get it out the door. Another 3-4 days till it shows up and it doesn't fit! Then they mess up the refund, short $100! Nice about fixing their mistake, but still got a 20% restocking fee. WAY too much work. Never again. ** Perfect example! They're responding to this a year later with inaccurate follow up. BUYER BEWARE**

Shipping very slow. I guess you get what you pay for. The company is one state over and they sat on my order for 2 days before shipping. Not cool. I should also add that when I received the order the product was incorrect, so now i wait again.

I ordered over $900.00 in parts online on Monday and noticed the online status still showed "processing" Friday. I called early morning and the gentleman on the phone said "Hmmm looks like all the parts were in stock.. Please hold". A few minutes later he came back and said they would ship that day. I would really hate to think when the parts would have shipped if I hadn't called. No apology at all!! I'll order my parts elsewhere next time!!
