On Christmas Eve, I needed help changing a headlight and installing another headlight into my daughter’s car. Logan took the time out of his day to try to help us. After spending a lot of time, and after it became apparent that there was an issue, he contacted a friend of his that could help so that my daughter could travel that day safely, when he could have just apologized for not being able to help and moved on. We so appreciated Logan doing so much for us that day. We’ve been there multiple times since, as it is now our go-to auto parts store.
Great service. The young man who helped me (Jay or Jason?) went above and beyond and actually installed the brake light bulbs that I purchased in my vehicle when I asked. Extremely helpful since I needed working brake lights, but didn't have the proper tools with me at the time.
A large husky, Hispanic young man named Alex assisted me. I came in close to close and he was still very helpful and cheerful. He seemed to have expert knowledge on products and where to locate them. Thank you for the excellent customer service. ;)
I have always preferred Oreilly’s over any other parts store; however, I will say I have been a tech on many different pieces of equipment, cars and now boats. I know what I’m getting and because their “relates” are what I usually add, because you should get them most times, I’m never pressured. Most Oreilly’s counter workers are not trying to screw you. Except for the funnel!
Returned my battery core to a different O'Reilly location without a problem.
They also had a windshield fluid cap in stock that was super helpful. I was able to install it without a problem.
The store was bright and clean as well.
Besides the parts being way overpriced They have no idea whether the brake lathe the works or not And we'll send you to other stores that have broken brake lathes also

I have a 26 year old Explorer that most of the places didn't have the parts or would have to order them. O'Reilly's had the part plus I saved approximately $ 20.00. GREAT PLACE..
A very helpful young woman behind the counter help me find a part that I needed to use for a purpose other than that for which it was originally intended - some body panel pins to hold some miss-matched rain guttering together.

I had a problem with the dust cap for the hub on my camper, it fell off due to a poor repair. The staff here went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. They tried to find the right one for me, let me take a dust cap out to my camper and make sure it would work before I bought it. Generally were fantastic to deal with. If I wasn't passing through, I'd make this my go to store for auto parts. The district manager was there and he was right in there trying to help me out.
