Made a deal over the phone about the vehicle it was my understanding it had a maintenance inspection. I put a deposit so no one would take the car, I go in and the car has no coolant in the resivoir, very dirty air filter, cabin air filter shown above, and a serpentine belt that has been dry rotted. They are not giving me my deposit back, just 100 bucks off the deal. Do not go here
Scammed one of my family members, dry rotted serpentine belt, no coolant, bad inspection of vehicle, selling something set up to fail. Lucky we were able to catch those and bring it up. If you buy from here make sure you know how to properly inspect and diagnose a vehicle.
I greatly value the straight forward information from Zach and Gage…as well as the transparency that was provided from Colte. They took the time to answer every question. Zach allowed me to schedule a test drive. The truck was pulled up and ready before I arrived. He made sure my whole family was able to go on the test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel the way you want it to when buying a vehicle. I highly recommend buying your next and the rest of your vehicles from this team!

If you need a car get in touch with Zach great work and very nice not pushy I like that! My only complaint they didn’t give me the car with a full tank it barley had a quarter left. I think they should have given me a gas card at least.
The place was very nice as was the staff. AutoSavvy specializes in purchasing previously damaged or totaled vehicles (we were told only cosmetic type damage), fixes them up, then resells them under salvage titles. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere on their car listing so I felt misled. Honestly I could've missed it but I don't think I did. If you don't mind a previously damaged car then this is your place. It wasn't for us hence the 3 stars. Edit: In regards to the dealerships response below I will amend my review to say that the car (seen in the cars.com app) was in fact listed as "branded" deep in the vehicle description. Speaking as someone who had no idea what branded title meant I can say that that term meant zero to me when I read it. The salvage title was pointed out to us as soon as we asked to see the car to be fair. The listing was not misleading by definition, but knowing what a branded title was would've prevented the hour drive for us. Best of luck to AutoSavvy and I appreciate your response.
Zachary and Gage were wonderful to work with. It was very cold outside with snow, and they already had the car cleaned off, started and warmed up when we got here! They walked us through all the features, provided the history of the car, and helped us take it home that day! I would recommend purchasing with AutoSavvy!

On calling AutoSavvy, I didn’t get anyone but Andrew called my number back. He was so nice and thoughtful when I told him my situation.
He emailed an application to fill out and gave it to Jay, the finance manager to review. Jay called us back and told us to come in and the process was effortless.
Breanna was our salesperson and she as kind and knowledgeable about our questions.
We did get approved and even had pizza while we waited.
We had a wonderful experience with Auto Savvy in Fishers, IN. I’ll be honest, I was a little scared at first. However, we worked with Gage and Andrew. Both of these guys were able to help us with all of our questions. We spent a week texting and visiting the store. We drove our van to Florida the day we bought it. This van was amazing on our trip. We are so happy with our purchase and will go back there in the future when we need vehicles for our kids. Wonderful place to buy a vehicle.
Gage and the team we worked with were great! They answered any and all questions we had about branded titles and their dealership model. The prices across the board seem very fair for what appear to be quality rebuilt vehicles.

We had an amazing experience at Auto Savvy, all due to Zach Settle! From the very start, he was warm welcoming, and he arranged for the car that we wanted to be delivered to their location. He was the furthest thing from your typical used car salesman and we really enjoyed our time with him. Jay in the financing office, also did a great job.
