Aurynn Baker a service advisor from Texas made a potentially bad claim situation better by always responding when other service advisors would not. Same with Tristan at the service center on Pike Plaza Rd. Thanks as well to Cassie who I believe is in Utah for going to the big dogs to get my claim approved. The 5 stars are for them. Auto Savvy did well to hire these folks, I wish they would have them train the rest. Happy camper here.

Good dealership, nice selection of vehicles. Although most of them are branded titles, the dealership is very selective on what they’ll buy. Higher interest than I wanted but they were able to keep me around the monthly payments payment I wanted. Thanks Colte, Andrew, Michael, and Jay for working with me to get me into a nice car, for me and my family!

Gage and the team we worked with were great! They answered any and all questions we had about branded titles and their dealership model. The prices across the board seem very fair for what appear to be quality rebuilt vehicles. They gave us a very fair trade value, and we were able to easily work a deal that achieved everyone's goals. We will definitely keep them in mind for future vehicle purchases. My wife absolutely loves the car we bought here so far.

After my third car from these guys I figured I’d better leave them a 5 star review. If you’re thinking about buying a car from AutoSavvy definitely go in person and give them a chance before you make any assumptions because every car I’ve gotten from them has been great. No issues and the savings you get on these cars is unbeatable. Now they are doing a free warranty so it’s even better. Colte is the manager there and he’s a great guy so definitely go check them out

I had a great experience at AutoSavvy. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car buying experience can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made it simple and enjoyable. I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and customer care I received. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family and will be coming back for future purchases. The employee that helped us the most was Andrew! He was such a sweethart!!

If you’re looking for a safe and reliable vehicle then auto savvy is the perfect place to shop! When arriving I was greeted by Andrew immediately. He showed me all the vehicles in my price range and gave me all the information on them. Andrew found me the exact vehicle I was looking for and I could not be happier with my decision. Andrew was very professional and down to earth and made me feel comfortable with my decision with absolutely zero pressure. Zach was great! He showed me a variety of vehicles in my price range, but not in a pushy way. I could tell he genuinely cared about me and my concerns I shared with him. I wish I had started with Zach and AutoSavvy instead of those other jokers that try to make you get a vehicle that is best for them.

“Well… I guess the Scat’s out of the bag My Scat Pack secret isn’t so secret anymore!” Andrew was nothing short of accommodating starting from the beginning me inquiring on the Charger over text since I’m out of state, providing all the details and photos he could to picking me up on a random Wednesday in August from the airport to drive my new baby home from Indy! We had Jaylan at AutoSavvy and he was beyond friendly and his team was professional in getting us a Honda Odessey for our family by the end of the day. The 2 hour trips was worth it for 2 days to work with a great car salesman and deals negotiated. However, getting our vehicle fixed with the warranty was a hassle. We are still experiencing ongoing safety and maintence repair under warranty with this auto company that keeps giving us a run around. We are not happy with waiting on call backs and then their responses being delayed on repeat and keep getting excuses why they haven't fix this or that yet. It feels like a scam on their warranty part and no one seems to know anything at the sales dept even when brought up to their attention.

I had an amazing shopping experience with Auto Savvy in Fishers Indiana. Michael was so kind, patient with my 100 questions, and dedicated to finding the perfect vehicle for me and my needs. I hate shopping for a new vehicle, but he made my experience painless and actually really exciting. I can’t thank him and the crew at this location enough. They also have the best deals in my market, as I have been to several dealerships looking for the right vehicle. Experience and price are top notch.

Dishonest sales practices. An unsafe vehicle. Poor customer service. Unacceptable vehicle repair time. That sums up my experience with AutoSavvy Fishers. I found the vehicle I was looking for online, and it was being sold at AutoSavvy of Fishers. I took a test drive, discussed down-payment, and agreed to purchase the vehicle. That is where things went downhill. 3 very expensive items got added to my paperwork. But at no point was I ever verbally ASKED if I wanted these items, or told a price for said items. Yet, they still found their way into my paperwork. These include the ValueMax Vehicle Service Contact, Apex Protection, & Sonsio. This seems like an incredibly dishonest practice to me & I have seen numerous complaints about the very same issue on the Better Business Bureau website regarding AutoSavvy of Fishers. When I called in to express my unhappiness, and see if there was a way to resolve the issue, I was responded to very rudely by the manager whose response was, "Well, YOU signed the contract." My question to him was, why were these items added to my contact when no one asked me if I wanted them, or quoted a price to me before my contract was written up? Then, there's the issue of vehicle safety. I took the car in to get serviced for a car alarm that goes off repeatedly since I drove it off the lot. I thought this was a freak occurrence, but it has persisted. While getting the vehicle serviced by a certified Honda dealer, they discovered: 1. Compromised LEFT REAR DOOR LATCH 2. Compromised LEFT REAR DOOR HARNESS 3. Grounded DRIVERS FRONT FUSE BOX And most importantly 4. A defective tensioner in the DRIVERS FRONT SEATBELT In the event of an accident, this could cause the driver seatbelt NOT TO WORK. The representative at the Honda said that the vehicle should not have been sold to me in this condition, and that I should take it back to the dealership to fix the issue. I reached out to Autosavvy's Customer Service rep. She scheduled an appointment for Monday, June 23rd at 8AM at their approved location. I arrive at my scheduled time but still had to search the garage to find a technician. There was only one. He confirmed my appointment, said he would take a look at the vehicle THAT day, then have Autosavvy's Customer Service rep reach out to me with next steps. The end of the day passes & I hear nothing. The next day, I text & call the service rep. Nothing. I call the garage. Nothing. I repeat this process for 5 additional days. No one answers my phone calls or texts. I call the Autosavvy's main customer service line, only to wait on hold for 20+ minutes each time. They have a text option that says you'll be contacted ASAP. I left my information for a callback twice. I have heard nothing. I've called Autosavvy Fishers main dealership & asked to speak to a manager to escalate this issue so I can find out the status of repairs to my vehicle. Three times someone has taken my information for a return phone call. At no point has a manager called me back to address the safety issues of the vehicle I was sold. On Sunday, June 29th, I drove past the auto shop where they are supposed to be working on my vehicle. And it was still parked exactly where I dropped it off 6 days before (pictures below)! Not one technician had touched it or even moved it inside the garage to a more secure location. 8 Days later, a rep finally reach out to let me know my vehicle was (finally) moved inside the garage & parts have been ordered, but it is July 3rd & I still have no idea when I can expect to have it back. This, apparently, is the level of service you should expect with the $5000 ValueMax Vehicle Service Plan that got worked into my contract. My experience with AutoSavvy is a continuing nightmare, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

We had an amazing experience at Auto Savvy, all due to Zach Settle! From the very start, he was warm welcoming, and he arranged for the car that we wanted to be delivered to their location. He was the furthest thing from your typical used car salesman and we really enjoyed our time with him. Jay in the financing office, also did a great job. The business model is really interesting and Zach did a good job of explaining it to us and we felt confident moving forward with our purchase. We look forward to buying our next car from them too!

I had one of the best car experiences @ AutoSavvy. Michael, Drewy, and Colte were very nice and greeted me with a smile. I didn’t feel pushed or pressured walking through the doors. They all were in good spirits throughout the experience and they had the best sense of humor. I test drove my Blazer with Michael, and he was a great, down to earth guy. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy my vehicle at all. I enjoyed everyone, and the way they made me feel as a customer. Michael took it upon himself to install my daughter’s car seat into the new vehicle with absolutely no problems at all. Drew ensured everything went smoothly, and took our pictures. They truly care about you and the whole team works together perfectly. I would come back every time! Thank you guys for everything.

We had an incredible experience with Zach when buying our Honda Odyssey. The prices for their vehicles were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than every other dealership we had looked at and they’re very upfront and transparent about their mission and where their cars come from. Honestly, we could not say one negative thing about this dealership. We had a wonderful experience even when shopping with 2 young kids in tow. Thanks for all your help, Zach!
