Car left me stranded on *275 called a few local companies and settled with this one they showed up on time and did the job right with no damage I’d definitely use them again
They deserve a zero on review. Called on Saturday morning around 11am and Bullseye said they couldn’t pick up until next day on Sunday sometime between 10-11am. Butler said if I need pick up that day to call Paddocks Towing. Called them Sunday at 11 and Matt said driver was en route and driver would call me with ETA. Two hours later no call and vehicle still not picked up. Tried calling and texting Matt several times, I was ghosted with no call or text back. So I took Bullseye towing advise from Saturday and called Paddocks towing, picked up within the hour. So moral of the story when you call a business and they suggest you use someone else you better listen the first time.
We were impressed by the positive experience with Bullseye Towing. It was a Sunday when many companies are closed and we were in a tough situation and they quickly came to assist us with it. The owner was polite and easy to work with. Our situation was out of the ordinary in that we needed our jet ski rescued. He worked swiftly with care, ensuring it was securely loaded to our dock.
His professionalism and reliability turned what was a stressful situation into a smooth and hassle-free process.

The person who towed my truck was Matt I would highly recommended him as your tower he was a very nice guy and he was communicating with me when he picked up my truck and when it was dropped off. The best towing company! We had a flat tire on a dangerous stretch of 465 after hitting a large pothole. Bullseye responded immediately with great communication about location and their time of arrival. The driver waited patiently after the first place we took the car couldn’t accept it and towed to another location for us. He was professional and kind, worked quickly, and put us at ease immediately during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!!
We were put in a perdicament. I, Donna, the manager here at Mcclures fuel station, am glad to have Bullseye Towing taking care of our parking issues. This week, a vehicle was stolen off our property. We called to make sure it wasn't Bullseye who had taken it, they informed us of the local laws and hekoed us through the process. If not for their signs and our cameras, this could have turned into a worse situation. Luckily the vehicle was found and everything turned okay. Thank you Bullseye!

I highly recommend Clint he answered right away, which is more then I can say for the other 3 businesses I called today. I had a customer who was not in very good health and had lost her keys in the store we looked for hours could not locate them she was locked out overnight as well as her home along with many other things that came crashing down on her. He was sympathetic to her situation ,kind enough to make her a priority and was very prompt. He was so very kind and more then accommodating. My motorcycle broke down on a county road. He saw me setting as he was on route to somewhere else. Saw I was still there on his way back. I was waiting on my husband to come back. Clint offered to tow my bike. He was so kind to me. Only had about 7 miles to home. Unloaded the bike and he helped push it into garage. We offered to pay him but he wouldn't take the money. Such a blessing he is. Thank you Clint!

Roadside assistance contracted this company to pick up and deliver my vehicle to dealership, driver showed up 5 hours after arranged time proceeded to drop my vehicle off and damage not only mine but another brand new vehicle in the dealers lot on video and left the scene of the crime. Matt has done nothing but show his unprofessional childish acts by blocking all communication to myself and insurance agent and failing to provide valid insurance information even after his driver has been caught on video. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY inexperienced and uninsured drivers are the chance you take going through bullseye towing
These guys were good. I used them to tow my motorcycle and they were professional and worked quickly to get my bike up on the flatbed and strapped down. All it all it went flawlessly. Couldn't have expected any better service. Why I gave 5 Stars.
I was in a bad car accident and wasn’t discharged from the hospital until well into the night on Saturday. When I contacted them about picking up my keys so I could get into my home I was treated very rudely and told to come back the next day? When I called the next morning I was told to come in right that moment because “they are not open on the weekends.” I was basically treated like a massive inconvenience over a situation that I had absolutely no control over. I don’t really understand how there are staff available to come tow my car at an inconvenient time, but when I need to retrieve my house keys and wallet there is nobody available to let me into my car? Maybe don’t advertise the business as 24/7 emergency help if you’re going to treat your patrons like that? Definitely made a horrible experience/night even more horrible.
Great service!!! Drivers are patient, detailed and driver Dave takes time to explain his steps and interacts with kids nicely. Dave talks to the kids and let's them ask any questions. Great company!!!!

The process before your team stepped in had been frustrating and disappointing. Working with our dealership throughout the day resulted in a lot of miscommunication. When Dave arrived he was prompt and explained what needed to be done to get my car towed. There was an issue with anti-theft wheel lock that prevented it from being pushed and the design of the driveway with garage made it impossible to get the truck close enough. Dave made certain we understood the reason and called for backup assistance. Nate was nothing short of a magician! He was able to maneuver equipment within a narrow space, problem solved the best way to get the truck close, and skillfully towed the car on the truck through a curvy drive, mailboxes, and a fire hydrant. I wanted to thank everyone for turning a stressful day into a great customer experience.
