Convenient place to drop off excess/unneeded metal that accumulates over time. They take large appliances as well. Lots of bikes are there and also lawnmowers. I'm pretty sure you can buy them there (ACE correct me if I'm wrong). I'll keep going there to recycle my aluminum cans.
Coming from a very happy & satisfied frequent flyer through Ace Scrap yard , i have nothing but great things to say about the women & guys that work there . The ladies go above & beyond . They greet me with smiles actually help me unload which is pretty cool . Weather its running the scales , a forklift , wading in the muck & the mud or unloading heavy or sharp objects all day mind you . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GALS & GUYS . This place used to be great until they started way overcharging for absolutely every Item in the yard, and began aggressively lowballing the scrappers who used to bring their metal here. No longer worth stopping by, and to top it off the lady at the counter was particularly unpleasant and unhelpful.(edit- I would leave 0 stars if that were an option)
WOW Never been treated that bad in my life. Been going to this yard for years and I just left there after reloading all my precious metals back into my truck. LUSHA started yelling and treating me like garbage so I loaded my truck and I Will never be back again.
I've used this yard for years for buying trashed mowers and car parts, recently they have raised prices, some cases over trippled. No more 20$ mowers and snow blowers, prices are up to 75$. Very unfortunate as most will just end up being scrapped for pennies instead of getting used.
Kid at the front knows its robbery as he couldn't tell me prices with a straight face, I get the place is a business but there is no way it is more profitable to break machines down than to sell them for 20$ or 30$.
Inquired about parts for a car listed on Facebook Marketplace and was advised they had a set of headlight assemblies that were not cracked. Drove 45 minutes to get there and they did not have a set that was not cracked. Wasted my time and money, wish they were honest about listing they post and answer questions about.
Front desk lady was rude and dismissive. Called in to ask two quick questions and she could not be bothered. She sighed multiple times and expressed her annoyance to someone next to her.
I have to tell you if you are in the Noblesville Westfield Cicero area or even maybe a little bit further out This is the place that you want to go. They prove to be the kindest most accommodating people that I have ever met when it comes to a salvage or scrap yard. As a professional magnet Fisher it becomes very hard for me to find places that I can recycle the metal that I pull out of the water and they accept it all of it They are amazing stellar people and worth the drive they pay top dollar I don't think I made as much anywhere else as I have in recycling through them I just want to extend a big thank you because you guys at the scrap yard are doing an amazing job!
Every other scrap metals buyer pays better than this place, far and away… especially for precious metals. If you want to get what its worth, don’t do business here!
Went to drop off a grill and a huge nail ended up in my tire and the front desk was little to no help. I understand that this is a scrapyard but the safety of the customers should be a priority. Had I not gotten out of my truck to see if I ran over anything (I had assumed that I had because of how many screws I saw all over the road) then I could have had a popped tire on the highway and could have crashed. All the front desk could say was “sorry this is a scrapyard”. Will not be returning.
I was as nice as could be and they had parts I needed, but I turned away from buying them since the blonde lady behind counter was very rude and disrespectful grabbing things quickly being passive aggressive and threw my id at me across the counter again, I was as nice and polite as I could be, and I ended up not even buying their products because of how she treated me pick a different yard to support go to pull a part no reason to voluntarily support and pay for this treatment point blank
Great people and great scrap yard. I have gone here for car parts also since they have a decent amount of scrap cars. Accept cards and cash. Check them out!
Went with different metals, the lady came out and didn't give me a chance to explain what I had to me to pull over to pad and unload and slammed the door. Went in after I did what she said, I explained I had different types of scrap she explained that they don't sort and can't do nothing about it now. First time going and will not go back.

They are always nice when I go up there. Especially since Covid started- the only junkyard in Noblesville- Sheridan- Cicero- Arcadia area to be open that I know of & closest. Always go back when I need to recycle or get rid of metals.
Friendly people who take my junk scrap metal with a smile. I'm always surprised how much money I drive away with. Today I had a pickup filled with old metal roofing a a few scraps of aluminum and recieved $18 and some change. All I wanted was to get rid of it.
Make sure your precious metals are clean of all other metal when take it in here . They will fk you over on it for a piddle little screw on a all cast aluminum mower deck even! Closest to elwood that pays the best and can take back roads if have a big/ ugly road to stay off 31 and out id traffic! Best time is early day / early afternoon to beat the rush and busy time of day.
For the bussiness of scraping and recycling metals all the way up to buying metal that you need for a project, this place is easy to access from the highway and when traffic is bad there is a way of reaching the location from side roads to make your visit more easier to access, most of the employees that have contact with visitors are very pleasant to work with, the hours during the week are 800am to 500pm ( if you are doing bussiness that involves the use of the scales your transaction must be completed by 430pm ) . This bussiness is a location that I highly recommend anyone under the age of 18 should be restricted or not brought along at all do to the dangers of the type of bussiness and not in any way the bussiness and it's surrounding areas as far as being the up most safe surroundings. the area is usually kept up with ,organized, and very strict on policys especially when it refers to the up most safety.
