Mr. Jay, the owner allegedly did not make the fishers towing experience a pleasant one for us. We had no reason to express any ill will towards this establishment or him at any time during our dealings. We just wanted information about and were trying to get our vehicle back. During our last conversation, Mr. Jay told us that’s “it’s a business, and he has “hundreds of other vehicles and calls to deal with” when we were simply trying to get more details about what he said. Fishers towing was not a very patient, clear, or easygoing establishment to deal with for us. But I don’t know who would care about being patient, clear, or easygoing regarding other people’s property when you’re paid by the police (government). I guess it doesn’t matter anyway. I broke down in an intersection. I called and got a person right away. They were polite and understanding that I was upset about being in the intersection. They told me they can't take a person with them in the tow truck so I knew that I needed to get a ride. I realy liked they were quick to arive and gave me clear instructions of what was going to happen. Very polite and friendly! I will definitely keep his card in my vehicles for the next emergency!!
They made my wife pay 301 for a tow and then told her there not open on the weekends and never gave her a receipt for what she paid for they made her pay in cash they are criminals

Called for office hours and they said 4:30 weekdays. We show up at 2:15 and no one available. We call and they say it’ll be 30+ minutes before someone arrives. We waited. No one ever showed. We called and the guy was so unbothered, non caring that we had been waiting, non apologetic and was evasive about how much longer. So unprofessional and rude
My wife and I have no words to express our sincere gratitude to Norman and the tow service for helping our daughters and their friends on their way back to the campus. Their car broke down unexpectedly on US 31. Norm and the policeman were extremely kind and reassured them that they are in safe hands. Norm even spent some time chatting to our daughters about his grandkids. The service and the kindness showed by Norman was exceptional.
Very bad first experience. I went to take out the staff of my car in their business hours and they were close. I called them to ask and the guys was very mean and disrespectful saying that I have to get out of my car and see if the office was open. After a few minutes he call me back saying the lady of the office was late and he said he is a good guy.
They are quick to find ways to take your money but show you the same thing when you want your vehicle. They take on law enforcement roles I rather walk then call them.
Weekends they are available to tow vehicles but are not able to give me my car back even though I have insurance, license, plates, and cash to pay to get my car. So now I’m going to get charged an extra $60 on top of the $180 charge till Monday to recieve my car... nothing about this seems right...
Drivers are reckless. I was forced onto the shoulder and had to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. The lane that the tow truck driver was in clearly stated for miles on State road 37 that the lane he was in ended ahead and to merge. He decide to wait until the last possible minute. Luckily, I saw how neglectful he was being and was able to avoid an accident. I would NOT trust this company with my car. The driver did not even have a vehicle he was towing. Just a total disregard for other driver's safety. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
They said they were closed at 5pm and I couldn't get car out till 8:30 next day costing another day of storage but website and diapatch said 24hrs so who really told the truth?
