Worst experience ever. Stay away from this place. They need to be shut down. You buy a vehicle here, and then they make it nearly impossible to pick it up, creating their own rules and trying to take as much money as possible from you. I’ve been buying from Copart for over 20 years, and I have never had this many problems just to pick up a vehicle. The workers act like they’re above everyone else. This nonsense needs to stop.
If I could give 100 stars I would, General Manager, Britney Parker is a very good manager and a good person. I came from NC to pick up a trailer and I had some problems, they solved them very quickly and professionally, Thank you very much and good luck with everything
If you buy from here do not count on your key being with the vehicle that's all I can tell you so if you're buying a pricey car don't buy it from here shop elsewhere
Can you finally fire that forklift driver that does whatever he wants instead of loading transporters??? Spent about two hours here waiting on that rude guy to load me. One more car was in front of me.
Loader drivers Are extremely slow Definitely one of the worst copart establishments. As far as trying to stay on a time frame which most drivers are on.
Forklift guy dropped the car on front of my trailer and left to do his business. So disrespectful. Appointment was scheduled at 3pm. I was there around at 3:05pm. Now it’s 3:55pm. Still waiting…
The loading system is hurting many driver’s business, it wasn’t a pleasant experience, always delays. The branch management needs to step up on this issue.
Beware. They don’t call you before they pick up your car. If your car is at a dealer the dealer will let them take your car without permission and they make wait forever to cut you a check. Worst customer experience ever.
Totally agree with a guy below, loader minds his own business, checked in with an app, got here even earlier , empty lot I'm only one, forklift driving around doing nothing but just looking at me, 30 minutes later he goes to the lunch, and I'm still here just one truck... Very unprofessional. Girls in the office is doing a good job tho.
This place lies. False advertisement on their vehicles. Bought a car from across the country with low miles thinking it was gonna be a good car but instead the auction highlight said “run and drives” but doesn’t even have a serpentine belt to crank the engine over, so how can it run? It never did.
Might as well put up a burnt car all the way down to the frame up for auction and say “minor dents and scratches”. Not trustworthy!
Maybe the only copart that takes the time to wash and do light cleanup! The location is a nice change of pace (out in the country). Staff was helpful and accommodating. One of the best Coparts for previewing (in comparison to 5 others in Ohio, Michigan and Texas). I hope to do business here again.
Copart and the folks I worked with were fantastic. They were professional and fair and help make the best of a bad situation with a vehicle that was totaled in an accident.
Went today from a 4 hour drive to pick up a vehicle and needed help loading they would not help. Not professional at all. Everywhere else I have gone has help me load. They are some as*hol**. What does it take to help someone load especially coming 4 hours to pick it up now coming back empty handed and will have to send tow truck.
The staff are not very professional, and they want you to check in using the app. But there’s such a little cell signal that it’s very hard to check in. Very poor system! The loader was ok. But my car had additional damage and parts missing from what was shown in the photos.
From K-Auto. Hands down the best copart to work with in indiana. They are always helpful, always find the answers to questions, and if there is a situation that they do not know the answer to they will be sure to look and find out. Love working with them!!
That People don't care about wheater issue's,, they just care charge costumers storage fees, not recommended to Used them,i believe they have fake reviews
I love working with Allison! Nearly every other office is difficult to work with, but each time I get to work with these ladies it's the best and easiest experience!
I was charged an extra $30 it was a holiday week and they charged me for the thanksgiving day for not picking up vehicle. Plus in the picture of the trailer that I purchased it showed there was a tire in the trailer, when I went and picked up trailer the tire was gone that tire cost me $90. Not really happy about my experience at this lot.
