The pickup was the only issue we had. Was told would be picked up between 8 and noon. With a one hour call ahead. At 11:30 and no phone call we called to make sure it was still being picked up. They said they would find out and have to driver call me back immediately. After about 15 minutes and still no phone call, I called again. Then they said to stay on the line and they would call the driver. Came back to say the driver would be back at the yard in 15 minutes and we would be his next pickup. Then around 12:45 the driver called with his one hour call ahead. He said he would be there in an hour. I said well I guess that would have to work but was supposed to to have been picked almost an hour ago. He then said he could come and us be his next picked up (which is what we were told by dispatching). So he arrived within 15 minutes and all.
So pleasant experience except pickup Thank you very much.
I placed a request online to sell my son’s car and got a call back in minutes. I had the pleasure of speaking with Martha and I feel like she worked to give me the best deal for the vehicle. Everything was exactly the way she told me it would go and honestly one of the easiest and best transactions I’ve been a part of in awhile. If I ever have another car to sell, I’ll definitely work with her again!

Company was generous and accommodating with offer & pick up. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because they DO NOT PICK UP ON WEEKENDS! This is very limiting on completing the transaction. We went back and forth for 2 weeks due to this fact. If you are available M-F I highly recommend Copart Cash for Cars!
I was very happy with the amount that was paid for my 2007 Camry and the online process was user friendly. However, it took 2-3 days longer than I felt it should have for the vehicle to be picked up by the towing service.
from the time I started until the time they picked it up they were really helpful and kept me up-to-date And called me when they were on their way to pick the vehicle up
Vehicle runs and drives, a 2000. No damage except rust. This place wouldn't even give an offer. Was a daily driver till December when a new vehicle was purchased. Just want to get out of yard. Try another place if you need to sell your vehicle. It's a waste of time to be told "we cannot make an offer on your vehicle at this time, check back later because we are growing". They have an odd way of growing their business. Better places out there.
Everyone was straightforward that I spoke, too. They even picked up earlier than expected. The guy picking up even brought my trashcans up from the road!
You picked up my son's car from us after his engine quit. Later that day (yesterday), he discovered there was a recall on the engines of that car, Hyundai Sonata. By then we were told it was too late and there was nothing you could do. I think you all should be aware of such things (recalls), and notify the customer prior to taking the car. It's just the respectable thing to do. It would have been a great help to a struggling young man.
I can’t believe how simple the whole process was. I got a guaranteed quote within a matter of minutes and received a great price for a car that did not run due to a blown motor. They even picked it up at no charge. I was skeptical at first but these guys were top notch. I would deal with this company again in a heartbeat. Friendly and courteous staff.

The process of selling the car was very simple. The frustrating part was the 5 hour window for the wrecker to come pick up the vehicle...then not showing up and trying to arrange a new pick up date/time. Wasted a lot of time trying to get the van taken away.
Easy process to get my car sold. Offered a fair price and they came to tow it away a few days later. Pretty much everything was done over the phone which was very convenient for me. I would definitely recommend this service and would use it again if I needed too.
