Police towing services are notoriously cold, unpredictable & unprofessional. Not these guys, they were the ONLY thing good that happened the night my daughter screwed up. Kind, caring & went above and beyond to help out. Being 5hrs away from where this happened & late at night, I was unable to do much to help her. The tow truck driver Britton (Brinton?) & the owner were great.
Not sure why, but I called for a non emergency tow 2 days ago. They said they would call me back for the info. Never called me. I have since called multiple times over the last couple days and they will not answer my call. My brother called in between my calls to set up a tow and they answered his call. I'm sure it's because of the distance they are traveling for this tow they don't want it be completely dodging my call is craazzyy.
I can not speak highly enough of this place. They were so extremely helpful, going above and beyond when I hit a deer. Gave me advice and answered any questions I had.
I Ran out of fuel in the middle of the country so I called Tony and he promptly brought me fuel! Stayed and helped me get my truck primed for 2.5 hours without any complaints! Didn’t even charge me more than a service call! Even followed me to the gas station to make sure I made it!

Tony quickly responded to the call, got us to a safe place and got the truck to a local repair shop
Tony provides excellent dependable service. A deer jumped in front of me around 1am on night on my way to Warsaw. I called him as soon as it happened.i was about mid ways between Silver Lake and Warsaw. When the police showed up they wanted to call a Warsaw towing company, I told them I had called Tony right after I called the police. The officer said he wasn't waiting all night for a tow and within a couple min layer Tony was there. The officer couldn't believe how promptly he was. He asked for Tony's card and said I'll be calling you for tows on this side of town. He also went all the way to Fort Wayne one time to pick me and my sister up when someone backed into my car. He goes above and beyond! Way to go Tony and crew, keep up the Awesome job!
