Jason & Shelly worked hard for almost 2 days to get me approved before I even came to the dealership. One thing I hate the most is when a dealership tells me I’m approved, set up the appointment just to get there and leave without a vehicle. But this was NOT the case here. I left in a good vehicle with affordable monthly payments. The down payment was affordable as well. I highly recommend it.

STAY AWAY!!! I have bought two cars from this lot and each car acts up once it goes over 18000 miles. Both cars engines are gone and warranty won’t pay for the damages because of the car going over 18000 miles. They are selling lemons at this lot. All the cars are between 18000 and 13000 miles already. Heritage acceptance employees are rude. Please don’t waste your money here

If this is the first time; You've purchased a vehicle? Don't purchase it from here!. They don't accept Bi-weekly payments. They will try to slick-talk you into purchasing a vehicle; That you can't afford (After the paper work is done). Who's going to pay $500 a month (for 72 months) on a 15 year old vehicle?. Then they say if you have a payment problem in the future? They will work with you!. Now that's a joke! 🤣 When a payment is due? Get it to them A.S.A.P (OR?) They will remotely shut off the ignition switch. They use their Computers to "Track" your whereabouts 😡 It's best to let them know? If your going to leave town. They prefer that you didn't travel; Until the car is paid off. Good Luck! 🤣
Originally left five stars due to being able to get in and out of the dealership quickly and the customer service.
Two weeks after I got the car the transmission went out…got it fixed and T the transmission went out again…got it fixed again…. the car has been back five times with shift denied issues…. They fixed it. The day after I picked up the car from the shop it started running rough I took it back and the shop says it’s the catalytic converter. Which is not under dealer warranty. Heritage Acceptance told me I can fill out an application and make payments to get it fixed!! On top of my loan!! Heritage Acceptance also told me that I can take it back to the dealership to trade it in for something else. Called today and was told I’ll have to pay it down to $2,000!!!! I can’t get the car plated and my dealer tag has expired in April!! This is how many times and how long it’s been in the shop! I’ll be sending my paperwork in the Attorney General’s office in the morning.
Omg - The smoothest Process ever.!!!! Jason & Shelly are the greatest people ever.! Car shopping is usually such a headache NOPE NOT THIS TIME.!! Shelly is a BLESSING.!
