I went in for some dot 4 and came out with flipping tools and dot 4 so if your in need for some fluids don't look over to the right cause if your like me you start by just looking, then for some reason I got a bright idea that I could just give out red tools to everyone cause like most years I haven't started Christmas shopping.Lol don't worry I quickly talked myself out of that idea but I did get some sweet vice grips for myself. Staff were awesome helped me the whole time super friendly and respectful I will be going back. Merry Christmas 1 🥜 ◀️ over and out
Shoutout to Chuck Cambell for getting in customers faces and slandering peoples names. Ordered a part this morning. Guaranteed us a time. We got there. Said the part never showed up. He said they dont mess up when clearly they do. Terrible customer service from Chuck. Would not recommend Napa. Oriellys is superior. His other co-worker amy(she was sweet) even called him narcissistic.
Needed a battery asap for my camper and randomly picked this store. What a great choice!! They tested the battery they were so polite and kind. The battery was shot. Little did I know it was a AAA store so I saved money there and when I asked if they sold water because I was thirsty, they said no... But you can have one and brought me a water. Thanks guys! You are awesome!
if you buy a battery here and it goes dead in a month dont even think about getting a new one. The owner will tell you something else is wrong with your mower Pathetic customer service
The lady at the counter was very nice and knowledgeable about the parts they have in stock. All in all a very easy experience for a not so easy repair job. I recommend stopping in there before other places in town.
Chris was very helpful and just an all around nice guy... Spent a good 10-15 mins helping me out (I know next to nothing about cars other than they like motor oil and gasoline - but not necessarily in that order). Highly recommend.
