Blew two tires on the side the of interstate while traveling back home at around 12am. My road side assistance was no help. It was gonna take hours for them to find a tow truck and then hours for that tow truck to get to where I was and charge me over $600 on top of what I already pay for road side.
Sunny Acres towing got to me in 20-30 minutes. The officer that came to me called this towing company and I would have to say this company is amazing! They were nice, caring, professional, and got to me quickly. They towed my car 87+ miles to the dealer ship I got my car from which was in my home town for less than $500. If I would ever need another tow around that area (which I hope I wouldn’t need to again but stuff happens) I would definitely reach out to them first before I tried anywhere else. Thank you for being so kind and willing to tow my car such a distance without charging a crazy amount! Highly highly recommend this company!
This insane tow truck driver just tried to run me off the road! He sped up to try and hit me in his truck. Do not hire someone this scary and unstable on the road!

Friendly and fair. Those two adjectives are rarely used to describe a tow company, but they are accurate for this one. I was stuck and my roadside assistance was no help. I reached out to these guys and had a tow truck in about 20 minutes with a friendly and helpful driver for a fair prove.
I hope that you do not end up needing a tow, but if you do, this is the company.
Posters, I have filed a claim with Attorney General of Indiana and I will keep everyone posted who to contact to submit your claim and complaint. I promise I am pursuing this to the full tilt. What's right is right but they are ripping consumers off and the plants supervisors in Louisville are getting looked at now so this will stop, trust me.
Vehicle was left at a dealer and was towed within 45 minutes. Indiana statute IC 9-22-1-16 states that it was an illegal tow. You failed to notify the registered owner within 72 hours. In fact, you never notified the registered owner. I'm not paying $6,300 to you crooks. You were given several opportunities to make the situation right. We'll let the court decide how to interpret the law. You all are obviously too inept to.

The courts ruled in my favor, finding that my vehicle was towed illegally. I suggest anyone reading this move on to another company.
In the midst of a busy morning, I ran over an item that cut my tire. I was in the Georgetown area and needed to arrange a tow to Jeffersonville. Sunny Acres was friendly, assuring and responsive to my needs. Communication from the tow driver was excellent. Thank you Sunny Acres for saving the day!!

Car was stolen and this "company" showed zero compassion. This tow company was contacted by the Louisville Police Department when they had arrested the culprits. Sunny Acres racked on charges as if we had been at fault. The charges don't add up or make sense by their own policies.
The owner wasn't even there so we had to wait until he arrived. The owner didn't even come out to talk with my father, just stayed in his office and yelled out the door that he needed to bring cash even though he had contact them before coming down from another state and they never mentioned that they only accept cash. So we had to drive a good distance away to find an ATM and then drive back. Finally got the car back and was looking at all the damages inside and outside. I get it wasn't their problem and they are a business, but maybe some professionalism is due here. I'll never forget that the woman was smirking when we were pretty upset about the damages left behind by the thieves. It was already a stressful situation and they just really seemed to get a kick out of making it worse for us.
This is a nice family-owned business. I always use them for towing. They recently saved the day for me. I ordered a tow , but when they got here, they were unable to contact me for payment. They did the tow anyways. I called and payed them the next day. I was really happy that they went ahead and towed it, even though they couldn’t contact me.
This company came after hours and took a car off our lot by mistake. They did not verify license plate or VIN number. They were supposed to be somewhere else completely. Our customer came to pick up his car and assumed it was stolen. We have made numerous attempts to speak with the owner but he has not called us back. The car was returned but how a tow company can just take somebody's car like this is troublesome. Please contact us, we would still like to address this with your company.
My vehicle got stolen and was recovered by LMPD and was in their impound lot. Called to see about getting it towed back to my place 30 min away and was told the price would be a certain amount on the phone with discount for me being there already. The driver showed up late, they had to stay open past closing hours for him to get it thankfully they did otherwise I would've had to pay another 150 on top of it but he said nothing different either time speaking with the driver at the impound but by the time he got it unloaded & without letting us know the price could change up front the bill ended up being well over 200 dollars. I will never reccomend them to anyone unless your rich and just got money to throw away and dont care really.
Our vehicle was towed from an accident on 150 to their compound. The guy told my wife that it needed to be in their compound so the insurance could evaluate all of the vehicles involved. Once we received the compensation for our vehicle we attempted to release our vehicle from the lot via a letter submitted to their company on Monday. Release of the our totaled vehicle was denied three times so they kept our totaled vehicle for three extra days racking up the the fees to our insurance company while making us keep a rental longer. They blamed the three failed attempts over three days on miscommunication every time. I spoke with the gentleman I believe is the owner and spoke to him about riding their horses. I wanted to use their services for the horse rides but after the vehicle hostage situation I am good. Getting $200 extra from insurance costs them $600 I would have spent on horse rides. I hope other customers don’t have this experience but I am not willing to try again.
Got towed from where i said it was safe to park. Had to pay almost $300 after 12hrs of leaving my car. Pretty expensive deal really. Had to pay cash couldnt pay with card so had to leave and come back. Pretty lengthy and expensive.
Had a tow that was to be performed at 543 pm late then they took my vehicle to their storage lot instead of mechanic shop then had a horrible experience tryin to get ahold of anyone to track the where a bouts of my vehicle insurance company was not to happy worst tow experience but I do gotta say driver was perfessional and nice but that’s it
Contacted them through my insurance company's roadside assistance group, they accepted my service request but took 4 hours to tell anyone (after I'd called them myself several times) that they would be unable to tow my car. From what I can tell their business phone is a personal line;o with no voicemail message (professional or otherwise). The "receptionist" while a nice lady is not very businesslike, she was telling me about how she herself was at that moment waiting on roadside assistance (???) so I have to wonder if they even have an office... Do not use this service.
If I could give 0 stars i would. Company discharged by my insurance company (Geico) at 4pm, said ETA 8 pm (we were understanding as it was Sunday). At 8 pm we called and he said he was another two hours out. I called Geico to complain, they called driver and he told them he’s only about an hour(ish) out and making good time. At 9:30 called back and he said he about 41 mins out. Called back at 10:20 and his phone wouldn’t ring, went straight to a message that his VM was not set up. He wouldn’t text back either. At this time had been standing on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in the country in 95 degree heat, no shade, dehydrated, and it was dark by this time. Called Geico back, they reached driver who claimed to have “a flat tire” and would be another 2 hours away. Called 911 to take us to nearest store 2 miles away. Terrible company, unreliable. How is a tow truck going to have a flat and it take 2 hours for them to fix change their own tire. We waited 7 hours. That was long enough.

My car was stole and recovered by the police They had it towed by the nearest tow truck.
The car was towed at 4:30 pm Thursday. The police called me to tell me where my car was located. I called Sunny Acres and said i would be there at 11 am on Friday which was a total of 19 hours they would have my car in their gated horse area.
They charged me $150 for a 5 mile tow and $25 to open the horse area gate and another $25 to close the gate. Also they charged another $25 a day which was 2 days according to their math so another $50 Total scam was $250 They only would take cash which was never stated in the 3 phone calls I had with them Nearest bank was 20 minutes one way I had a thief steal my car then had another thief pretending to be a tow yard steal my money
Picked up the phone fast. Gave me a eta. Got my truck to its destination fast and safely. And price was realistic for my needs. Thank you guys for A+ service. MIKE s.
Was almost ran into the guard rail a few mins ago because the driver of the tow truck wanted to speed up and squeeze between me and another car. No one behind me at all. Terrible business practice right there. Happened in Corydon IN. Won't ever give them my business if that's the treatment other motorists get.
Super nice people. They unlocked my truck when I was in desperate need. I called two other places who quoted me $75-100 just to unlock my car and an hour wait to get there. I had pets locked in so I was in dire need of someone fast. They got there in less than 10 minutes and charged $25. Their rates are remarkably reasonable!
