Ordered over $3000 cad in parts for my grand national. Received 2 out of 4 rims and with the tracking number they provided ups states there was only 1 package on record. Poor customer service because you call to sort it out and you never get a response. Even worse is when you open said package and they sent you the wrong rims…. Not sure how a person is supposed to trust when they spend hard earned money and receive part of the order and the part they received is wrong and no one from the company responds.

I was asked by gbody parts to not return a damaged item. They said they would send out a new one if I closed the ebay return. I stated that I just wanted my money back. They are claiming that I sent back something other than there part so they can avoid paying me my refund. Please be careful dealing with this company and the way they deal with returns/ refunds.

I had an outstanding experience with GBody Parts, thanks to Mike. He took his time with me and helped me with my ’87 Grand National in a way that was patient, very knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I’ve dealt with numerous suppliers across several brands over the last 40 years and would say that this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order for bumper fillers for the front and back of my 87 Buick. Before doing it I contacted them to confirm that they had them in stock as I was under a time delay with my painter to complete the work. If you have built cars you know what I’m talking about. This was on a Monday. Called confirmed and ordered. The Tuesday comes and I get a call about the shipping. (Mike), who informs me that my choice of shippers is not available as they don’t us FedEx. ( it’s the first option on their site! ). I find that strange and express this but….So I opt for USPS as UPS to Canada can be costly and I advise them of it. He confirms to me that the 5 $ extra to guarantee the order is not available with USPS. Ok fine I accept. I ask if all is good with my order to go and all is confirmed. Says it will go out lastest tomorrow. Everything seems good and I’m pleased. But no! Get an email on the Wednesday that the order is out but the rear bumper fillers are back ordered. I send an email for someone to call me and supply my phone number in the email to be sure. Thursday morning , no calls so I call, for an hour on redial …...no one answers. So I email asking if someone can call me as there is no one answering. They email. I express my frustration as I specifically asked if all was available. I ask again to call me to get more info. Still more email back and forth. I’m frustrated and ask why no one is calling me to deal with this. The answer is that they don’t want to get yelled at because I’m pissed at the situation. So they make the problem then have no skills to fix it. I find out that the order is still not out as their email expressed and now their telling me that the guy that is not in the office (mike) told me that it was back ordered w during our call. That’s a lie, Mike knows it and I have it documented. . My buddy who referred me to them and was present during my call with Mike the liar. He said he will never use these guys again. I ask to delete the back ordered item and adjust the invoice. Also to adjust the shipping amount which is at 113$. Still haven’t received the adjusted invoice and was told some bullcrap about their system algorithm of shipping. Apparently they now say the cost should be 133 and in normal cases they would just assume the extra because they originally said 113$. That their system is usually lower than the correct one. That makes no sense as a business. So no change to shipping they say. With all the double talk it’s hard to believe anything they say. So the original box had a 25 lbs weight and almost twice the size box but the price is the same. Not according to FedEx! So they are quite dishonest. After all this crap, their customer service rep., Who I believe is named Sydney, expressed in an email that, there is something wrong with me! Yes Sidney there is, your service and lack of it leaves me searching for answers that you guys should be providing. At this point , still don’t have the revised bill or a shipping credit for a package that is clearly less costly to ship. They take money that’s not theirs, lie about it and act like you’re doing something wrong. Steer clear of this company. I highly RECOMMEND NOT DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. They indicate an A+ BBB rating on their web site but go verify, you’ll see how dishonest they are. Don’t go by their reviews on their site, that’s incomplete in a big way. They boast as a family business to look more approachable but it’s a scam. Highwaystar, another g body supplier came through and shipped what I asked for in short order, confirmed the order was in there stock and even called me directly to tell me that FedEx picked it up and gave me the tracking number right away. My h referred me to them and was present during my call with Mike the liar. He said he will never use these guys again.

I order a delay fan relay that cost me $114 with shipping and they send me a different relay that cost me $28 dollars on a different store online , I even emailed pictures of what they send me , they wrote me back that it was delivered to me , avoid this store you better off at parts geek parts

Absolutely terrible company with every process of dealing with them. Our experience started with them last summer when we paid for a raffle to win gift cards for the company. My son was VERY happy and excited when we won the raffle “we paid to join” only to find that the gift cards we got would not work. After getting nowhere with them we placed an order and paid for it without using the gift cards hoping they would end up correcting the problem. Then they sent us the wrong product. We called and was given incorrect information on how to exchange the item. Then after more time we sent the old one back to have it exchanged. Two weeks later we called again wondering why we haven’t got the correct item back yet. They told us it was because they never received the item we sent back to them even though we have a tracking number showing they received it back three days after we mailed it back to them. And apparently the gift card IT person it STILL working on the issue. Almost a year later. Running a company like this I don’t understand how they are still in business and should be ashamed of themselves. I would save yourself the trouble and highly recommend that you find a better company to give your money to. We were very excited to find and use a small local company only to be completely discussed. If I could give zero stars I would. PS. Had the gift cards so long they are faded out

I don't ever make a review unless I felt like I was done wrong and yes I was I ordered something from here and received the wrong thing and had to go through alot just to find out I was correct and was granted credit on my account. Months later I'm over it and try to use my credits and buy extra and now I'm decline and on the do not sell list. So I basically get punished for trying to buy something only to not received the correct stuff and ask for some kind of replacement or i can send it back or some kind of money back and was told I was going to get credit back that I can't even use? Wow. Pathetic customer service and can't even admit when your wrong and do the right thing. Stuff like this is why I regret fighting overseas for people like this.

Buyer beware - I purchased a 442 spoiler from them, finally got around to installing it because we were swamped and realized it was twisted/warped and would not sit flush. Since it was just over 30 days, they would only issue a credit on my account and charge me a 20% restocking fee, and I pay shipping. Go elsewhere first, they don't care about defective products or their customers.

I ordered an upgraded shifter handle on August 15th and received a normal shifter handle instead. What I ordered should have multiple aluminum pieces and should also be grey. I received a normal handle, all plastic, no aluminum anywhere to be found, AND it's the wrong color. You can see that in the pictures I sent. I had been trying to contact them nearly every day and didn't get a reply for days, and during that time I heard from multiple people that this company is a nightmare to deal with if youre trying to get something fixed. Finally a couple days (and messges) later I've only got one email back since. That email said "you'll recieve a return label today". Guess what? I STILL don't have a return label. If you order parts thru these guys you better pray to god you get the correct thing cuz at this point it looks like I'm gonna get fleeced for $164 when I could've gotten a suspiciously similar shift handle off ebay for $99 with free shipping and actual customer service. At this point I just want to do an entire return. I will keep this review updated and will increase my rating if someone does what could be considered the absolute bare minimum and CALL ME BACK or SEND ME THE REURN LABEL SO I CAN GET A REFUND. I don't even want to do an exchange at this point just let me return this incorrect shift handle and give me my money back

I purchased interior sunvisors for an 84 hurst/olds. They sent two drivers side visors and when I advised them of this their tech department said they are reversible. Anyone who knows GM sunvisors knows they have a set screw for tensioning that is meant to face up towards the headliner. To listen to their tech department would mean that using their “universal sunvisors” means the tension screw will be visible facing downward on the passenger side. Furthermore, if I wish to return these items I am responsible for shipping and a 20% restocking fee since the tech department deems two drivers side sunvisors as correct. They have lost a customer and I would suggest other customers consider other sources for their GM restoration parts. Tom

I don't normally leave reviews unless I feel a company warrants one either good or bad. I will say there was a minor misunderstanding regarding a part description on the website, but Steve and Brian handled the problem immediately and took care of me. Pay attention folks, this is how your run a successful company especially in this day and age where customer service is a lost art.
