My car was impounded by Goshen PD unfortunately.... The first day I went the lady working the counter was rude and obviously hated her job! I went back 2 days later and the younger guy was pleasant and helpful.
Good experience for the situation. Had to clean out our vehicle after an accident. Office help was friendly and nice, yard guy removed license plate for us! Good to know in case I need this type of service again.
They do a great job! I even trusted them to move my airplane! They take great care of the vehicles, that they move! We use them a lot in the business that we are in and Goshen and they do A1 work.
First time using this company. Would definitely recommend. We had to have our car towed a pretty fair distance, from Goshen to Mentone area, and we were expecting to pay a lot more than we did. After waiting 3 1/2 hours for one of their competitors to show, I called Thompson's. I was told an hour but was surprised when they showed up 35 minutes later. The driver treated my 63 Impala like it was his own. Highly recommended!!

What a great company! We were lucky that a truck was only about 2 miles away when I called. Showed right up & brought our truck home. They even helped my husband put it in our pole building. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

Used these guys multiple times in a pinch. The last one was almost very late at night , in the rain, my motorcycle broke down on St Rd 19. These guys were there in like 15 minutes. Took a minute or two, and they gave me ride to shop.
