Shawn was AWFUL to work with. He answered the phone rude and when I tried to get him information he states whatever and was extremely short and snippy. WORST customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. I will NOT be using this company every again.

8/3/2024…. We had to use them to unlock my car first off dude was rude second I guess decided to help look for my key inside and ended up stealing from me got all in my car as I was checking the trunk.
My car was impounded by Goshen PD unfortunately.... The first day I went the lady working the counter was rude and obviously hated her job! I went back 2 days later and the younger guy was pleasant and helpful.
First of all I'm sure they're a good business, however their office staff is extremely rude. Their fees are excessive and inappropriately charged. They actually only gave us 2 1/2 BUSINESS DAYS to pick our car up before charging $100 for sending a letter telling us our car would be sold if not picked up by a certain date. Which they're not allowed to start charging storage fees until the car's been there for 24 hours so it was really only one and a half business days, and they're the ones who told us we couldn't pick our car up until this date because they were closed so they had been in touch with us to know we were coming to get it.
First of all there's no other competition in this town, second of all the staff are very rude they've gouged prices they have no respect for anybody's property they work strictly with the city and they accumulate their funds that way they damage my vehicle there are things missing for contents they do not follow their own procedures that they are held to by the standard of the state it's unfortunate that they would not resolve any matters with me and now I have to go and take a step further but holding people accountable is what is needed here. I would love to resolve this issue with between them I called the police the police said it's a civil matter of course because the police work with these people here at Thompson's if the staff wasn't so rude and if there were more informative I guess we wouldn't have this problem now we need more evidence we need accountability Attorney general I'm knocking on your door please answer
Good experience for the situation. Had to clean out our vehicle after an accident. Office help was friendly and nice, yard guy removed license plate for us! Good to know in case I need this type of service again.
When I tell you they are kind, courteous, professional and prompt know it's the truth. I waited for 6 hours for my insurance roadside assistance to help with towing. The finally got back to me to say they weren't able to help. I did a google search for local towing as it's not something I've ever had to utilize. They got to me instantly. He tried to troubleshoot upon arrival before having to ultimately tow it. It was stuck in the garage so I wasn't sure he would be able to even get it out. We weren't able to put it in neutral. He quickly got to work and pulled it out flawlessly and off to the dealership it went. I'm so thankful for the fast friendly service.
They do a great job! I even trusted them to move my airplane! They take great care of the vehicles, that they move! We use them a lot in the business that we are in and Goshen and they do A1 work.
First time using this company. Would definitely recommend. We had to have our car towed a pretty fair distance, from Goshen to Mentone area, and we were expecting to pay a lot more than we did. Great service. Friendly people both on the phone and in person. Couldn't have asked for a better experience when you are you are already having a bad car day! Thank you so much for everything.
I work downtown and a customer locked her keys in the car. Thompson's was there very quickly and was able to unlock it for her. Super nice guy, great service!
Called due to a dead battery. They were on site in less than an hour and their equipment made the jump very easy and simple. Price wasn't bad either and everyone I dealt with was very nice. Shoutout to Lucas!
Great towing company. Fast, efficient, and prices are reasonable. The office employees are very nice and the tow truck drivers are experienced and friendly.
Best of the best. Big or small jobs, they’ll take care of you. Honest, hard working and intelligent driver with top tier equipment. Fair price too. 100% satisfied customer. Driver came on his day off (May 14) and got me out of a serious jam. Can’t remember his name, but I can remember he sure knew what he was doing. THOMPSON TOWING WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I wish i could give them 10 stars
The service technician was on site within 15 min after I called for assistance. With in 5 min he had unlocked my vehicle. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend their services if needed.

Had a breakdown of my vehicle, gave them a call as I've used them several times before. They actually showed up 20 minutes earlier than estimated. Friendly, professional, and great service every time. I would highly recommend them.
After waiting 3 1/2 hours for one of their competitors to show, I called Thompson's. I was told an hour but was surprised when they showed up 35 minutes later. The driver treated my 63 Impala like it was his own. Highly recommended!!
After going through an accident, Thompson’s responded to the accident scene. An hour away from home, I attempted to get my insurance or AAA to send a rental car with no luck. The owner overheard my predicament and his wife drove us 30 miles to the airport to pick up a car so we would not be stranded. They would accept no money for the ride, saying “you’ve been through enough.” Nice to run into business owners who could have taken advantage of the situation, but instead responded in a compassionate and ethical way. Highly recommend these folks!!

What a great company! We were lucky that a truck was only about 2 miles away when I called. Showed right up & brought our truck home. They even helped my husband put it in our pole building. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend!
They came to me crazy quick and did a great job. I'm glad I looked at the other reviews first. They are reasonable priced and have great service. Very professional. Highly recommend them when in a pinch like I was.
After the flooding this February 2018 our RV was hopelessly buried in the mud. These guys came out within 20 minutes of my original call to assess the situation. After leaving to retrieve some more suitable equipment they were back in about another 20 minutes to start the pull. I have to admit I was a complete nervous wreck, It was a very long way back behind our home and had to be maneuvered around several trees. The entire pull, in higher than axle deep mud, was at least 150 feet and this is a class A RV 35 feet long. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and had the RV out in about 30 minutes or so. Excellent job!! I feel lucky that I managed to get these guys to do the job because I really didn't know who to call...lucky for you if you are reading this you WILL know who to call!!
Used these guys multiple times in a pinch. The last one was almost very late at night , in the rain, my motorcycle broke down on St Rd 19. These guys were there in like 15 minutes. Took a minute or two, and they gave me ride to shop.
